Airlines and aviation
Delta's headquarters sits at the airport. A flight simulator suits an aviation crowd: we ran two flight simulators at Parker Aerospace's open house with landing challenges for employees and families.

Plan corporate events in Atlanta around the city's own calendar, from a booth at the Georgia World Congress Center to a client night in Buckhead. We book the venue and bring our own simulators, VR stations and AI photo booths.

Each large Atlanta venue has its own dock, power and access rules, and we plan the stations around them before anything leaves the warehouse.
Georgia World Congress Center
GWCC has three connected buildings, A, B and C, with 12 exhibit halls and about 1.5 million sq ft of exhibit space. Hall BC joins the floors into more than 1 million sq ft of contiguous space. On a show that size, your booth can sit far from the dock, so we plan the route for a cockpit or photo booth before move-in day.
Georgia International Plaza and Centennial Olympic Park
The plaza is a six-acre green roof over a 2,000-space garage, right beside GWCC. Next to it is the 22-acre Centennial Olympic Park, left from the 1996 Summer Olympics. Outdoor receptions here need power, shade and a weather plan, and we work those out with the venue team.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium
The stadium opened in 2017 next to GWCC and seats 71,000, or 75,000 for special events. It hosted eight 2026 World Cup matches and gets Super Bowl LXII in 2028. Hospitality events here run on stadium security schedules, so we confirm load-in times in writing.
Georgia Aquarium
The aquarium sits north of Centennial Olympic Park and holds more than 11 million gallons of water. For an evening reception among the tanks, a quiet station such as an AI photo booth fits better than a loud race.
Cobb Convention Center-Atlanta
The former Cobb Galleria Centre took its new name in October 2025. Its 144,000 sq ft hall splits into four 36,000 sq ft halls with 41-ft ceilings, and bridges lead to Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta. It works for regional sales meetings that want to stay inside the I-285 and I-75 interchange.
AmericasMart
Atlanta Market fills three connected buildings downtown. Showroom parties during market week give brands a reason to keep buyers in the room a little longer.
Your booth gets more traffic when the activity is confirmed before the show's exhibitor deadlines close. These are the large Atlanta shows on the 2027 calendar.
Atlanta rules are lighter than in union cities, but they still decide who carries what and when, so we read your show's manual before we pack.
Right-to-work state.
Georgia is a right-to-work state, and GWCC has no official union jurisdictions. Each show still decides whether exhibitors set up their own booths or use the general contractor.
Hand carry.
Exhibitor staff may bring items in by hand or on their own two-wheel hand cart. Pallet jacks and motorized equipment aren't allowed, so heavy stations come through the dock with the show's freight contractor.
Power and signs.
GWCC handles electrical and plumbing in-house, and only the general contractor's rigging crew hangs signs. We order power through the show forms with your booth number.
Outdoor permits.
The Mayor's Office of Special Events needs an outdoor festival application 90 days ahead and an assembly or large gathering application 30 days ahead. Late applications are denied automatically, and tents, stages and generators need sub-permits.
Certificate of insurance.
We send insurance documents to GWCC, your hotel or your organizer on request, with the names the venue asks for.
Out-of-town setups
Distance doesn't change the plan: we've delivered a flight simulator we shipped to a school event near Raleigh and tested it on site before doors opened.

Atlanta's offices spread far past downtown, so the right event spot depends on where your people work and park.
Running a Southeast program? See corporate events in Charlotte, corporate events in Nashville and Orlando corporate events, where we keep an office and a warehouse.
Atlanta's big employers each have a natural fit among our stations. Corporate event entertainment that matches the crowd makes guests step in without being asked twice.
You can book one service or the whole event; each section below links to the full page.
Groups flying into Hartsfield-Jackson need transfers, venues, dinners and activities that fit together. Our page on destination management in Atlanta covers how we plan a program across the downtown campus and the hotels.
AI and 360 photo booths for booths at GWCC, showroom parties at AmericasMart and holiday nights in Buckhead. Prints and brand frames are optional. Details and formats are on our photo booth rental in Atlanta page.
For team building activities for work, we run racing, flight and surf simulator contests with a leaderboard and prizes in your Midtown office or a Perimeter Center hotel. See our corporate team building programs.
Operators, hosts and check-in staff for a GWCC booth during IPPE or a showroom party in AmericasMart market week. The roles are on our event staffing page.
QSC speakers, microphones, screens and a technician for a town hall in Midtown or a breakout room at GWCC. We also plan hybrid event production in Atlanta when part of your team joins online. See AV rental.
Brand activations for a sponsor zone near Centennial Olympic Park or a showroom launch during Atlanta Market, with stations dressed in your colors. More on experiential marketing.
Racing, flight, surf and truck simulators, VR stations and photo booths: corporate entertainment in Atlanta, delivered and run by our team. A truck simulator suits a logistics crowd near the UPS campus, and a racing leaderboard suits a MomoCon booth. Browse all interactive event rentals.
It depends on the show. Georgia is a right-to-work state, and GWCC lets each show decide whether exhibitors set up themselves. Your staff can hand carry or use a two-wheel cart. Our team sets up and runs our stations, so you don't need extra labor for them.
On private property, the venue's own rules apply. On streets, plazas or in city parks, the Mayor's Office of Special Events issues permits: 90 days ahead for a festival, 30 days for a large gathering. Tents and generators need sub-permits.
July highs sit near 90°F, and afternoon thunderstorms are common. We plan a covered spot for every station and agree on a move-inside plan with the venue. Most of our stations run fine under a tent with power.
Yes. Send the show, booth number and size. We check the exhibitor manual, order power through the show forms and set up during move-in.
We find and book the venue, from a GWCC hall to a Buckhead hotel, plan the program and the interactive, file MOSE permits and GWCC show forms, and run the event day.
For a corporate holiday party in Atlanta, a Buckhead hotel ballroom or your own Midtown office floor keeps travel short for guests. For a corporate retreat in Atlanta, an Alpharetta or Perimeter Center hotel is easier to reach by car than downtown. We bring the stations and run them until close.
Every event gets a custom quote. In Atlanta it depends on the venue, the show's power orders at GWCC, outdoor permits and travel, plus stations, hours, branding and staff. We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and work across the U.S. Read how we quote.
