Event Branding with Custom Graphics for Every Station

Put your event branding on the things guests touch and watch: the race car seat, the leaderboard screen, the photo they take home, all in the colors of your brand guide.

Brands we've put on the floor

Here's what your logo looks like on our stations at real events.

Event graphics people actually look at

Your logo gets attention where guests stop and focus, and a game screen holds them longer than a wall banner.

A guest at a racing station looks at the seat, the wheel and the screen for a full lap. Then they check the leaderboard for their name, and so do the people in line. Put your colors on those surfaces and the brand stays in view the whole time. Our racing simulator rental page shows the station itself.

An event design company that also runs the stations

You get one team for the design, the build and the event day, so nothing gets lost between the designer and the crew.

We design the graphics, install them on our own equipment and stay to run it. If something peels or a screen needs a fix, the people who made it are standing next to it.

Branding is also the base of our brand activations, where the whole activity is built around your campaign.

Event branding ideas for your stations

Our stations come with surfaces for your name almost everywhere guests look.

  • Station panels and seats. Wraps for simulator panels and chair areas in your campaign colors.
  • Leaderboards and screens. Your logo, colors and sponsor slots on the ranking and on idle screens.
  • AI photo looks. Branded styles and frames, so every portrait carries your identity.
  • Printed photos. Your logo and event name on each print guests take home.
  • Sponsor graphics. Sponsor logos on the stations they paid for.
  • Backdrops and signs. Step-and-repeat walls, banners and directional signs for the room.

What shapes the price

You'll see the cost of your branding before anything goes to print, and the quote comes back in minutes. There's no price list. Every event gets a custom quote.

  • How many stations and surfaces you want branded.
  • Wraps, printed panels or screen graphics only.
  • Whether you send ready files or need design from scratch.
  • Backdrops, signs and other large prints.
  • Event days and your city.
How we quote

Branded events we've run

Each project shows a different way a brand can show up: on equipment, in a guest photo, in a costume.

Branding up close

These frames show the scale of each piece and where it sits in the room.

  • A leaderboard screen with a client logo and two sponsor slots
  • A step-and-repeat backdrop beside a photo booth at a company party
  • An operator in pilot costume at an aviation-themed client evening
  • A cockpit side panel wrapped with a client logo
  • A directional sign in event colors at a conference entrance
  • A printed AI portrait with a company logo in the corner

Fire rules and venue approval

Your graphics should pass the venue check on the first try, not get pulled at load-in.

Many large venues ask for fabric banners and backdrops that meet NFPA 701 flame-resistance testing, with a tag or certificate on site. Rules differ by venue and fire marshal. At OCCC in Orlando, for example, the fire marshal reviews display layouts with dimensions before the show. Send us the exhibitor manual, and we'll match the materials to it.

We also send insurance documents to the venue or organizer on request.

Where event branding goes wrong

Each of these mistakes costs you attention on the floor. Here's how we avoid them.

  • Low-resolution files.

A logo that looks fine on a laptop turns blurry at booth size. We check every file before printing and ask for vector logos.

  • Colors off brand.

Print and screen show color differently. We match to your brand guide and send a proof first.

  • Logo too low.

A logo near the floor of a station disappears behind the guests in line. We place it at eye level or above the heads in line.

  • Brand only on the walls.

Guests look at the activity, not the wall behind it. We put the logo on the station and the screen.

  • No time for install.

Wraps go on before the event, not during it. We plan install time in the schedule.

From brief to install, step by step

You approve every piece before it's made, and you see it installed before guests arrive.

  1. Step 1: You send the brief

    • Event, date, city, stations and your brand guide.
  2. Step 2: You get a quote

    • It lists each branded item and the install time.
  3. Step 3: We design

    • Layouts for panels, screens, looks and signs, based on your files.
  4. Step 4: You approve the proofs

    • Nothing goes to print without your sign-off.
  5. Step 5: We produce

    • We make the wraps, prints and screen graphics.
  6. Step 6: We install and test

    • Graphics go on, screens go live, and we check every station.
  7. Step 7: We remove it

    • After teardown, we take the graphics down with the gear.

Who handles your brand

  • Designer. Builds layouts for each surface and prepares proofs.
  • Install crew. Applies wraps, mounts signs and sets up branded screens.
  • Event lead. Keeps the schedule, talks to the venue and checks the finished look with you.

You work with a small team that knows your brand guide and your event plan.

Equipment and specialists ship from one of our two bases, Los Angeles or our Orlando office and warehouse, to events nationwide. We've branded a booth at the New York Marriott Marquis, and the same process works for a show at OCCC in Orlando, the PGA Show in January or IAAPA Expo in November.

Questions

Do you only print, or also design and install?

All three. We design, produce and install branding on our own equipment and run the event with it.

Can your designer work with us remotely?

Yes. Wherever your event is in the U.S., our designer works with you by call and email, and our crew installs on site.

What files do you need?

A vector logo, your brand colors and fonts, and any campaign images. If you don't have a brand guide, we work from your website and a logo.

Can you build a whole booth?

For a full exhibit build, see our trade show booth rental page. Station branding can be added to any booth.

How long does the design take?

It depends on the number of pieces and proofs. Send your date, and we'll tell you the latest day to approve files.

Can you brand a virtual or hybrid event?

Yes. The same logo, colors and sponsor slots go on the stream graphics and the slides between sessions. See virtual and hybrid events.

Can we reuse the graphics?

Printed signs and backdrops can be packed and reused. Station wraps usually come off at teardown.
