Brand Activation Agency with Its Own Interactive Stations

We're a brand activation agency that brings its own stations, from a race against the clock to an AI portrait in your campaign look. Our operators pull guests in all day, and you leave with a count of what happened for your brand team.

Activations we've run

Each of these started with a brand goal and ended with guests lining up for a turn.

What a brand activation needs to do

A good activation gives a passerby something to do with your brand in under a minute, then a reason to stay.

A brand activation is a live moment where people take part instead of just looking. That matters to buyers: in Event Marketer's EventTrack 2021 survey, 91% of consumers said taking part in a brand's event made them more inclined to buy.

Activation marketing works when the task is obvious from the aisle. Everyone gets a lap time. Everyone wants to see their face in a new look. A crowd watching the screen pulls in the next person. If you need the full campaign around it, from concept to media, our experiential marketing agency page covers that side.

An activation agency with its own fleet

You deal with the people who own the equipment and run it, not a middleman booking someone else's crew.

We own the simulators, booths and AV, and our operators travel with them. The team that plans your layout is the team on the floor. When a detail changes on show day, the person who can fix it is already standing there.

We work directly with brands and with agencies. TBX, the agency behind the Sysmex evening, booked us as its activation crew and sent written feedback afterwards. Its team and the client were pleased with the product and the professionalism.

We also run brand events for internal audiences, like employee socials, where the brand is the company itself.

What you get with our brand activation services

One booking covers the station, the look, the people and the numbers afterwards.

  • A station with a clear task.

Racing, flight, surf, VR sports, soccer or an AI photo mirror, picked for your audience and floor space.

  • Your brand on it.

Simulator panels, seat areas, sponsor graphics, leaderboard design, AI looks and printed photos in campaign colors. Our event branding page shows each surface.

  • Operators all day.

They invite guests in, explain the task and keep the line short.

  • A contact flow, if you need one.

We agree the tool and guest consent with you before the event.

  • Delivery to teardown.

We bring, build, test, run and remove everything.

  • Results you can report.

Leaderboards, contact counts and photos, each counted separately.

What shapes your quote

You'll see the full cost of your activation before you commit, and you'll have it within minutes. Each activation gets its own quote.

  • Which stations you choose and how many.
  • How many days and hours they run.
  • Your city and venue access.
  • Branding: wraps, screen graphics, AI looks, prints.
  • Staff on site and any contact capture.
  • Add-ons like AV, prizes or extra screens.

Branded Racing Simulator for i2c at FinovateFall, New York

Visitors came back to beat their own times over three show days, and the contest got busier each day. i2c's booth staff saved about 51 scanned contacts from outside visitors. We report that number as contacts, not players or leads. i2c kept working with us on other events. The station itself is on our racing simulator rental page.

Photos from our activations

Brand activation entertainment from real show floors, client nights and company events.

  • A winner holds a trophy next to the racing leaderboard
  • A fastest lap times board with event colors
  • Guests gather around the flight station at a themed client evening
  • A guest picks a branded AI look on the photo mirror
  • Launch guests try a branded station next to the product display
  • Spectators watch the leaderboard during a brand contest

Venue paperwork and permits

Venues and show organizers get what they ask for from us before load-in, so your booth opens on time.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. In a corporate tower, we met the building's insurance rules ahead of the event.

Street activations are different. New York, for example, classifies promotional events on streets and sidewalks by their size and impact, and a fixed pop-up often needs a permit or private property. Tell us the location early, and we'll plan around the rules there.

Brand activation ideas that fall flat

These mistakes leave a booth empty or a report blank.

  • The task takes too long to explain. If the rules need a speech, people walk past. We pick formats a guest gets in seconds.
  • Nothing to come back for. One try and done means one visit. A leaderboard and a prize bring people back.
  • No one inviting guests in. Shy visitors wait for a signal. Our operators give it.
  • Branding only on the backdrop. Guests look at the seat, the screen and their photo. That's where your logo belongs.
  • Counting the wrong thing. Players, photos and contacts are different numbers. Mixing them weakens your report.
  • Load-in left to the last day. Without cleared access, setup eats into show hours. We agree it with the venue in advance.

How we build your activation

You'll know what happens at each step, from the brief to the numbers.

  1. Step 1: You send the brief

    • Brand, goal, audience, dates, venue and booth size.
  2. Step 2: We suggest a format

    • One station or a mix, matched to your goal and floor plan.
  3. Step 3: You get a quote

    • It lists stations, hours, staff and branding.
  4. Step 4: We design the look

    • Your files go onto panels, screens and AI looks.
  5. Step 5: We clear the venue

    • Access, power, insurance and any permits.
  6. Step 6: We build and test

    • Every station is ready before doors open.
  7. Step 7: We run it

    • Operators guide guests and keep the line moving.
  8. Step 8: We report

    • You get the leaderboard, counts and photos.

Who runs your activation

  • Event lead. Plans the layout and timing with you and the venue and stays your contact on the day.
  • Operators. Run each station, brief guests and manage the queue. At Capital Group's summer social, four operators covered five stations.
  • AV technician. Runs sound and screens when the activation needs them.

A small on-site crew handles the guests, so your own team can talk to customers.

Two bases

Los Angeles and Orlando

West CoastEast CoastNationwide

We have two bases, Los Angeles on the West Coast and Orlando on the East Coast, and we plan transport, setup and staff as one job. We've run activations in a New York hotel show hall, office towers, a hangar venue and a studio lot. We travel to show cities like Orlando, Las Vegas, Chicago, Dallas and Miami. In Orlando, that includes convention-center shows such as IAAPA Expo at the Orange County Convention Center.

Questions

Do you work under other agencies?

Yes. Agencies book our stations and crew under their own production.

How do we choose between brand activation companies?

Ask who owns the equipment, who works the floor on the day and what they report afterwards. The sections above show how we answer each.

Can you build an activation for a product launch?

Yes. A station tied to the product gives guests something to try at the launch. See our product launch events page.

We sponsor a sports event or festival. Can you help?

Yes. Festival activations and sports sponsorships follow the same plan: a station in the sponsor's colors and a contest people want to win. Our page on sponsorship activation has the details.

Do you run pop-ups, street teams or mobile tours?

Yes, as part of a full program. For a pop-up, we plan the space, the stations and the staff. For a tour, we map the route and the crew. Tell us the cities and dates.

Can the activation capture leads?

Selected stations support a contact or sharing flow. We confirm the tool and guest consent before we quote.

What do festival brand activations need on site?

Power, shade, a level surface and room for a line. We check each with the organizer.

Can you turn it around fast?

Often. EF Academy booked a surf station two days before its event. Send the date first, and we'll check availability.
