Mechanical Bull Rental for Corporate Events
Book a mechanical bull rental and you'll have the loudest corner of the party, with coworkers cheering every rider who hangs on. Our operator sits at the controls all night and sets the speed for each person, so a first-timer gets a gentle ride and the brave get a real one.

Why a mechanical bull ride works at a company party
A bull ride takes a few seconds, and everyone in the room watches it. That's why it works.
Most party games need a group or an explanation. The bull needs one brave volunteer. The crowd forms on its own, people start betting on who lasts longest, and the quiet folks from accounting suddenly have a story to tell on Monday.
A mechanical bull for parties fits best when there's a theme. A western night, a rodeo, a Texas-style barbecue or a country concert all get a natural centerpiece. For more ideas, see our corporate theme party page.

Built into your program
We fit the bull into the evening, so it adds to the party instead of pulling people away from it.
- A contest. Riders compete for the longest time in the saddle, and a leaderboard screen shows the top names.
- A prize. You pick it. The winner gets it on stage.
- A schedule. The bull runs during the hours you choose and pauses for speeches.
- Neighbors. It can share the floor with other stations from us, such as carnival games rental, simulators or a photo booth, all run by one team.
What's included
One booking covers the bull, the person who runs it and the cleanup.
Delivery and setup
We bring the bull and its inflatable landing mat, set them up and test the ride.
An operator at the controls
Adjusts the speed for each rider, stops the ride on a fall and runs the line.
Ride rules at the line
The operator explains them to every rider before the start.
A leaderboard on request
Ride times on a screen the room can see.
Teardown
We deflate the mat, pack up and leave the floor clear.
Mechanical bull rental cost
You'll know the full number for your event before you commit, and it takes minutes to get it.
There's no price list. Each event gets a custom quote, and these things shape it:
- how many hours the bull runs;
- indoor or outdoor setup, and a generator if there's no power;
- a leaderboard screen, branding and prizes;
- other stations at the same event;
- your city.
See how we quote for the details.

Surf Simulator for EF Academy's Luau Party in Pasadena
Work done: EF Academy called us two days before an outdoor luau on its campus. We brought a surf simulator, a ride-on station with a line of its own, much like a bull. We arrived at 5 PM, checked the light, the ground, the power and the line space, and ran the station from 7:30 to 9:30 PM.

Insurance and waivers
Your venue and your legal team get what they need before the party.
We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. If your venue or your company asks each rider to sign a waiver, tell us when you book. We'll plan signing into the line, so it doesn't slow the ride.
What goes wrong with a bull rental
Most bull problems start before the first rider. Here's what each one costs and how we head it off.
Too little room.
The mat needs a clear square with space around it. A bull squeezed between tables blocks the room.
A low ceiling.
A thrown rider and a ceiling fan don't mix. We check the height first.
No power plan.
The bull and the mat blower need outlets close by, or a generator outdoors.
No rules at the line.
Riders who skip the rules get hurt. Our operator briefs every one of them.
Drinks on the bull.
We keep drinks off the mat and turn away riders who've had too many.
Narrow doors or stairs.
The bull needs a clear path in. Send us photos of the route.
How booking works
You'll know what happens at each step, from your first message to the last ride.

Who runs the bull
- Operator. Sits at the controls all event, sets the speed for each rider, stops the ride on a fall and keeps the line orderly.
- Event lead. Plans the spot and the schedule with you and the venue, leads setup and teardown, and stays your contact on site.
You don't staff the ride. We bring the people.

How much does it cost to rent a mechanical bull?
Every event gets a custom quote. Hours, indoor or outdoor setup and your city set the number. The cost block above lists what goes into it.
Can you bring the bull to my city?
If your event is in the U.S., yes. Send us the city and the venue.
How much space does a mechanical bull need?
It needs clear, level floor for the bull and the mat, with room around it. We fit the setup to your venue and confirm space and power with you.
Who can ride?
Adults who follow the ride rules. The bull has a minimum rider height and a weight limit, and the operator checks each rider. The operator turns away anyone who's had too much to drink, and anyone who shouldn't ride for health reasons.
Can you set it up outdoors?
Yes, on flat ground with power or a generator. Grass works with the mat on top.
Is a bull ride safe for coworkers?
The operator controls every ride, starts slow and stops as soon as someone slips. The mat softens the fall.
Do we need insurance for a mechanical bull?
Your venue may ask for a certificate of insurance (COI). We send insurance documents to your venue on request, and we can plan rider waivers if your venue or company wants them.
How do guests ride a mechanical bull?
The operator explains the rules before each ride. The ride starts slow, and the operator raises the speed only as far as the rider can handle.
Can we brand it?
Yes. Your logo can go on the leaderboard screen and on signs around the ride. See corporate event entertainment for other stations that carry your brand.
What else pairs well with a bull?
An inflatable obstacle course or a bounce house for adults. See our bounce house for adults rental page.
