Our event planning services take your company event from a date on the calendar to a room full of guests. You keep the decisions, and we handle the venue, the vendors and the timeline.

These three show the range: an outdoor employee party, an industry launch on a studio lot and a client evening run for a corporate event agency.
You get your time back, and one person answers for every moving part.
A company event often lands on someone who already has a full-time job. Business event planning means dozens of small decisions: a venue that fits the headcount, a timeline that works for the building, vendors who arrive in the right order. Each one can stall the next.
We take that list. You set the goal and the budget, and we turn them into a plan, a schedule by the hour and a team on site. It works the same for a holiday party, a sales kickoff or a client reception. Browse the formats we run on our corporate events page.
Good event planning shows up on the day. Guests know where to go, the program starts on time and you spend the evening with your people instead of on the phone.

Your plan and your event day stay in the same hands, so nothing gets lost between the two.
We own a fleet: a racing simulator, flight and surf simulators, VR stations, AI photo booths and sound. Our operators run them, so the activity you approved is the activity your guests get.
You work with one contact, and every vendor, room and time slot is on one plan.

You get one quote for the whole event, with every line spelled out before you commit. We don't publish a price list. Every event gets a custom quote, because two events with the same headcount can need different work. These things shape it:
Each one adds what the cards above don't show: staffing, how the idea was chosen and the agency's feedback.
The venue gets what it asks for before load-in, so setup starts on time.
We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. Many hotels and venues also work with union labor, and their rules differ by property. We ask about those rules early and plan the crew around them.
Send us your venue's requirements with the request, and we'll check them first.
Problems on event day often start weeks earlier. Here's what each one costs and how we prevent it.
Booking too late.
The best rooms and dates go first, and a late start leaves you with what's left.
Nobody owns the timeline.
Vendors arrive at once, or not at all. We put every arrival on one schedule.
The venue rules surface on the day.
An unbooked freight elevator or a missed load-in window stops setup. We clear both in advance.
A program with nothing to do.
Guests stand around between speeches. We plan an activity people can join in a minute and leave when they want.
You'll know what happens next at every step, and who's doing it.

You get named roles, not a call center. Each person knows your plan before event day.
Wherever the venue is, the same team and the same equipment come to it.
Two bases
We have two bases, Los Angeles on the West Coast and Orlando on the East Coast, and we work nationwide. We arrange transport, setup and staff together. We've run events at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York and at Paramount Event Venue in North Carolina. Florida and the East Coast are a regular part of our work. For an event in Orlando, the show calendar matters: the PGA Show in January and IAAPA Expo in November fill the hotels around the Orange County Convention Center.
Orlando office: 310 N Orange Ave, STE. 201, Orlando, FL 32801Every event gets a custom quote. It depends on how much of the planning you hand over, guest count, city, days and the stations you choose. You'll see every line in one quote.
Event planning covers the decisions before the day: venue, vendors, timeline and budget. Event management adds running the day itself: setup, staff, the program and teardown. We do both, with one team.
If you need the full event, hire an event planner who also runs the day. We work as both: we plan the event and bring the guest program and staff.
No. Remote event planning covers most of the prep by phone and video, and we travel for the event.
Yes. We take the part you give us and work to your timeline.
As early as you have a date. Several weeks to a few months is common for corporate events. Short notice can work: we've staffed an event two days after the first request.
Yes, on request. Add the venue's requirements to your request.
Send the date, city and guest count. We'll reply right away, and one team will plan it, run it and pack it up. Tell us the event type, date, city, expected guest count and budget. Add which parts of the planning you want us to take. Or call +1 213 912 1010
