LED Wall and LED Screen Rental for Corporate Events

Rent an LED wall and your slides, videos and live camera shots stay sharp for every seat, from the front row to the bar at the back. We pick the panels for your room and its light.

Screens we've run at live events

Our screens have carried scores, prizes and names in front of busy crowds, where a blank screen would have been seen by everyone.

How to choose an LED video wall rental

The right wall is the one your farthest guest can read, in the light your room will have on the day.

An LED wall is built from panels, usually 500 mm square, that lock together into one big screen. Unlike a projector, it makes its own light, so it stays bright in a lit ballroom, a glass atrium or outdoors.

Pick it by two numbers. Pixel pitch is the gap between LEDs in millimeters, and your closest viewer should sit at least that many meters away. A 2.6 mm wall looks clean from about 8.5 ft back, which suits most general sessions. A 1.9 mm wall works for booths and lobbies where people stand close or read small text. A 3.9 mm wall fits outdoor stages and big rooms where the audience sits 16 ft or more away.

Brightness decides daylight. Indoor panels run around 800 to 1,200 nits. Outdoor panels run around 4,500 to 5,500 nits and are sealed against weather.

A projector still makes sense in a dark room showing mostly slides. For daylight, cameras or a modern stage look, choose LED.

A screen that fits your program

You get the wall, the stage under it and the content on it planned by one team.

A video wall rental is usually one part of a bigger build. The wall needs a stage edge to stand behind, light that doesn't wash it out and a speaker who can see their notes. We plan all of it on the same drawing, so the wall height matches the stage and the camera angle. Our stage rental page covers the stage side.

We're an LED wall rental company that also runs interactive stations, so the screen can show more than slides. Our leaderboards, AI photo booth results and interactive scores can run on the same wall, so the screen keeps working between sessions.

What comes with your LED rental

One booking covers the panels and everything that makes them work on the day.

  • A wall sized to your room.

Pitch, size and brightness chosen from your venue, seating and lighting.

  • Processing and switching.

A video processor maps your source to the wall, and a switcher moves between laptops, cameras and playback.

  • Support and power.

A ground-support frame or rigging, plus power distribution sized for the wall.

  • Spare panels.

Extra panels and power supplies travel with the wall in case one fails.

  • A content check.

We test your slides, videos and logos on the wall before guests arrive.

  • A technician all event.

Cues content, switches sources and fixes problems while the program runs. Our AV rental page lists the sound and display gear we pair with it.

Rigging, power and venue paperwork

Your venue gets the technical details early, so the wall goes up on schedule.

An LED wall is heavy and draws real power. A flown wall needs rigging points and usually a rigger the venue approves. A ground-support wall needs floor space behind it. We send your venue the wall size, weight and power needs and agree which option works.

We also send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. Add your venue's requirements to your request so we can check them early.

Where LED walls go wrong

Most screen failures are planning failures, and here's what each one costs on event day.

  • Indoor panels in daylight. The wall looks gray, and no setting fixes it. We ask about windows, tents and outdoor hours before we quote.
  • The wrong pitch. Too coarse and the front rows see dots; too fine and you pay for detail nobody sees. We pick it from your seating plan.
  • Content made at the wrong size. A 1920 × 1080 file stretched to an odd wall looks soft or cropped. We give your designer the exact pixel size once the wall is fixed.
  • No technician. A laptop drops its signal, and the wall goes black in front of the room. Someone has to be at the switcher to bring it back in seconds.
  • Not enough power. A breaker trips mid-keynote. We size power and distribution with the venue first.

How we set up your wall

You'll know who does what from the first message to the last panel packed.

  1. Step 1: You send the basics

    • Date, venue, city, guest count and what goes on screen.
  2. Step 2: You get a quote

    • Wall size, pitch, support and crew.
  3. Step 3: We fix the specs

    • Final size, pixel map for your designer, sources and cameras.
  4. Step 4: We clear the venue

    • Load-in, rigging or ground support, power and insurance documents.
  5. Step 5: We build and test

    • Panels, processor, switcher, then your content on the wall.
  6. Step 6: We run the show

    • The technician cues content and watches every source.
  7. Step 7: We tear down

    • The wall comes down after the last session.

Who runs the wall

  • LED technician. Builds and aligns the panels and swaps a panel if one fails.
  • Video engineer. Runs the processor and switcher, cues videos and handles cameras.
  • Event lead. Plans the wall with you and the venue and stays your contact on site.

You don't hire video crew yourself. We bring the people who build and run the screen.

Questions

What pixel pitch do I need?

It depends on how close your nearest guest sits. The pitch guide is in the section on choosing a wall above, and we'll confirm it from your seating plan.

What size LED wall do I need for a conference?

A 16 × 9 ft wall is a common size for a general session, because 16:9 slides fill it without black bars. Breakout rooms often use about 10 × 6 ft. Big stages go to 20 × 10 ft and up.

Can I rent an LED screen for a stage?

Yes. We plan the wall height with the stage, the podium and the lights so the speaker doesn't block the content.

Do you offer outdoor LED screen rental?

Yes. Tell us the site, hours and expected weather. Daytime events need outdoor-rated panels, and we'll confirm what we can bring for your date.

Can the wall show live camera shots?

Yes. We add cameras and a switcher so the back rows see the speaker's face close up.

Can we use the wall for a product launch?

Yes. A product launch is where a wall earns its keep: a reveal video, close-ups of the product and brand graphics between talks.

Can you send insurance documents to our venue?

Yes, on request. The rigging and paperwork section above covers what we send.
