A luau on the office floor
Capital Group's Hawaiian Luau social for its employees ran four racing stations on one leaderboard. The shared ranking kept the goal in front of everyone in the room.
A city day on the plaza
For a party about the client's home city, we matched each local icon with a station: surf for the beach, VR baseball and hockey for local sports, and an AI photo booth with themed looks.
Company theme parties that give guests something to do
A theme works when it changes what people do at the party.
- Decorations and a dress code set the scene. Guests admire the room for a few minutes, then stand around like at any other party. Put the theme into the activity, and people have a reason to walk up, try it and talk about it.

Western. A western theme corporate event works with a shooting gallery, a mechanical bull and portraits in cowboy hats from the AI booth.

A luau doesn't have to mean surfing. Here, the client wanted competition inside an office building, so we agreed first-floor placement and standard outlets in advance. Each run took about 90 seconds of driving, so the line kept moving.

Venue papers and insurance
Your venue gets our documents before the party, so setup isn't held up.
We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. Venues often ask for a certificate of insurance (COI) and set load-in times. Send us their rules, and we'll clear them before the day.
