Event Furniture Rental for Corporate Events

Our event furniture rental gives your guests a place to sit, talk and set down a drink from the minute registration opens.

A lounge area with sofas and cocktail tables before a corporate evening event

Lounge furniture rental that keeps people in the room

Guests stay longer and talk more when there's somewhere comfortable to stand or sit.

An empty ballroom or office floor makes people drift to the walls. A few lounge sets and high cocktail tables give them places to meet. For a networking hour, mix soft seating with standing tables, so some guests settle in and others keep moving.

Event decor rental from the team that runs your event

You get furniture placed around the program, not just dropped at the loading dock.

We plan the floor around what happens in the room: where the line for an activity forms, where people watch a screen, where the bar sits. The same team brings the interactive stations, the AV and the furniture, so the layout works as one plan. For a corporate gala or a company party, that means seating, decor and stations in one layout.

Event furniture and decor you can rent

Pick pieces by the job they do at your event. We'll suggest quantities for your guest count.

  • Lounge sets. Sofas, armchairs and coffee tables for VIP corners and networking.
  • Cocktail and high-top tables. Standing spots for receptions and booth areas.
  • Bars and counters. Mobile bars and check-in desks.
  • Chairs and dining tables. Seating for dinners, awards and sessions.
  • Rugs and accents. Rugs, plants and decor that define each zone.

How we quote

Floor plans we've built

Furniture works when the room plan works. Here's how we've laid out floors where guests wait, watch and play.

Four Racing Simulators for a Capital Group Employee Social in Los Angeles

For four racing simulators for a Capital Group employee social, we planned the first floor of an office building around four stations and a separate leaderboard screen. Building access started at 9 AM for a 2 PM start, with outlets and insurance requirements cleared in advance.

Furniture setups

These frames show common zones and how much floor each one takes.

  • A VIP lounge with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table
  • A mobile bar with stools at a company party
  • A lit LED dance floor in a hotel ballroom
  • A trade show booth with a counter and two high-top tables
  • Dining tables set for an awards dinner
  • Cocktail tables around a racing simulator area

Venue rules and paperwork

Your venue gets our paperwork before delivery day, so the truck isn't held at the dock.

  • We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request.
  • We also confirm the loading dock time, freight elevator, floor protection rules and the latest pickup time.

What goes wrong with event furniture

Most furniture problems start before the truck leaves. Here's what each one costs and how we prevent it.

  • Too few seats.

Guests crowd the bar or leave early. We size the order to your guest count and the event format.

  • Too much furniture.

The room feels cramped and lines block walkways. We check the layout against the floor plan.

  • Late delivery.

Setup runs into registration. We book the dock slot and set up before the doors open.

  • No plan for pickup.

Furniture stays past the venue's deadline, and the venue charges for it. We schedule removal with the venue in advance.

Who does the work

  • Event lead. Plans the layout with you and the venue, and stays your contact on site.
  • Setup crew. Unloads, places and adjusts each piece to the plan, then packs it all at the end.

You don't move a single chair. Our people handle the furniture from the truck to the room and back.

Questions

Do you rent trade show furniture?

Yes. Counters, high-top tables, stools and lounge pieces for booths, delivered and set up before the show opens. At OCCC in Orlando, for example, booth power comes from the center itself, so we plan the layout around the outlets you order.

Do you plan the room or only rent pieces?

Both. We rent the pieces and plan the room. At a trade show, we work alongside the show's official decorator when its rules require it.

Where should furniture go on a small budget?

Start with the zones guests use most: a lounge by the bar and tables near the main activity. Tell us your budget, and we'll suggest where furniture makes the biggest difference.

Can you add a tent or a stage?

Yes. See event tents and domes and stage rental.

How early should we book?

As soon as you have a date. Custom pieces and busy seasons need more lead time.

Can you brand the furniture?

Yes. Bars, counters and some panels can carry your logo.
