About ESR: One Team from Planning to Teardown
ESR plans and runs corporate events across the U.S. We own the simulators, VR stations and photo booths we bring.
A corporate event company with its own fleet
You work with a corporate event company that started with interactive entertainment and grew into full event production.
For five years our core has been the stations guests line up for: racing, flight, surf, soccer and truck simulators, VR sports, AI and 360 photo booths and AI Networking. That's our fleet of interactive event rentals. Today we also plan and produce whole events: program, venue, vendors, sound and screens, with our stations as one part of the day.
We work from two bases: Los Angeles on the West Coast and Orlando on the East Coast, where we keep an office and a warehouse. Florida and the East Coast are as much our home ground as California.

Our own gear
The racing cockpits use Xbox systems, sound runs through QSC speakers and our screens measure 50 to 65 inches. The stations are ours, and the operators who run them know every part.

The people on site
- Event lead. Plans the setup with you and the venue, and stays your contact on the day.
- Setup crew. Loads, builds and tests the stations before doors open, and takes them down at the end.
- Operators. Explain the controls, run tournaments and leaderboards and move the line along. They wear a costume when your theme calls for one.
- AV technician. Handles speakers, microphones and announcements for programs with sound.
You meet the same roles at every event, and each one has a clear job.

Five Interactive Stations and AV for Capital Group's "I Love LA" Summer Social
A full outdoor program for a returning client. The Capital Group Summer Social on an outdoor plaza combined two surf simulators, VR Baseball, VR Hockey and an AI photo booth with prints, plus four QSC speakers and a DJ table. Four operators and an AV technician ran it.

Are you an event agency or a rental company?
Both. We plan and produce corporate events, and we own the interactive stations we bring to them. You can book a single simulator or the whole event.
Who are your clients?
Capital Group has booked us for three events. We've also worked for i2c, Sysmex America through the agency TBX, Parker Aerospace, the TEC6 organizers, Event Collective, Alpha School, EF Academy and Kid's Bash OC.
Do you work with event agencies?
Yes. Agencies book us for their clients, and we work to the agency's schedule and theme. Our operators can wear the costume or accessories the agency supplies.
