Brand Ambassador Agency for Trade Show Booths

Hire a brand ambassador agency that sends people who know your product. We give them something to talk about: a game in your booth that stops the aisle.

Trade show booth staff who start conversations

Visitors walk past a smile and a brochure. They stop for something to do.

On a busy show floor, attendees decide in a few steps whether to slow down. A friendly face helps, but a reason helps more. That's why our ambassadors work best next to an activity: a lap on a racing cockpit, an AI portrait, a flight challenge. The guest plays, the ambassador asks one good question, and a conversation starts on its own.

Our trade show entertainment page lists the activities that fit a booth.

Promotional models and brand ambassadors who know your pitch

You get people briefed on your product before the doors open, not hired off a list the night before.

We plan your booth crew together with the activity, so they work as one. Brand ambassadors learn your key messages, the questions buyers ask and how you want contacts captured. Trade show models and promotional models wear the outfit you choose, from your polo shirt to a full theme.

Need hosts, registration or technical crew as well? See our event staffing page.

What brand ambassador staffing includes

One booking covers the people, their look and the reason visitors stop.

  • Outfits. Your branded clothing, a uniform or a themed costume.
  • Visitor engagement. Ambassadors invite people in, explain the activity and hand off hot conversations to your sales team.
  • Contact capture. Badge scans, QR codes or a tablet form, whichever your team uses.
  • An activity, if you want one. Racing, flight, an AI photo mirror or VR, run by our operators.

What shapes the cost

You'll know the price of your booth team before you sign, and the quote takes minutes. Every booth gets its own quote.

  • How many people and which roles.
  • Show days and hours, including setup.
  • Your city and travel.
  • Outfits and any custom uniforms.
  • An activity for the booth, if you add one.

Branded Racing Simulator for i2c at FinovateFall, New York

At i2c's racing booth at FinovateFall, our team gave each visitor the rules and ran the contest for three days, from 8 AM to 6 PM and then 8 AM to 3 PM on the last day. Visitors came back to beat their times. i2c's booth staff saved about 51 scanned contacts from outside visitors. That figure is contacts only, not players or qualified leads.

Our people at work

What a staffed booth looks like on a show floor.

  • A visitor in a branded racing seat at a fintech show booth
  • Our operator in a pilot's outfit greets guests at the flight station
  • A brand ambassador scans a visitor's badge at a booth
  • The booth team gets a product brief before the show opens
  • An ambassador helps a visitor choose a look on the AI photo mirror
  • A trade show model in brand colors welcomes visitors to the booth

Show rules and paperwork

The show organizer gets what it needs from us, so your team gets badges and access on time.

Every show has an exhibitor manual with its own rules for booth staff, badges and setup hours. Send it to us early. We register our people under your booth, follow the show's schedule and send insurance documents to the venue or organizer on request.

What goes wrong with booth staff

Booth staff without a plan cost you contacts. Here's what goes wrong and how we avoid it.

  • No product brief.

Staff can't answer the first real question, and the visitor walks on.

  • Waiting for visitors to approach.

Booth staff on their phones lose the aisle. Our team invites people in.

  • Lost contacts.

Business cards and paper notes go missing by the last day. Every contact goes into your system on the spot.

  • No one in charge.

Without a lead, you manage the team yourself. We assign one.

Questions

Can we hire a trade show model only?

Yes. Tell us the look and the hours, and we'll plan it as part of your booth team.

What does a booth team cost?

Every booth gets a custom quote based on people, days, city and outfits.

How many ambassadors does our booth need?

It depends on booth size, show traffic and whether you add an activity. Send the floor plan, and we'll suggest a team.

What's the difference between a brand ambassador and a promotional model?

A brand ambassador learns your product and talks to buyers. A promotional model welcomes visitors and draws them into the booth. Many booths use both, and we plan them as one team.

How do you capture leads?

With the tool your team already uses: badge scanner, QR code or tablet form. We agree the consent text with you before the show.

Can you work at short notice?

Often. EF Academy booked a station two days before its event. Write to us as soon as you know your show.
