How the equipment reaches your city

Your stations travel with our crew, so you don't depend on a local rental fleet.

  • Two bases. Los Angeles on the West Coast and Orlando on the East Coast, where we keep an office and a warehouse. We work across the U.S.
  • A plan for each event. We plan transport and arrival for your venue when we check your date.
  • One package. Transport, setup, operators and teardown sit in one quote, so there's no separate freight company for you to manage.

Why a traveling team beats a new vendor in every city

The crew that rolls into your venue owns the equipment and has run it many times before.

A local rental company in each city means a new contract, new equipment and new people every time. With us, the racing cockpit at your Chicago meeting is the same model your team used at the last regional meeting, and our operators work from the brand rules you sent us the first time.

You also keep one contact for every city. If your company runs regional events through the year, the plan, the branding files and the insurance paperwork carry over from one event to the next.

Events at venues with their own rules

Each of these venues had its own access, power or setup rules, and we planned around them before the day.

Branded Racing Simulator for i2c at FinovateFall, New York

At the New York Marriott Marquis we installed and tested i2c's branded racing cockpit at FinovateFall the day before the show opened. The booth team saved about 51 external contacts over the three show days.

Planning an event in another city

You plan with us by phone and email. We handle the trip.

  1. Step 1: Send the city and the venue

    • Include the date, guest count and any vendor packet from the venue.
  2. Step 2: We check the venue rules

    • Dock times, labor rules, power and the certificate of insurance (COI) the venue asks for.
  3. Step 3: We confirm transport and the schedule

    • You get the arrival time, setup window and a custom quote.
  4. Step 4: Our crew travels, sets up and runs it

    • After the last guest, we pack up and leave the space as we found it.
    • The full step-by-step, with what we need from you at each stage, is on how we run your event

Questions about events in other cities

Does the city change the quote?

Yes. The city and the travel to your venue are part of it, along with the format, the number of stations, the hours and the branding. You can see what goes into a quote on how we quote.

Can you work at a union convention center?

Yes. Before load-in we read the venue's labor rules and exclusive services, such as electrical and rigging, and plan our setup around them. Your city page lists the main rules for its convention center.

Can you run the same activation in several cities?

Yes. We ship the same station models and work from one plan and one set of branding files, so a roadshow or a series of regional meetings looks and runs the same in each stop.

My city isn't on the list. Can you still come?

Yes. We travel to any state. Send us the venue address and the date, and we'll check the route and the crew.

Tell us where your event is

Send the city, the venue and the date. We'll reply right away with availability and a quote for your event. Give us the event type, date, city, guest count and budget. Add the venue name and its vendor rules if you have them. Or call +1 213 912 1010
