One team instead of a vendor list

Fewer vendors means fewer handoffs, and handoffs are where events go wrong.

  • Picture an outdoor company party. The AV crew needs power at 10 AM, the attraction company arrives at noon and finds the outlets taken, and the tent vendor wants a different layout. With separate contracts, you referee that by phone.
  • We run every service from one schedule. Our AV technician and our station operators work for the same lead, so power, space and timing are settled before the trucks arrive.
  • When you need another corporate event vendor, such as security, we book it and add it to that same schedule.

What full service event management includes

  • An event lead for on site event coordination. One person runs the schedule on the day and answers your questions.
  • A crew that sets up early. We arrive hours before doors open and test every station, screen and speaker.
  • Venue documents. We send insurance documents to your venue on request.
  • One quote. Planning, production and interactive stations sit in one quote, so you see the full plan before you sign.
  • Teardown included. We pack up and remove everything after the last guest.

Whichever services you book, these come with them.

Five Interactive Stations and AV for Capital Group's "I Love LA" Summer Social

Production, AV and staffing in one package. For Capital Group's Summer Social we brought five stations, four QSC speakers, a wireless mic and a DJ table. We also handled shade tents, power distribution and internet for the photo booth. Four operators and one AV technician arrived at 9:30 AM for a 2 PM start.

How event project management works

You approve each step, and we handle the work between them.

  1. Step 1: Brief

    • Tell us the event type, date, city, guest count, budget and which services you need.
    • We reply right away.
  2. Step 2: Plan and quote

    • You get a plan with each service, the crew and the timing, plus a quote, often within minutes.
  3. Step 3: Venue check

    • We confirm access, power, internet and insurance requirements with your venue.
  4. Step 4: Event day

    • The crew sets up, tests and runs the program with the event lead.
  5. Step 5: Wrap-up

    • You get photos, leaderboards or contact counts, depending on what you booked.

An event management company working across the USA

We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and work across the U.S.

In Orlando we keep an office and a warehouse, so Florida and the East Coast are as much our working ground as California. Event logistics management, from shipping to crew travel, is part of our plan, so you don't arrange it yourself. Check the venues, local rules and services we cover in your area on event services in your city.

Questions about our services

What do professional event services cover?

Everything a company needs to run an event: planning, venue, production, AV, staff, branding, travel and the interactive part. Book one of them or the full set.

What does an event production company do?

It turns the plan into a working room: sound, screens, staging, light, stations and the crew that sets them up and runs them. As your production company, we load in, test before doors open and pack out after the last guest.

Can I book only AV or only staffing?

Yes. You can book AV for a town hall or operators for your own booth as a single service. We work to your schedule and your venue rules.

Do you own the equipment?

We own our simulators, VR stations, photo booths and AV, including QSC speakers. For items like tents or security we book local vendors and manage them on our schedule.

Are you a corporate event organizer or a rental company?

Both. You can hire us as the corporate event organizer for the whole day or rent a single station with an operator.

How do you price production work?

As live event producers, we quote each event on its own, built from the services, crew, hours, city and travel. More on how we quote.

Can you work with our venue's in-house AV?

Yes. Tell us what the venue provides, and we'll plan around it. We bring only what's missing and agree on power and load-in with the venue team.

Tell us which services you need

Send the date, the city and the parts of the event you'd like us to handle. We'll reply right away with a plan and a quote. Tell us the event type, date, city, guest count and budget. List the services you need, or ask us to plan the whole event. Or call +1 213 912 1010
