Corporate Event Case Studies: Setups, Venues and Results

Each of these corporate event case studies lays out what we brought, how we got it into the venue and what happened once guests arrived. You see the client, the room and the schedule we worked to.

Event planning case studies, grouped by station

Find a project with your kind of room or your kind of crowd. A tower floor, a hangar, a campus lawn and a trade show aisle each need a different setup plan. Every station in these projects is ours, and you can book the same ones. We fit the setup to your venue and confirm space and power with you.

Branded Racing Simulator for i2c at FinovateFall, New York

Read this one if you exhibit at trade shows. We branded a racing simulator for i2c at FinovateFall at the New York Marriott Marquis and ran a fastest-lap contest for three show days. The booth team saved about 51 external contacts.

Flight Simulator for "Take Flight with Sysmex" at Hangar 21, Fullerton

The agency Total Brand Experience (TBX) booked a flight simulator for a Sysmex customer evening at Hangar 21, an aircraft hangar venue. We arrived at 1:30 PM and had the station ready at 4:30 PM, well before the 6 PM doors. TBX later wrote that its team and its client were pleased with the result.

Audio Support for an Indoor Presentation and Seated Program

A hall with high ceilings and hard walls swallowed the presenter's voice. For audio support at a seated presentation we placed powered speakers along the rows and the side seating, then ran a sound check before guests sat down.

How a past case study shapes your event plan

The closest match to your venue saves you a round of questions.

  1. Step 1: Tell us about the room

    • Floor, elevator or stairs, indoor or outdoor, and when the venue lets vendors in.
  2. Step 2: We pull the closest project

    • A tower floor follows the 55th-floor plan. An outdoor party follows the EF Academy luau lawn.
  3. Step 3: You get a schedule and a quote

    • Arrival time, setup window, staffing and the full custom quote for your date.
  4. Step 4: We run it and report back

    • Standings, photos or contact counts, whatever you agreed to measure.

Questions about our projects

Can I see a project like mine before I book?

Yes. Tell us the venue and the format, and we'll point you to the closest project on this page and explain what we'd change for your room.

Do you work in my city?

Yes. We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and work across the U.S. Our Orlando office and warehouse is at 310 N Orange Ave, so Florida and the East Coast are home ground too. The same stations and our own operators come to your venue.

How much did these events cost?

We don't publish prices, because no two of these projects had the same scope. Your quote depends on stations, hours, city and staffing. See how we quote for what goes into it.

Do event agencies book you for their clients?

Yes. Total Brand Experience, Event Collective and Kid's Bash OC booked us for their own clients. We follow the agency's run of show and send venue paperwork, including insurance documents, on request. TBX's written feedback after the Sysmex evening is on our client feedback page.

Want a result like these?

Send us the date, the city and the venue. We'll reply right away with the project closest to yours and a quote for your event. Share the event type, date, city, guest count and budget. If you saw a project on this page that looks like yours, name it. Or call +1 213 912 1010
