Where we work from
Your event can be in any state. We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and work across the U.S. The trip is part of one booking.

Before you write to us
Do I need a full brief to ask for a quote?
No. A date, a city and a rough guest count are enough to check availability. We'll ask for the rest as the plan takes shape.
How much does a corporate event cost?
It depends on the event, so we don't publish a price list. Every event gets a custom quote. The format, the number of stations and guests, the city, the hours, branding and staffing shape it. Send the basics, and you'll have your number in minutes.
Is it faster to call or to use the form?
For an event in the next few days, call. EF Academy booked two days out, and a phone call saves a round of email. Otherwise the form works well, because it collects everything we need at once.
We're an agency. Can we send a request on behalf of our client?
Yes. TBX, Event Collective and Kid's Bash OC have all booked us for their clients. Send the agency's run of show, and we'll fit our setup and station hours into it.
What name do we use on a vendor form or purchase order?
