Event gamification that gets people off their phones

A score on a screen turns a station into a contest, and a contest brings people back.

  • A machine left alone in a corner gets a few curious tries and then stands empty. Interactive entertainment for events works when someone stands next to it, invites the shy guest in and keeps the line short. That's the job of our operators, and they stay at the station for the whole event.
  • We own every simulator and VR station we bring. The operator knows the equipment, sets up the game for your audience and fixes small issues on the spot. Your planner doesn't have to call anyone.

What every rental includes

  • Delivery and setup. We bring the station, build it and test it before guests arrive.
  • An operator all event. They explain the controls, run the leaderboard and shorten turns when a line builds.
  • Your branding. Panels, seats, leaderboards and AI photo looks in your colors, with sponsor logos if you need them.
  • Space and power checked. We confirm floor space, outlets and Wi-Fi with your venue before we book the date.
  • Teardown and results. We pack up after the last guest and send you the final leaderboard or event photos.

The same package comes with each station, from one sit-down soccer table to a full floor of experiential technology.

Event gamification examples from real events

Each of these events had its own constraint: time, crowd size, guest age or room. Setup times, equipment and venues for every project are in our interactive event case studies.

Questions about interactive rentals

Which interactive game rentals suit our guests?

Pick interactive games for corporate events by your room and your goal. A racing or flight simulator with a leaderboard suits a competitive crowd, and an AI photo booth works for guests who'd rather not play. Sit-down soccer fits a small corner.

How many stations do I need?

It depends on guest count and hours. At Capital Group, each racing turn took about two and a half minutes, including instructions. Tell us your numbers, and we'll suggest a count so the line stays short.

How much space and power does a station need?

We fit the setup to your venue and confirm space and power with you for every station before the event. Our racing cockpits have run on standard office outlets.

Can all ages play?

Most stations, yes. At a school event in North Carolina, guests from about six years old to adults over forty flew the flight simulator. The operator adjusts the game to each player.

What works at a trade show booth?

Run a fastest-lap or best-score contest with a prize, and show the leaderboard on its own screen. Visitors come back to beat their time, and your booth team gets more conversations.

How much do interactive event rentals cost?

Every event gets its own quote. It depends on the stations, hours, city, branding and number of operators. See what goes into a quote.
