AI Networking That Matches Attendees in Minutes

Our AI networking gives each guest a short list of people worth meeting, with a reason for every match, so nobody spends the reception next to the same three colleagues. A host on the floor and a networking mirror turn those matches into real conversations.

Where it has run

At TEC6, a launch event for event professionals at the Scenic Arts Center on the Sony Pictures Studios lot, the organizers picked our AI Networking Matchmaker from several ideas we proposed.

What we did

  • The Event Community and TN'T Events wanted their guests to make useful introductions, not just swap badges.
  • We built the concept, and later added a racing simulator in the Rainbow Room for informal time between meetings.

Why attendee matchmaking beats name badges

A name badge tells a guest who someone is. It doesn't say why they should talk.

At most corporate events, people stay with colleagues they already know. Attendee matchmaking changes the first step. Each guest says who they want to meet and what they can offer, and the system suggests people with a matching goal, plus a sentence on why the conversation could help both sides. Guests walk up to someone with a reason, not a cold opener.

Looking for business networking event ideas that go past an open bar? Matchmaking fits wherever new contacts are the point of the event: client receptions, partner summits and conference planning services with a busy break schedule.

AI matchmaking for events, run on site

We bring the whole experience to your venue and staff it, not just an app.

A short profile

Guests answer what they're looking for, what they can offer, what they're working on and their interests.

Matches with a reason

Each suggestion explains why two people may be worth meeting.

Invites on the phone

Guests send and accept meeting invitations and set when they're free.

A meeting point

When both people accept, the experience points them to a marked spot.

A host on the floor

Our team helps guests through the profile and turns a match into a handshake.

A networking mirror

A tall portrait screen near the meeting area shows the experience, with event graphics and sponsor options.

What you get

You get introductions that happen on the day and a clear picture of what happened afterward. This sits inside our event technology services, next to registration and other on-site tools.

  • Setup with your registration. We use your registration data and add a few questions of our own.
  • Meeting areas planned around your venue and your break schedule.
  • A branded networking zone with screen graphics and a sponsor spot, if you want one.
  • Hosts on site for the whole networking window.
  • Agreed success measures set with you before the event.
  • A post-event review of profiles, invitations, meetings and guest feedback.

What AI networking costs

You'll get a quote built on your audience and your schedule, and it takes minutes once we have the basics.

There's no package price. These things shape the quote:

  • how many guests take part;
  • profile setup and the questions you add;
  • how many hours or days the networking runs;
  • screens, the mirror and the networking zone;
  • branding and sponsor graphics;
  • hosts on site;
  • the review and report you want afterward;
  • your city and the travel.

The full list is on how we quote.

AI Networking Matchmaker and Racing Simulator at TEC6, Culver City

Work done: The prep for TEC6 started well before the doors opened. We combined registration data with an extra questionnaire: what each guest could offer, who they wanted to meet and which projects they were working on. We also cleared internet access, delivery and staff access to the studio lot. In its September 30 follow-up, the organizer thanked us for both the matchmaker and the simulator.

Privacy and paperwork

Guests stay in control of what others see, and your venue gets our documents ahead of time.

Display preferences. Each guest decides what appears on the shared screen.

Consent first. Shared matches and meetings depend on the participants' consent.

No private details on screen. The shared screen shows the experience, not questionnaires or contact details.

Insurance documents. We send them to venues and organizers on request.

What goes wrong with event networking tech

Networking tools fail for practical reasons more than technical ones. Here's what each costs you and what we do instead.

  • A long questionnaire.

    Guests quit halfway, and the matches get thin. We keep the profile short and focused on goals.

  • No place to meet.

    A match without a spot to meet turns into a lost guest. We mark meeting points on your floor plan.

  • Weak internet.

    Phones can't load invites. We check coverage with the venue before event day.

  • Nobody to help.

    Guests ignore an app they don't understand. Our hosts walk them through it.

  • Promising leads.

    We don't promise a number of leads or deals. We agree realistic goals for participation and meetings, and the review shows what happened.

How it works with us

You'll see each step from your first brief to the review.

  1. Step 1: Share your goals

    • Audience, guest count, city, venue, schedule and how guests register.
  2. Step 2: Get a quote

    • It covers the format, the hours and the team.
  3. Step 3: Agree success measures

    • Agree the review scope at the same time.
  4. Step 4: Build the profile questions

    • Around your audience.
  5. Step 5: Plan the floor

    • Meeting points, the screen, internet and host positions.
  6. Step 6: Run the networking

    • With hosts on site.
  7. Step 7: Review the results

    • Profiles, accepted invites, meetings and guest feedback, each counted on its own.

What your event needs

  • Registration data. The attendee list, or a link to your registration, plus approval to add a few questions.
  • Internet. Reliable coverage where guests stand and meet.
  • Space. A visible spot for the networking mirror and room for meeting points.
  • Power. An outlet near the screen.
  • Schedule. The breaks and receptions when networking runs.

Here's what we need from you and your venue to run it.

Who runs it

You don't need to staff the networking zone. We bring the people.

  • Hosts. Help guests set up profiles, explain matches and walk people to meeting points.
  • Event lead. Builds the questions and success measures with you, plans the floor with the venue and stays your contact on site.

Two bases

Los Angeles and Orlando

West CoastEast CoastAll 50 states

We work from two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, with our Orlando office and warehouse at 310 N Orange Ave. The screen and the hosts travel to both coasts, Florida included. Transport, setup and staffing come together, so you deal with one team. Matchmaking pays off where strangers share a big hall, as at the PGA Show or IAAPA Expo at the Orange County Convention Center.

Questions

How does AI networking for events work?

Guests share what they're looking for, what they can offer and their interests. The system suggests people and explains why a conversation may help. Guests answer invitations on their phones and meet at a marked point.

Are meetings booked automatically?

No. A suggested match isn't a meeting. Both guests have to accept before we point them to a meeting spot.

Do we need the networking mirror?

The phone does profiles, matches and invites. The mirror gives the experience a visible home on the floor. We'll suggest the right setup for your event.

Can you run a speed networking event with it?

Yes. Matches give each round a purpose, so guests talk to people who share their goals instead of whoever stands next to them.

Is this an event networking platform?

It's a service with the software inside. We prepare profiles, questions, screens and hosts with your event team and run it on site.

Do you run virtual networking events?

Our AI networking is built for in-person events with hosts and meeting points. Tell us about a hybrid format, and we'll say what fits.

Does it work at tech networking events?

Yes. People at tech and industry events come to meet peers and partners, and the profile questions can follow their projects.

How do we know it worked?

We agree the measures before the event: ready profiles, invitation responses, accepted meetings, recorded meetings and guest feedback. A booking and a finished conversation count as separate things.

Does it work for networking events on their own?

Yes. See networking event planning for a full event built around matchmaking.
