Company Holiday Party Planning with Interactive Entertainment

Plan a company holiday party where people play, race and take photos together instead of standing by the bar. We pick the format for your crowd and room and bring our own simulators, AI photo booth and sound.

Parties we've run for companies

These weren't all December parties, but each one is the kind of night a company Christmas party needs: a theme, a crowd and something to do.

  • Four racing stations and a shared leaderboard at an office party with a luau theme

A luau party on an office floor

Capital Group turned its office floor into a Hawaiian Luau with four racing stations on one leaderboard. The party ran inside a working building.

For another Capital Group party, guests could surf, play VR sports or make a themed photo, with music and announcements across the whole plaza.

At Hangar 21, an aircraft hangar venue, our operator wore a pilot's uniform to match the aviation theme of a client evening.

What makes an office holiday party work

Your party works when people have a reason to leave their usual group.

  • At a party with nothing to do, teams stand with the same coworkers they see every day. A race or a photo booth mixes them. Someone from finance beats someone from sales on the leaderboard, and the room has something to talk about.
  • That matters most for a holiday party at work, in your own office. There's no new venue to explore, so the activity becomes the event. It also helps the quieter guests. Watching a race and cheering is easier than small talk.

Holiday party venues: your office or one we find

Hold it where your team already is, or let us find the room.

  • Your office. Often the easiest choice: no travel and no venue rental.
  • A venue we find. If you want somewhere new, we search corporate holiday party venues for your headcount and budget. Our corporate event venues team checks each room for space, power and load-in before you sign.

Activities for an office holiday party

  • Racing simulators. A short race with a leaderboard and a prize for the fastest lap.
  • AI photo booth. A 65-inch mirror that turns guests into holiday characters in seconds, with prints on the spot.
  • Flight and surf simulators. Landing contests and a surf board for people who'd rather not race.
  • VR sports. Baseball and hockey in a headset, with the game on a big screen.
  • Sound and music. Speakers, a microphone for the toast, and a DJ table.

Each station gives a different kind of guest a way in, so nobody is left out.

Every station on this list is ours and comes with our operators. For live acts and other options at a company Christmas party, see holiday party entertainment.

What a company Christmas party quote depends on

You'll have one price for the whole party before you commit. We don't keep a price list. Each party gets its own quote, based on:

  • Guest count and party hours.
  • The stations and how many of each.
  • Your city, as our equipment and specialists travel from one of our two bases (Los Angeles or Orlando).
  • Branding, prints and prizes.
  • Sound, microphones and the venue's rules.

See how we quote for what to send us.

Company holiday events and socials we've run

Each case shows how a party fits into a real building, with times you can use for your own plan.

Building access opened at 9 AM for a 2 PM start. Each run took about 90 seconds of driving, or two and a half minutes per guest with instructions and changeover, and two of our team guided drivers. Read about the four racing simulators for a Capital Group employee social.

How our stations look on a party floor once the lights go down.

  • Coworkers cheer as a colleague crosses the finish line
  • A guest gets an AI portrait in a winter holiday style
  • Printed party photos with a branded frame
  • A winner gets a prize by the leaderboard
  • Two guests play VR soccer in front of a big screen at a company celebration
  • A guest at the flight simulator during a themed evening

Insurance and building rules

Your building manager gets our papers before the party, so nothing stops setup.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. Office buildings often ask for a certificate of insurance (COI), set loading hours and use of the freight elevator. Send us your building's rules, and we'll handle them early.

Why holiday parties fall flat

These are the common traps. Each one is easy to fix if you catch it early.

  • Booking too late.

Prime December dates and venues are mostly gone by early fall. Book in summer, or choose a weekday.

  • No theme.

Without one, the night feels like any other evening. Pick one idea and fit the activities to it.

  • Nothing to do.

People stand by the bar and leave early. Give them stations with a score.

  • One activity for all.

Not everyone wants to compete. Mix a race with a photo booth.

  • Sound as an afterthought.

Nobody hears the CEO's toast. We bring speakers and a microphone.

Company holiday party planning, step by step

You'll know what happens and when, from the first message to the last box out the door.

  1. Step 1: Send the basics

    • Date, city, guest count and venue, if you have one.
  2. Step 2: Get a plan and quote

    • Stations, theme ideas and the price.
  3. Step 3: Lock the date

    • We hold the stations and the crew.
  4. Step 4: Clear the venue

    • Loading hours, power and insurance papers.
  5. Step 5: Set up and test

    • Everything runs before the first guest arrives.
  6. Step 6: Run the party

    • Our operators host every station.
  7. Step 7: Pack up

Who runs your party

You're a guest at your own party. We do the work.

Our event lead is the holiday party planner for your night: the layout, the timeline and your contact on site. Operators run each station and invite guests in. For a bigger setup, an AV technician runs the sound. If your company has its own office party planner, they work with us on the same plan.

Holiday parties in any U.S. city

Your party can be anywhere in the country. We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and work across the U.S. Our Orlando office and warehouse is at 310 N Orange Ave, so Florida and the East Coast are as close to our equipment as California. We arrange transport, setup and staff together.

Tell us the city and headcount, and we'll look for venues near your office that fit your group. In Orlando, Miami, New York or Chicago the plan is the same: we bring the stations and the crew to you.

Holiday party questions

How do you make a company holiday party fun?

Give people something to do together and a reason to watch each other. A race with a leaderboard, a photo booth with prints and a short prize moment do more than a longer bar line.

Is it too late to book in November?

Not always. November and December weekends fill first, so a weekday date leaves more options. Send your date, and we'll check right away.

Can you do a staff Christmas party in our office?

Yes. We check your floor space and power first, then place the stations around desks and walkways.

What if some guests don't want to play?

The AI photo booth needs no skill, and a race is fun to watch from the side with a drink in hand.

Do you handle office holiday party decorations?

Yes. We plan the décor around your theme and the stations, so the room and the activities match.

Can we have a holiday party on a budget?

Yes. Pick one or two stations and keep the party to a few hours, since stations and hours shape the quote. More ideas are in our office holiday party ideas.

Do you run a virtual office party?

Yes, with hosted online games for a remote team. Tell us how many people join and from which time zones.

Hold your party date

Send the date, city and guest count. We'll reply right away with a plan, and one team will set up, run the party and pack up. Tell us the event type, date, city, guest count and budget. Add the venue, if you have one, and any theme you're thinking about. Or call +1 213 912 1010
