Photo Booth Rental in Dallas for Corporate Events
With our photo booth rental in Dallas, buyers at market week and employees at a Plano town hall each leave with a portrait in your brand.

Why DFW companies book a photo booth
Dallas is a headquarters town, and headquarters want two things from a booth: their brand on every picture and a crowd that mixes.
DFW has 24 Fortune 500 headquarters, eight of them in Irving. Their events are sales kickoffs, town halls and year-end parties for thousands of people who sit in different buildings all year. A booth gives a sales rep from Frisco and an engineer from Irving a reason to stand in the same frame.
AI and digital photo booth rental in Dallas
Our digital photo booth is a full-length mirror. It turns each guest into a portrait in your campaign style, with a print and a phone copy. In a Dallas Market Center showroom, a sign-up step before the shot hands your sales team the buyer's details.

A camera arm circles the guest for a slow-motion clip. It fits a gala at the Hilton Anatole or a client night at a ballpark suite, where guests film each other and post the same evening.

Where a DFW photo booth stands
The metro has several centers, and the venue decides the dock, the power order and the walk from the parking lot.
Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center
Halls A, B and C stay open while the rest comes down for a new center due in late 2029.
Dallas Market Center
Market weeks in January and June bring buyers to showrooms on the Stemmons Corridor. A booth at a showroom door gives buyers a reason to step in.
Klyde Warren Park
A 5.4-acre deck park over Woodall Rodgers Freeway, between the Arts District and Uptown. A private foundation runs it, not the city parks department, and it hosts about 1,300 events and programs a year.
Globe Life Field, Arlington
The Rangers' park has a retractable roof and sits next to AT&T Stadium and the Live! by Loews hotel. Suites and clubs here suit a client night that isn't rained out.
Hilton Anatole
About 600,000 sq ft with nine ballrooms and about 260,000 sq ft outdoors.
Gaylord Texan, Grapevine
The 179,520 sq ft Longhorn Exhibition Hall takes a full expo beside a general session.
Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas
A 50,000 sq ft hall with no columns, a short drive from the headquarters around it.

What your Dallas booking includes
The booth comes with the person who runs it and the paperwork your venue wants, so you don't hire anyone in Texas for it.
- One crew, any state. We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, with our Orlando office and warehouse at 310 N Orange Ave, and we work across Texas and the rest of the U.S.
- An operator for every hour. At a sales kickoff, hundreds of reps reach the booth in the same break. Our operator starts each session and keeps the line moving.
- Your look. Logo frame, welcome screen and AI looks built on your brand or your sales kickoff theme.
- Prints and phone copies. Guests keep a print and get the file by text or email.
- More from the same crew. Add AV rental in Dallas for screens and sound, a racing simulator or VR, and the same people run them. For headquarters teams, see Dallas team building ideas.

We build each quote from the event itself, not a package list:

Booking a booth in Dallas, step by step
Each step answers something a Dallas venue or the fire department will ask you anyway.
Dallas venue rules, permits and COI
Dallas splits its rules between the convention center, the fire department and the special events office. These are the ones a booth runs into.
- Freight and labor. At the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Teamsters move freight. Your staff may set up their own display with tools, and hand carry goes without carts, so the booth arrives as freight.
- Power. Only the center's electricians lay cords and plug in, and exhibitor cords must be 12 gauge flat cords.
- Assembly permit for office events. If your building's certificate of occupancy doesn't cover assembly and more than 50 people attend, Dallas Fire-Rescue wants a Temporary Assembly Permit filed 45 days ahead.
- Tents. An outdoor booth under a tent of 700 sq ft without sides, or 400 sq ft with sides, needs a fire marshal tent permit.
- Streets. The Office of Special Events wants an application 30 days before setup, or 60 days if a street closes.
Our insurance documents go to your venue on request, with the names it asks for.
Questions about photo booths in Dallas
Is the Dallas convention center open for our booth while it's rebuilt?
Yes. Halls A, B and C stay open during construction. Send your organizer's current access instructions, because entrances change as the work moves, and we plan the freight route from them.
Do we need a permit for a booth at an office party in Las Colinas?
Only if the building's certificate of occupancy doesn't cover assembly and more than 50 people attend. Then Dallas Fire-Rescue wants a Temporary Assembly Permit, 45 days ahead. Ask your building manager first, because the 45 days leave little room for a late booking.
Can a booth go outdoors in spring, with hail season?
Hail and storms run from March to June, peaking in April and May. In late April 2026, North Texas saw softball-size hail and six tornadoes. For a spring date, we plan a covered spot or a room to move into, and the operator moves the booth on your call.
How hot is it for an outdoor booth in August?
The average August high is about 97°F. Plan an outdoor booth after sunset, or in a covered space with air moving.
Can you bring the booth to Fort Worth, Plano or Arlington?
Yes. Our DFW photo booth rental covers the whole metro. In Arlington, Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium sit side by side, so tell us which stadium, lot and gate our vehicle uses.
What does it cost to rent a photo booth in Dallas?
Each Dallas booking gets a custom quote, with no package price. The booth format, the hours, the venue's power order and any tent for an outdoor date set the total. Send the date and the venue, and the quote comes back within minutes.
Which weeks are hardest to book in Dallas?
The January and June markets at Dallas Market Center, and the State Fair. The Texas–OU game at the Cotton Bowl, usually the second Saturday of October, fills the city that weekend. In 2028 the January markets move a week later.
