Why a photo booth works at a corporate event

An interactive photo booth gives your guests an easy first move. Nobody needs a skill or a team to join, and the result is in their hand a minute later.

For you, the value comes after the event. Every print and every shared image carries your logo or campaign art, so a branded photo booth keeps working on social feeds long after the room empties. At a trade show photo booth, the screen draws people in from the aisle, and the sign-up step gives your sales team a name to follow up with.

Matched to your guests and your goal

We start with what the booth should do for you, then pick the format, the look and the hours around it.

Brand reach

An AI portrait or a 360 clip with your overlay, shared to phones on the spot.

A keepsake

Instant prints in a frame with your event name and date.

Something to watch

A booth near the bar or the stage, so the line itself turns into part of the party.

A bigger program

The booth can share the floor with our racing, flight and surf simulators, VR and sound, run by one team.

What every booking includes

One booking covers the booth, the person who runs it and the cleanup, so you have nothing to rent or staff separately.

  • Delivery, setup and a test run. We build the booth and take test shots before your doors open.
  • An operator for the whole event. Starts each session, helps shy guests and keeps the line short.
  • Your branding. Logo on the photo frame, a welcome screen and AI looks in your campaign style.
  • Prints and digital copies. Guests take a print and get the file on their phone.
  • Lead capture on request. A sign-up step with the fields you choose.
  • Teardown. We pack up after the last guest.

Photo booth rental cost

You'll see the total for your exact setup before you commit.

We don't sell fixed photo booth rental packages. Every event gets a custom quote, and these things shape it:

  • the booth format, or two formats side by side;
  • how many hours the booth runs, and over how many days;
  • prints on site and how many;
  • custom looks, overlays and booth branding;
  • lead capture and the data you need afterward;
  • your city.

How we put a quote together is on how we quote.

Booths and stations at our events

Work done: Capital Group, a returning client, held a summer social for its employees on an outdoor plaza. Our AI photo booth printed portraits in Capital Group branding with themed looks, next to surf simulators, VR sports and a sound system. Before guests came, we set up shade tents, power distribution and internet for the booth.

Photos from our photo booths

These shots show the booth size, the light and where the line forms.

  • Coworkers in party clothes pose with props in an enclosed photo booth with the curtain open
  • The photo booth mirror, studio lights and printer set up in an office lobby before guests arrive
  • Two colleagues choose a themed look on the mirror touch screen
  • A branded print with a company logo and the event date
  • Guests share a 360 clip on their phones next to the platform
  • A selfie booth with a step and repeat backdrop at a holiday party

Insurance and venue paperwork

Your venue gets our paperwork before load-in, so setup starts on time.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. Add the venue's vendor requirements to your request, and we'll check them early. We also agree the load-in window, the room and staff passes with you and the venue.

What goes wrong with a photo booth

Most booth problems on event day trace back to a detail nobody checked. Here's what each one costs and how we prevent it.

  • The spot is too small.

    A booth squeezed next to a doorway blocks traffic. We check the floor plan with you first.

  • Weak Wi-Fi.

    Photos don't reach phones, and guests leave without them. We plan internet for the booth before event day.

  • Late artwork.

    A logo that arrives the night before can't be tested. Send it a couple of days ahead.

  • The wrong hours.

    A booth that opens during dinner sits empty. We set the hours around your program, and you can change them by agreement before the event.

How booking works

You'll know what happens at each step, from your first message to the last print.

  1. Step 1: You send the basics

    • Date, venue, city, guest count and what you want from the booth.
  2. Step 2: You get a quote

    • We reply right away and check availability.
  3. Step 3: We agree the details

    • Format, looks, print frame, sharing and the sign-up fields.
  4. Step 4: You send artwork

    • Logos and campaign art a couple of days ahead.
  5. Step 5: We set up and test

    • Before your doors open.
  6. Step 6: We run the booth

    • Then we pack up.

Space, power and internet

  • Space and power. We fit the setup to your venue and confirm floor space, ceiling height and power with you.
  • The line. Keep room in front of the booth, so guests wait without blocking a doorway.
  • Internet. A stable connection for digital sharing and AI looks.
  • Light. The mirror brings its own studio lights, so a dark ballroom works.

Here's what to keep free at your venue so the booth goes up without a last-minute move.

Who runs the booth

You don't staff anything yourself. We bring the people.

  • Operator. Stays at the booth for the whole event, starts sessions, helps with poses and keeps the line moving.
  • Event lead. Plans the layout and the schedule with you and the venue, leads setup and teardown, and stays your contact on site.

Questions

How much does it cost to rent a photo booth?

Every event gets a custom quote. It depends on the format, the hours, prints, branding and your city. Send the date and the venue to get yours.

Which photo booth is best for a corporate event?

Pick the AI photo mirror booth if you want branded portraits. Pick the 360 booth if you want videos for social media. If you can't decide, tell us your goal and we'll suggest one.

How do guests get their photos?

They take a print at the booth and get a digital copy on their phone. We set up sharing for your event before the doors open.

Can you put our logo on the photos?

Yes. Your logo goes on the photo frame and the welcome screen, and the AI looks can follow your campaign style.

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have a date. Short notice can work too: EF Academy booked our surf simulator for a campus luau two days before the party.

What are some fun photo booth ideas for a company party?

Give the AI looks a theme from your party, such as a holiday look or team jerseys. Print the event name and date on every frame. Add a 360 booth next to the mirror for group videos.

Can you set up an outdoor photo booth?

Yes. Outdoors the booth needs shade from direct sun and a planned power source. Tell us about the site in your request.

Can you send insurance documents to our venue?

Yes, on request. Add your venue's requirements to the form below.

Check your date

Send the date, the city and your guest count. We'll check availability right away, and one team will bring the booth, run it and pack it up. Tell us the event type, date, city, expected guest count and budget. Add the booth format you like, the hours, and whether you need prints, branding or lead capture. Or call +1 213 912 1010
