Trade Show Entertainment That Fills Your Booth

Book trade show entertainment that gives visitors a reason to step off the aisle, stay a few minutes and leave their badge with your team.

Show floors we've worked

Exhibitors and agencies have trusted us with booths and conference evenings where a missed setup slot costs the whole day.

  • Fastest-lap leaderboard on a second screen at the i2c booth

    FinovateFall, New York Marriott Marquis

A fintech exhibitor wanted visitors to stop, stay and come back over three long days. We brought a cockpit to the Marriott Marquis, branded it in i2c colors and put a fastest-lap prize on a second screen. Read about the racing simulator at i2c's FinovateFall booth. It's still our clearest example of trade booth games turning into conversations.

During a lab medicine conference, the agency TBX hosted Sysmex customers in an aviation hangar. Our staffed cockpit fit the theme, and TBX wrote afterwards that its team and client were pleased with the product and our people. See the flight simulator for Sysmex at Hangar 21.

Trade show games that bring people in

A game in your booth turns a passerby into a person standing next to your sales rep for a few minutes.

On a busy floor, visitors walk past booths that only offer brochures. A short trade show game changes that. It's visible from the aisle, it has a clear goal, and anyone can try it in a minute or two. People who stop to watch become people who wait in line, and the line is where your team starts talking.

A leaderboard adds a second reason to visit. Visitors check their rank later in the day and bring colleagues to beat it.

Interactive trade show booth ideas by goal

You pick what the booth needs to achieve, and we suggest the station that does it in your space.

Draw foot traffic

A surf or racing station is easy to understand from across the aisle. Visitors see someone riding or driving and walk over. These booth traffic builders work best at a corner or an open side of the booth.

Start a competition

Timed rounds and a live leaderboard turn the booth into a contest. Our racing simulator rental runs Formula 1 or rally formats with a prize for the fastest lap.

Create branded content

An AI photo booth turns each visitor into a portrait in your campaign style within seconds, with a print or a digital copy to take away.

Games for niche audiences

A flight simulator suits aviation, engineering and technology crowds. A truck simulator fits fleet and logistics shows. Soccer stations work for sports and consumer brands.

What you get with us

You book one team for the whole show, so your booth staff can stay on sales. Want people who also pitch your product at the booth? Add brand ambassadors from the same team.

  • Delivery to the hall. We bring the stations to your hall and coordinate the setup window with the show.
  • Setup and testing. The station is built and tested before the floor opens.
  • An operator every show hour. Our person explains the game, keeps the line short and runs the scoring.
  • Your branding. Panels, campaign colors, leaderboard graphics, branded AI looks and sponsor content on screens.
  • Lead capture where it fits. A contact or sharing step built into the station flow.
  • Teardown after close. We pack up on the final day so you can leave on time.

What shapes your quote

You'll see the cost of your exact booth setup before you sign anything. We don't publish a price list, because every show is different. Your quote depends on:

  • Which stations you pick and how many.
  • Show days and floor hours.
  • The city and the hall.
  • Branding on panels, screens and prints.
  • Operators and booth staff.
  • Shipping, show labor rules and power orders.

Send the show name and your booth size. Here's how we build a quote.

A trade show booth activation, day by day

One booth, three show days and a result you can count: this is what the i2c project looked like from the inside.

A racing cockpit with blue and white panels draws visitors at a fintech booth in a New York hotel exhibit hall

Branded Racing Simulator for i2c at FinovateFall, New York

Work done: We installed and tested on September 8, the day before doors opened. The cockpit ran from 8 AM to 6 PM on the first two days and from 8 AM to 3 PM on the last. Our operator gave every driver a quick briefing and kept the competition moving., By the end, i2c's staff had saved about 51 scanned contacts from outside visitors. That's a contact count, not a count of drivers. i2c kept working with us on other events.

Paperwork for the show

Show management and the hall get our documents before move-in, so your booth isn't held at the dock.

We send insurance documents to organizers and venues on request. Add the exhibitor manual or the venue's insurance requirements to your request, and we'll check them early.

Halls also have their own rules for shipping, labor and electrical work. In some cities, union rules for rigging and electrical can change the setup schedule and the cost. We look at these rules with you during planning, not on move-in day.

Why some booth activations stay empty

Most trade show traffic building ideas fail for reasons you can see in advance. These are the ones we plan around.

  • The game takes too long.

A five-minute turn builds a line people won't join. We keep rounds short.

  • No link to sales.

Fun without a contact step leaves your team with nothing to follow up. We build in a capture step where the station supports it.

  • Power checked too late.

Missing outlets cost the first morning. We confirm the power order with the hall first.

  • A station that blocks the aisle.

Show management can make you move it. We place the station inside the booth line and mark the queue spot.

How a show project runs

Here's who does what from your first message to the last day of the show.

  1. Step 1: You send the show details

    • Show name, city, dates, booth size and your goal.
  2. Step 2: We reply with options

  3. Step 3: We plan the booth flow

    • Station position, queue spot and branding.
  4. Step 4: We clear the hall

    • Move-in window, power order, labor rules and insurance documents.
  5. Step 5: We set up and test

    • Usually the day before the floor opens.
  6. Step 6: We run every show hour

    • Through the final day.
  7. Step 7: We pack up

    • Teardown after the final close.
Two racing cockpits and a shared leaderboard screen in a 10x20 exhibitor booth

10x10 trade show booth ideas and bigger booths

  • 10×10 booth. One compact station, such as an AI photo mirror or a single cockpit placed against the back wall.
  • 10×20 booth. One station plus a demo or meeting corner, or two racing cockpits with a shared leaderboard.
  • Island booth. Several stations, a leaderboard screen and room for a crowd to watch.

The right station depends on your booth size, so start with your floor plan.

Shows sell booths in standard sizes: 10×10, 10×20 and larger island booths from 20×20. A small booth needs a compact activation that leaves room for your team and a short line.

We fit the setup to your venue and confirm space and power with you. Flight simulator sessions run 3 to 5 minutes.

Who works your booth

You don't train anyone from your side to run the game. We bring the people.

Operator

Questions

Which trade show games work best in a small booth?

A single compact station with short turns. An AI photo mirror or one racing cockpit fits most 10×10 booths, as the booth size guide above shows.

Any trade show booth ideas for small budgets?

Start with one station for the busiest show days only. Fewer hours and one operator keep the quote smaller.

How do you help with lead capture?

Your team can scan badges at the leaderboard while visitors wait for their turn.

Can you book a trade show magician, presenter or emcee?

Yes. We can add a magician, a presenter or an emcee to the booth program. Tell us your audience and booth size.

Do you have carnival booth games?

Ask us with your booth size. We'll tell you which carnival-style games are available for your dates.

What are other trade show booth traffic ideas?

A scheduled final on the last afternoon and a photo visitors want to keep. Both give people a reason to come back.

Can you handle a multi-day show in another state?

Yes. Send the show dates and the hall, and we'll plan staffing for each day. Short notice can work too: EF Academy booked a surf simulator two days before its event.

Do you design and build the booth itself?

Our trade show planning and booth production page covers booth design, build and show logistics.

Can you send insurance documents to show management?

Yes, on request. Include the requirements from your exhibitor manual.
