Surfing Simulator Rental for Corporate and Campus Events

Bring a surfing simulator to your event, and guests ride a wave on the board while the room cheers at the screen.

Where we've set up the waves

Three events took our surf station to a campus lawn, a stairs-only second floor and a city plaza.

The school called two days before its Hawaiian-themed party for international students. We delivered and ran the station that evening. See the surf simulator for EF Academy's luau party.

Why a surfing simulator draws a crowd

People understand surfing from across the room. That makes the station easy to spot and easy to join.

A guest steps onto the board and rides by shifting their weight. The wave plays on a big screen next to them, so everyone nearby sees each wobble, each save and each wipeout. Spectators gather without being asked, and many of them get in line.

It also fits a theme. Beach parties, luaus, summer socials and anything with a California or Florida beach mood get an activity that matches the decor.

Built around your party

We shape the surf session to your theme, your space and how competitive you want it.

  • A leaderboard if you want a contest.

Scores go up on a separate screen, and guests come back to beat them.

  • A station for your theme.

Luau, beach day or a city-themed summer social. We've run all three. Browse more ideas for themed parties.

  • Indoors or outside.

A lawn, a plaza under tents or a room upstairs. We check the spot first.

  • Part of a bigger program.

Surfing sits well next to VR sports, an AI photo booth and music, all from one team. That's a good plan for a company picnic or a summer social.

What comes with the station

You book the surf station once, and we bring everything around it too.

  • Delivery and carry-in. Including stairs when the room is upstairs.
  • Setup. We set up the board, the screen and the game before the first rider.
  • An operator. Our person explains the board, helps guests on and keeps the line moving.
  • Leaderboard on request. A second screen with live scores.
  • Teardown. We pack up after the last ride.

Surf Simulator for EF Academy's Luau Party in Pasadena

Work done: About 715 students were due at the luau. We arrived at 5 PM for a 7:30 to 9:30 PM party. One operator ran the station while school staff helped with the line, and we sent the school event photos the next day.

Paperwork for your venue

Your venue manager gets the documents they ask for before we unload.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. We also agree the load-in route with you and the venue: elevator or stairs, the door we use and the time we can arrive. Add your venue's rules to the request, and we'll handle them early.

What trips up a surf station

Most surf problems happen before the first rider. Here's what to check, and what we do about it.

  • Uneven ground. A board on a slope or soft turf feels wrong to ride. We check the surface and pick a level spot.
  • Sun on the screen. Outdoors in daylight, glare can wash out the display. We plan the screen angle, use shade tents or schedule for evening.
  • No room for the line. Riders need space, and so do the people waiting. We mark out queue space when we set up.
  • Stairs nobody mentioned. An upstairs room changes the carry-in plan. Tell us the route, and we'll plan the crew for it.
  • No power where the station stands. On a plaza or a lawn, the nearest outlet can be far away. We bring cable runs and power distribution when the site needs them.

How booking works

Here's what happens between your first message and the last ride.

    • We reply right away.
  2. Step 2: You get a quote

    • It arrives in minutes, with stations and options listed.

    • Indoors or out, the route in, power and shade.
  4. Step 4: We arrive early

    • For an evening party, a couple of hours ahead.
    • For a morning start, earlier still.
  5. Step 5: Guests ride

    • The operator helps each one on and updates the scores.
  6. Step 6: We pack up

    • Then we send you the photos if you'd like them.

What the surf station includes

  • A surf board that the rider steers by balance and movement
  • A gaming system with the surf game
  • A 50-inch TV that shows the ride to the room
  • A digital leaderboard on a second screen, if you want one

A virtual surfing simulator is a board, a screen and a game, run by our operator.

The station works indoors or outside, depending on the venue. We confirm floor space, power and the route in for your site before the date.

Who runs the station

You don't need to assign anyone from your team. Ours runs it.

  • Operator. Explains the board, steadies first-timers and keeps the line and the scores moving.
  • Event lead. Agrees the spot and timing with you and the venue, leads setup and teardown and stays your contact on the day.

Surf simulator rental across the U.S.

The waves travel anywhere in the country. We run from two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and ship the surf station from the closer one. Our Orlando office and warehouse are at 310 N Orange Ave, so a beach party in Florida or on the East Coast is as easy to plan as one in California.

Send the city and venue. We'll plan transport, setup and the operator together. For an outdoor party in the City of Orlando, a tent needs its own permit, filed 30 business days before setup, so tell us early if the station goes under one.

Questions

Is this a mechanical surfboard rental?

No. A mechanical surfboard is a motor-driven ride. Ours is a board you steer by balance while the wave plays on screen. If you need a mechanical ride, tell us and we'll confirm what we can bring.

Does it use real water?

No. Our station is dry, so it works in a ballroom, an office or on a lawn without plumbing.

How much space does it need?

Room for the board, the screen and a short line. Send your floor area and the route in, and we'll confirm the layout.

Can it go outdoors?

Yes. We've run it on a campus lawn and on a downtown plaza. We check the ground and the light before setup.

How fast can you book?

Often faster than you'd think. EF Academy booked us two days before its party.

Can you add a leaderboard?

Yes. Scores show on a second screen next to the station.

Can we combine it with other stations?

Yes. Tell us which stations you want, and we'll plan one layout and one schedule for all of them.

Catch the next wave

Send the date and the venue. We'll check availability right away, and one team will bring the board, run it and pack it up. Tell us the event type, date, city, guest count and budget. Mention whether the station goes indoors or outside and if there are stairs on the way in. Or call +1 213 912 1010
