Experiential Marketing Agency with Interactive Activations

Work with an experiential agency that owns the activation: our simulators, AI photo booths and operators put your brand in people's hands. You won't be left with a pretty setup and nothing to report: every activation is built around a result we can count.

Activations we've built

Three brands, three goals: contacts on a show floor, a themed client evening and a branded keepsake for employees. We built each one around its audience.

  • An operator in a pilot's outfit guides a guest at a flight simulator during an evening reception

What an experiential agency does for a brand

  • Agrees the goal. Contacts, product trials, content or employee engagement.
  • Picks the mechanic. The activity that fits the audience and the space.
  • Builds the brand in. Colors, graphics and screens that carry your message.
  • Plans the count. How we'll measure the result on the day.

It turns your message into something a person does, so they remember it and you get a measurable result.

Advertising asks people to look. Experiential marketing asks them to take part: race, fly, pose, play. That gets attention on a busy floor and gives your team a natural way to start a conversation. Our article on what is experiential marketing covers the basics.

As an experiential event agency, here's what we do before the first station ships:

Experiential marketing services we run ourselves

You get a mechanic we own and operate, so the activity works the same at every stop.

We own our equipment: racing, flight and surf simulators, VR stations, AI photo booths, a 360 booth and AI Networking. Our operators run them, and our crew builds and tears down.

  • Show floors. Booth activations with leaderboards and contact capture.
  • Launches and sponsor moments. A destination inside a reception or product reveal. Our brand activations page lists formats.
  • Client evenings. Themed activities that match the venue and the agency's concept.
  • Employee events. Branded fun for internal audiences.
  • Larger builds. Rooms and installations people walk through. See immersive experiences.

What you get

One team takes the activation from idea to final count, and you get one contact for all of it.

  • A concept with a goal. Idea, mechanic, layout and guest flow.
  • Your brand on everything. We put your colors on station panels, seats, leaderboards, AI looks and printed photos.
  • Equipment and crew. Delivery, setup, testing and teardown.
  • Operators all day. They invite guests in, explain the controls and keep the line moving.
  • A result you can report. Leaderboard standings, contact counts where the format records them, and photos.

How we price an activation

You see the full cost before launch, with each station, day and option listed. Each activation gets a custom quote.

  • Which stations and how many.
  • Show days and hours.
  • Branding depth: panels, screens, AI looks, prints.
  • Contact capture or photo sharing.
  • The city: crew and equipment travel from one of our two bases, Los Angeles or Orlando.
  • Floor space and layout.

Brand experience work for agencies and brands

We work directly for brands and under agencies. Both kinds of client are below.

Branded Racing Simulator for i2c at FinovateFall, New York

For a B2B brand, the result is relationships, not impressions. Over three show days, i2c's booth staff saved about 51 external contacts. We report that number as contacts, not leads. i2c has kept working with us on other events.

Activation photos

These show how guests use a station and where the brand sits in the frame.

  • A winner holds a trophy next to the racing leaderboard
  • Guests watch a flight simulator session at a themed evening
  • A surf station under tents at a branded employee party
  • A colleague races while others cheer at an office event
  • A branded AI portrait printed for a guest at a product launch
  • A pop-up space with a branded racing station and a queue of guests

Venue and show paperwork

Shows and venues approve our crew before load-in, so your activation opens on time.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. We've cleared a hotel show hall, an airfield-side hangar and a studio lot. Add your venue's or show's requirements to your request, and we'll check them first.

Why activations fall flat

Activations fail for a few known reasons. Here's what goes wrong and how we prevent it.

  • A mechanic that takes too long.

A long line drives people away. We plan short turns.

  • Nobody inviting people in.

First-timers hesitate. Our operators bring them in.

  • Branding as an afterthought.

A generic station looks like any other. We brand the panels, screens and outputs.

  • No reason to come back.

One try and gone. A leaderboard and a prize bring repeat visits.

How we build your activation

Each step has a date and an owner, so you know what's ready and what's next.

  1. Step 1: You send the brief

    • Brand, event, dates, audience and goal.
  2. Step 2: You get a quote

    • We reply right away.
  3. Step 3: We design the activation

    • Mechanic, layout, branding and the count.
  4. Step 4: We prepare artwork

    • Panels, screens, AI looks and print templates.
  5. Step 5: We clear the venue

    • Space, power, load-in and insurance.
  6. Step 6: We run it

    • Operators on site all event.
  7. Step 7: We report

    • Standings, counts and photos after teardown.

Who works your activation

Every role has one job, and your producer is the contact throughout.

Producer. Your contact from brief to report.

Designer. Branding, screens and print templates.

Operators. Run stations and talk to guests.

Crew. Delivery, setup and teardown.

West CoastEast CoastNationwide

We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and work from the West Coast to Florida and the East Coast. We've run activations in New York, and we can bring the same setup to Chicago, to Orlando shows such as IAAPA Expo at the Orange County Convention Center, or to any other show city. Need an event marketing company far from both bases? Send us the city and the dates.

Questions

What is an experiential marketing agency?

It plans and runs activities that let people interact with a brand in person. We design the activation, bring our own equipment and run it with our operators.

How much does an activation cost?

Each one gets a custom quote based on stations, days, branding and city. Send the brief for a fast answer.

How do we compare experiential agencies?

Rankings of top experiential agencies don't show who runs the station. Ask three things: does the agency own the mechanic, run it on site and report a result?

Is an experiential agency the same as an event marketing agency?

They overlap. An event marketing agency plans events that promote a brand. An experiential agency focuses on what guests do there. We plan the activation and run it with our own stations and operators.

Are your activations physical or digital?

Both. Our activations mix physical and digital: AI portraits, digital leaderboards and photo sharing.

Do you work as an experiential marketing consultant?

Yes, if you need help picking a format for your audience. We can also run the format you pick.

Do you run activations outside the U.S.?

No. We don't have offices abroad, and we work across the U.S.

Can you work under our agency?

Yes. Experiential marketing firms and event agencies book us as their crew, as TBX did for Sysmex.
