AI and 360 photo booth rental in Atlanta

Atlanta's show year starts in January and runs on trade buyers, so a booth that collects names and spreads your logo pays off from the first week.

  • January 12 to 17, 2027. Atlanta Market fills AmericasMart with gift and home brands. Showroom parties compete for the same buyers each evening.
  • January 26 to 28. IPPE brings 1,200+ exhibitors and 32,000+ attendees from poultry, feed and meat processing to GWCC.
  • March 18 to 20. The Hinman Dental Meeting draws dentists and their teams.
  • May 27 to 30. MomoCon brings fans of animation and games to GWCC, and costumes look good in a slow-motion 360 clip.

Between shows, Atlanta's headquarters keep the booth busy. Coca-Cola and NCR Voyix in Midtown, Home Depot in Cumberland and UPS in Sandy Springs hold sales meetings, brand nights and holiday parties where an AI photo booth adds the company frame to every portrait.

All formats are on our page for photo booth rental for corporate events.

Atlanta venues where the booth works

Atlanta's large venues sit on one downtown campus and in rings outside I-285, and each spot changes how far we carry the booth from the dock.

  • Georgia World Congress Center

Three buildings, A, B and C, hold about 1.5 million sq ft of exhibit space. Your stand can sit far from the dock, so we plan the route for the booth cases before move-in.

  • State Farm Arena

The arena opened in 1999 and joins GWCC. With 92 luxury suites and 9 party suites, it gives exhibitors a client night next door, and a booth fits a party suite.

  • Georgia Aquarium

Near Centennial Olympic Park, receptions among the tanks suit a quiet AI portrait booth with an ocean-themed look.

  • Georgia International Plaza

The six-acre green roof beside GWCC hosts outdoor receptions a short walk from the exhibit halls.

  • Cobb Convention Center-Atlanta

Its 144,000 sq ft hall splits into four 36,000 sq ft sections under 41 ft ceilings, with bridges to The Battery Atlanta. Regional sales meetings in Cumberland put the booth beside the general session doors.

What an Atlanta booking includes

The booth arrives with everything it needs and the person who runs it, so you don't hire local help for it. Flying a group into Hartsfield-Jackson? The booth can be one part of a program built through our destination management in Atlanta.

  • One crew from start to finish. We have two bases, an office and warehouse in Orlando and a base in Los Angeles, and we work across the U.S., the East Coast included. The operator travels with the booth and sets it up during your move-in window.
  • An operator at the booth. Through a three-day show like IPPE, the same person runs it every day.
  • Your frame and looks. Your logo, a market-week theme or an animated look for a MomoCon crowd.
  • Prints and phone copies. A print to keep and the file on the guest's phone.
  • Sign-ups for sales. A short form before the photo, with the fields you choose.
  • More from one crew. Add a racing simulator, a VR station or AV rental in Atlanta for the stage: sound, screens and a mic for the host.

How an Atlanta booking works

Atlanta shows let exhibitors do more themselves, but the show's manual still decides the details, so we read it first.

  1. Step 1: Show and booth

    • Send the show, hall and booth number, or the venue and room for a party.
  2. Step 2: Quote

    • We reply right away with availability and a quote.
  3. Step 3: Exhibitor manual

    • We check the exhibitor manual for move-in times, freight and power deadlines.
  4. Step 4: Looks

    • You choose the look, the print frame and the sign-up fields.
  5. Step 5: Artwork

    • You send artwork a couple of days before move-in.
  6. Step 6: Event day

Atlanta setup rules, permits and COI for a booth

Atlanta has lighter labor rules than union cities, but outdoor permits close early and late applications are refused.

  • Who sets up. Georgia is a right-to-work state, and GWCC has no official union jurisdictions. Each show decides whether exhibitors set up their own booths.
  • Hand carry. Exhibitor staff may bring items in by hand or on their own two-wheel cart without a motor. Pallet jacks are not allowed, so heavier booth cases come through the dock with show freight.
  • Power. GWCC supplies electrical in-house. The booth plugs into an outlet ordered through the show forms with your booth number.
  • Outdoor permits. The Mayor's Office of Special Events wants a festival application 90 days ahead and a large gathering application 30 days ahead. Tents and generators need sub-permits.
  • Tents in parks. In a city park, a tent larger than 10 × 10 ft turns a gathering of 75–250 people into a festival permit. A booth under a pop-up tent can change your filing date.
  • COI. GWCC, hotels and organizers ask for insurance certificates with their own names. We send our insurance documents on request.

Questions about photo booths in Atlanta

Can our own staff carry the booth into GWCC?

Small items, yes, by hand or on a two-wheel cart without a motor. Booth cases are heavier, so they come through the dock with your show freight, and our operator sets up at the stand.

Do we need a city permit for a photo booth at an outdoor party in Atlanta?

On private property, the venue's rules apply. In a city park, check the tent: anything larger than 10 × 10 ft moves the event to a festival permit, filed 90 days ahead. We help size the shade so it fits your permit.

What if a summer storm hits during an outdoor reception?

July runs near 90°F and is also the wettest month, with about 4.8 inches of rain and frequent afternoon storms. We agree a covered or indoor spot with the venue and set the booth so it can move quickly.

Can you run a booth at AmericasMart during market week?

Yes. Atlanta Market runs January 12 to 17, 2027. Send the building and showroom number, and we'll check the load-in hours with the market.

Can a 360 booth work at MomoCon or a Midtown company party?

Yes. MomoCon runs May 27 to 30, 2027, at GWCC. For a company party in Midtown or Buckhead, the 360 booth needs a clear area and a ceiling that fits the arm, which we check with the venue.

Have you delivered to another state before?

Yes. We delivered a flight simulator for a school event in Morrisville, NC and tested it on site before doors opened.
