Event Technology Services from Registration to Matchmaking

Our event technology services get guests through the door without a line and introduce them to the people they came to meet.

These are tools guests touched and used on the floor, each with something to count at the end.

Event registration services, from invite to badge

Registration is a guest's first contact with your event, and a smooth one means a short line at the door.

We handle event management and registration as one job: the invitation, the sign-up page, reminders, check-in and badges. For an internal meeting, that can be a simple corporate event RSVP with a calendar invite. For a conference, it's a branded registration site with sessions, payment and confirmation emails.

On the day, our staff runs the check-in desk with tablets and a badge printer, so the line keeps moving. Remote guests get a virtual RSVP and a link to join online.

Registration data does more than count heads. It's what we use to match guests for networking, plan room sizes and report attendance after the event.

AI event technology that leads to conversations

You get introductions with a reason behind them, not a stack of exchanged badges.

Our AI networking for events starts with a short profile: what each guest wants to find, what they can offer and what they're working on. The system suggests people worth meeting and explains why. Guests answer invitations on their phone. When both people accept, they meet at a set point on the floor, and our host helps them find each other.

Our tech comes with people. Our staff explain it to guests, keep the screens running and fix problems on the spot.

Event technology solutions in one booking

One booking covers setup, staff on the floor and numbers you can show afterwards.

  • Platform setup. Registration forms, emails and the event app set up and tested.
  • Attendee management. Guest lists, changes and questions handled up to event day.
  • On-site check-in. Staff, tablets and badge printing at the door.
  • Networking zone. A portrait screen, meeting points and a host to guide guests.
  • Your brand and sponsors. Event graphics on screens and in the networking zone.
  • Agreed measures. Before the event, we agree what to count: profiles, accepted invitations, meetings, contacts.
  • A review after. We go through the numbers with you and note what to change next time.

What shapes your quote

You'll know the cost of your setup before you commit, and you'll have it within minutes.

We don't publish a price list. Each event gets its own quote, built on:

  • Number of guests and event days.
  • Registration: site, payment, badges.
  • An event app and its features.
  • Networking: profiles, screens, meeting points.
  • Staff on site and their hours.
  • Branding, sponsors and the review after.

Our page on how we quote explains each item.

AI Networking Matchmaker and Racing Simulator at TEC6, Culver City

The organizers chose matchmaking from several ideas we proposed. We built the concept on registration data plus an extra questionnaire about offers, needs and current projects. We also coordinated internet, delivery and staff access to the studio lot. A racing simulator in the Rainbow Room gave guests a break between meetings. In its September 30 follow-up, the organizer thanked us for both. Read about the AI networking matchmaker and racing simulator at TEC6.

Guest data, privacy and paperwork

Your guests and your legal team know what data we collect, who sees it and where it shows.

  • Guests choose what appears on shared screens. Questionnaires and private contact details stay off them. Shared recommendations and meetings appear only with both guests' consent.
  • We agree with you what data the forms collect and how guests give consent. We also send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request.

Where event tech goes wrong

Most tech failures happen at the door or in the first hour, and here's what each one costs.

  • Check-in without staff.

A line forms at the door, and the opening starts late.

  • An app nobody opens.

Guests skip a download they don't need. We tie the app to something useful on the floor, like their matches.

  • Networking without a reason.

People stay with colleagues they already know. Recommendations explain why two people should talk.

  • No measures agreed.

After the event, nobody can say what it gave. We agree what to count before doors open.

  • Weak internet.

Phones can't load invitations. We coordinate coverage with the venue in advance.

How we set it up

You'll know what happens at each step, from your first message to the review after.

  1. Step 1: You send the basics

    • Date, venue, city, guest count and how guests register.
  2. Step 2: You get a quote

    • Systems, staff and hours.
  3. Step 3: We agree goals and measures

    • What success looks like and how we count it.
  4. Step 4: We build

    • Registration, app, profile questions and screen graphics.
  5. Step 5: We test

    • Every form, email and screen, plus internet at the venue.
  6. Step 6: We run it

    • Staff at check-in and in the networking zone.
  7. Step 7: We review

    • Numbers and notes for your next event.

Who runs it on the day

  • Event tech lead. Sets up registration, the app and networking and owns the data.
  • On-site staff. Run check-in, host the networking zone and help guests with their phones.
  • Event lead. Agrees the plan with you and the venue and stays your contact.

You don't need an event tech team of your own. We bring the people who set it up and help guests use it.

Event technology services across the U.S.

Two bases

Los Angeles and Orlando

West CoastEast CoastAll 50 states

We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando (office and warehouse), and work across the U.S. Registration and app work runs remotely before the event, so your guests get the same check-in in any city. Big convention weeks, such as the PGA Show in January or IAAPA Expo in November at OCCC in Orlando, bring heavy traffic around the center, so we plan check-in, staff arrival and internet early.

Questions

Do we need a mobile event app?

For a one-day meeting, often not: email and a web page do the job. For a multi-day conference with sessions and networking, mobile event apps give guests their agenda and matches in one place.

Do you offer event technology rental?

Yes. Rented tech comes with setup and staff. For tablets, podiums, radios and screens, see our presentation equipment rental.

Can you guarantee leads or deals from networking?

No. We help guests find relevant people and set up introductions. What comes of a conversation depends on the people in it. We agree realistic goals for meetings before the event.

Can you book hotel rooms for attendees?

Tell us how many guests need rooms and where. Hotel room blocks for attendees fit with our group travel service, and we'll confirm the setup for your event.

Can we use our own registration platform?

Yes. We work with the platform you already have, or recommend one if you don't.

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have a date. Registration and profile questions take time to set up, so earlier is better.

Check your date

Send us the date, the venue and your guest count. We'll check availability right away and come back with a plan from registration to the last meeting. Tell us the event type, date, city, expected guest count and budget. Add how guests register today and what you want them to get out of the event. Or call +1 213 912 1010
