How we handle your information

We collect only what we need to answer your request and run your event.

Who we are

FLOREMART LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as ESR ("ESR", "we", "us"), runs this website. You can reach us at hello@eventsimrentals.com or +1 213 912 1010. Our bases are in Los Angeles, CA and Orlando, FL.

What you send us

When you ask for a quote through the form, you give us:

• your name and email address;
• your phone number;
• the event type, date, city or venue, guest count and budget;
• anything else you type in the details field.

When you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can plan with you. We don't take card payments on this website.

What the form sends automatically

Along with your answers, the form sends the address of the page you used, the address of the site that sent you to us and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM tags). It also adds a random ID to each request, so a request sent twice doesn't create two records.

Like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard logs of each visit: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.

Cookies and analytics

On the date above, this website doesn't use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels, and the quote form works without cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this section before they go live and tell you how to opt out.

Information from events we run

At an event, our stations may collect some data from guests:

• Leaderboards. They show the name or nickname a player enters. After the event we send the final leaderboard to the organizer who booked us.
• Photo booths. Guests can print their photo or send it to their phone or email. When the organizer asks for it, the booth also collects contact details for the organizer's follow-up.
• Event photos. Our crew takes photos at the event and sends them to the organizer.

The organizer who books us decides how they use the leaderboard, the photos and any contacts we pass on.

How we use your information

• To reply to your request, check availability and send a quote.
• To plan and run your event, including talks with your venue about access, power and insurance documents.
• To send you messages about your booking.
• To see which pages and campaigns bring requests, with the help of the UTM tags.
• To keep business and tax records and to protect the website from abuse.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with:

• service providers that host this website, receive form requests and deliver our email, and only for those tasks;
• your venue and the vendors on your event, when they need the details to let us in or work with us;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while we talk with you and plan your event. After that, we keep what tax and accounting rules require and delete the rest.

How we protect it

The form sends your request over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only the people at ESR who work on your request and your event can see it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email hello@eventsimrentals.com with the subject "Privacy request." We may ask you to confirm your email or phone number before we act.

If you live in California and California privacy law applies to your information, you also have the right to know what we collect, to correct and delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing and to be treated the same when you use these rights. We don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of today.

Your browser may send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We don't track you across other websites, so these signals don't change how this website works.

Children

This website is for event planners and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 through it. When we run a school or family event, we deal with the adult organizer, not with the children.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Our booking rules are in the Terms of Service.
