Corporate Gifting and Employee Appreciation Gifts

Make corporate gifting part of the event, so people get the gift in person, at the moment it means something. We pick the items with you, brand them, pack them and hand them out on the day.

Event gifting that people remember

A gift handed over on stage or at the finish line of a game carries more weight than a box on a desk.

When a gift arrives with a reason, people keep it. The winner of a race gets a trophy in front of colleagues. A new hire gets a welcome kit at the first all-hands. A team gets a thank-you on the night of its party. We plan the gift and the moment together. For the whole event around it, see our employee appreciation events.

Branded merchandise people actually use

You get items with your logo that stay on desks and in bags, not in a drawer.

We start with what your people would buy for themselves: a good tumbler, a warm hoodie, a solid notebook, a power bank. Then we put the logo where it looks right, not as large as possible. The same designers handle your event branding, so the gift matches the stage and the screens.

Employee appreciation gifts can also be personal: names on items, a choice of size or color, a card from the team lead.

What shapes the price

You'll know the full cost of items, branding and delivery before you order. There's no price list. Every order gets a custom quote.

  • Items and quantities.
  • Branding method and number of logo positions.
  • Packing and personal cards.
  • Delivery to the venue or to many home addresses.
  • Handing out on site and a ceremony.
  • Your dates and city.
How we quote

Corporate event gifts in action

Prizes and keepsakes work best when the event gives them a moment. Here's how that looked at our events.

Gifts and prizes

These frames show how gifts look on the table and in people's hands.

  • A prize table with a racing helmet and trophies next to two racing stations
  • A winner holds a trophy next to the leaderboard screen
  • Gift boxes packed with a card on top
  • A welcome kit with a notebook, tumbler and company tee
  • A team lead hands a gift to a colleague on stage
  • Conference attendees pick up swag bags at check-in

Taxes on employee gifts

Your finance team will ask, so here's the short answer from the IRS employer guide.

  • Gift cards given to employees count as taxable wages at any amount.
  • Small non-cash gifts, such as a holiday item of low value, can be tax-free as a de minimis benefit.
  • Awards for length of service or safety have their own rules. Check with your accountant, and we'll pick items that fit the plan.

Where corporate gifts go wrong

Most gifts that miss do so for a few reasons. Here's what each one costs and how we avoid it.

  • Cheap items with a big logo.

People throw them away. We pick fewer, better items and keep the logo modest.

  • Wrong sizes.

Apparel without sizes ends up unused. We collect sizes in advance or choose items without them.

  • Late delivery.

Gifts that arrive after the party miss the moment. We set the production date by your event date.

  • Remote staff forgotten.

People who weren't in the room feel left out. We plan home delivery for them too.

  • Gift cards by default.

They're taxable wages. We suggest physical gifts where it makes sense.

Questions

Do you only ship corporate gift boxes?

No. A box is one option. We also run the event, so the gift can arrive on stage, at a contest or at check-in.

What are good employee appreciation day gift ideas?

Useful items with a small logo, a team photo printed at the event, or prizes for a friendly contest. Tell us your budget, and we'll send options.

Can gifts be part of a holiday party?

Yes. For the full party, see corporate holiday party planning.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the item. Send the number of people, and we'll suggest items that fit.

Can you add names to the gifts?

Yes, on many items, with a name or a personal card.
