Terms of Service

These terms explain how quotes and bookings work with ESR and what each side takes care of before and during your event. Your quote or event agreement adds the details for your date.

Booking and event terms

Read these before you book. If your quote or event agreement says something different, the quote or agreement applies.

Who we are

FLOREMART LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as ESR ("ESR", "we", "us"), runs eventsimrentals.com and provides the services described on it. "You" means the person or company that uses this website or books us.

Using this website

The website describes our services and past events. Photos show real events or the kind of setup we bring, and the stations we deliver may look different. You may share links to our pages. Please don't copy our text or photos for commercial use without our written permission.

How we use the information you send through the website is in our Privacy Policy.

Quotes

Every event gets its own quote. It lists the stations, services, hours, crew, travel and branding we agreed with you. Read how we quote to see what shapes the total.

We build each quote from the details you give us. When the date, city, venue, hours or guest count change, we update the quote before you confirm. Each quote shows how long it stays valid.

Booking and payment

We reserve your date when you approve the quote in writing and make the payment the quote lists. The amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are in your quote or event agreement.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us about changes as early as you can. We'll confirm in writing what we can change and whether the quote changes too. Cancellation and refund terms for your booking are in your quote or event agreement.

Sometimes events can't go ahead for reasons neither side controls, such as severe weather, a venue closure or a power outage. In that case we'll work with you on a new date or the options your agreement gives.

Venue, space and power

You arrange access to the venue, including load-in times, parking for our vehicles and any permits the venue asks for. Before the event we tell you how much floor space and power each station needs, and we confirm access, outlets, Wi-Fi, stairs or elevators and access hours with you or the venue.

If the conditions on the day differ from what we agreed, our crew will do its best to set up anyway. Extra time, staff or equipment can change the final cost, and we'll tell you before we add it.

Insurance

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance or special wording, send us its requirements with your booking.

Outdoor events

Some stations work outdoors, depending on the venue. For an outdoor setup we need level ground, power and enough light, and in sun we need shade for guests and equipment. In rain, strong wind or other unsafe weather, our operator may pause or move a station.

Safety at the stations

Guests use the stations under our operator's guidance and follow the operator's instructions. The operator adjusts each game to the player and may shorten, pause or end a turn, or refuse a guest who seems unwell or unsafe to play. Our simulators are entertainment. The truck and flight simulators aren't driver or pilot training.

Care of the equipment

Please keep food and drinks away from the stations. Responsibility for damage that guests cause through misuse is set in your quote or event agreement.

Logos, branding and photos

When you send us logos, colors or other materials for branding, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We use them only for your event.

Our crew may take photos at your event and send them to you. We may show event photos and your company name in our case studies. If you don't want that, tell us before the event.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, ESR isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, connected with this website or your event. Our total responsibility for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law doesn't let us limit.

Governing law

California law governs these terms. Courts in Los Angeles County, California, resolve any dispute about them, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book applies to your booking. We show the date of the latest update at the top.

Questions about the terms

Is the quote final?

It's final for the details in it. If you change the date, venue, hours or guest count, we send an updated quote before you confirm.

Where do I find cancellation terms?

In your quote or event agreement. Ask us before you book if you need them earlier.

Can you send a certificate of insurance to our venue?

Yes. Send us the venue's requirements, and we'll confirm what we can provide before you book.

Who arranges access to the venue?

You or your planner arrange access. We send the space and power needs for each station and agree on load-in times with you or the venue.
