Corporate event venues in Orange County

Orange County venues range from a West Coast convention giant to a working airfield, and each one sets its own access and power rules. We plan the stations around them before the truck leaves.

Anaheim Convention Center

The largest convention center on the West Coast, with more than 1 million sq ft of exhibit space across from Disneyland Resort. Its Arena Plaza, Palm Court and Grand Plaza add 200,000 sq ft of outdoor space, which suits sponsor zones and evening receptions under the palms. Four hotels with 3,700+ rooms sit within walking distance.

Disneyland Resort hotels

The Disneyland Hotel, the Grand Californian and the Pixar Place Hotel sit next to the 15-acre Downtown Disney district, a short walk from the convention center. Resort ballrooms have strict load-in windows, so we book the dock slot together with your banquet team.

Hangar 21, Fullerton

An aviation hangar used as an event venue in Fullerton, where the city's airport has operated since 1927. Load-in runs from the airfield side, so we arrange access with the venue ahead.

Marconi Automotive Museum, Tustin

A car museum in Tustin that hosts private celebrations among the collection. Our VR soccer party there is in the cases below.

Honda Center and OC Vibe

The home of the Anaheim Ducks holds up to 18,900 for concerts. A major renovation is due by 2027, and the arena hosts indoor volleyball at the 2028 Olympics. Suite and club events here follow arena security times.

Segerstrom Center and OC Fair & Event Center, Costa Mesa

Segerstrom Hall seats 2,994 for a company meeting with a show. In the same city, the 150-acre OC Fair & Event Center holds 150+ events a year and suits big company picnics with room for several stations.

Anaheim Convention Center show calendar

Early in the year, Orange County's biggest shows fill Anaheim, and exhibitors who confirm interactive early get it into the booth plan before the deadlines.

  1. Step 1: January 26 to 30, 2027

    • The NAMM Show, the music products industry's main event, with 5,400+ brands and exhibits open January 28 to 30.
  2. Step 2: March 2 to 5, 2027

    • Natural Products Expo West.
    • The 2026 edition drew 66,000+ attendees and 3,200+ exhibitors, so a booth needs a reason to stop.
  3. Step 3: March 26 to 28, 2027

    • WonderCon, the comics and film convention, a natural fit for game-style stations.
  4. Step 4: Trade show entertainment

    • For trade show entertainment in Orange County, a racing cockpit with a live leaderboard or an AI photo booth works well on a crowded floor.
    • Our trade show entertainment page shows the formats that fit a booth.

Permits, fire marshals and COI in Orange County

Orange County is 34 cities, and the rules for your event depend on which one the venue sits in. We check that before we plan power and tents.

  • Which fire marshal

The Orange County Fire Authority covers 23 cities, among them Irvine, Tustin and Santa Ana. Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Orange run their own fire departments, so tent and occupancy questions go to that city.

  • Tents

Under the California Fire Code, a tent over 400 sq ft needs a permit from the fire code official. A tent open on all sides up to 700 sq ft is exempt if it keeps 12 ft of clearance.

  • Show labor

California isn't a right-to-work state. At the Anaheim Convention Center, the show's exhibitor manual says who may set up a booth, and we follow it for our stations.

  • Certificate of insurance

We send insurance documents to your venue or organizer on request, made out the way each city or venue asks.

Corporate event entertainment by Orange County industry

Orange County's big employers are aerospace, medtech, gaming and car brands, and each crowd suits a different station.

  • A flight simulator cockpit on a show-floor platform, ready for visitors

    Aerospace

Parker Aerospace in Irvine and Boeing in Huntington Beach build things that fly. We brought two flight simulators to Parker Aerospace's open house in Irvine.

    Medical devices

Edwards Lifesciences employs about 16,000 people from its Irvine headquarters. For their sales meetings and client nights, a quiet station such as an AI photo booth fits next to the bar.

  • Two guests race side by side on racing simulators with a live leaderboard behind them

    Gaming and tech

Blizzard Entertainment, Broadcom and Vizio are Irvine companies. A racing or VR tournament with a leaderboard gives a tech team a real contest.

    Simulator challenge

  • A racing simulator in red and silver livery at a dealer meeting in a car showroom

    Automotive

Questions about corporate events in Orange County

Who issues the fire permit for a tent at our Orange County event?

It depends on which city your venue is in, as the fire marshal list above shows. Send us the address, and we'll file with the right fire marshal or plan an open canopy that stays under the permit size.

Can you add a station to our booth at the Anaheim Convention Center?

Yes. Send the show name, the booth number and the size. We read the exhibitor manual for NAMM, Expo West or your show, order power through the show forms and set up during move-in.

Will June Gloom or Santa Ana winds affect an outdoor event?

June Gloom keeps coastal mornings gray and cool in May and June, so we plan outdoor stations for the afternoon when the sky clears. Santa Ana winds in fall can gust past 40 mph, so we weight every tent and agree on an indoor backup with the venue.

Can you run the whole program, from venue to event day?

Yes. As your corporate event planner in Orange County, we find the venue, plan the program and the interactive, handle permits and show forms, and run the event day. That covers a corporate holiday party at a resort hotel or a corporate retreat by the harbor in Newport Beach.

Can you send a COI to an Anaheim hotel or a private venue?

Yes. Send us the holder name from your Anaheim show kit, your Disneyland Resort banquet contract or your venue agreement, and we'll match our insurance documents to it.

How do you price an Orange County event?

Every event gets a custom quote. The venue and its city, a fire permit if you need a tent, the number of stations and hours, branding and staffing shape it. Read how we quote, then send your details.
