Photos guests make themselves

Some of the best content from an event comes from a booth, and our booths hand it to guests on the spot.

  • A guest takes a photo of her AI portrait on the booth screen

    AI portraits with your branding

Guests stand at a full-length 65-inch touch-screen mirror, pick a look and get an AI portrait within seconds, printed or sent to their phone. You can collect contacts at the same time. See AI photo booth rental.

Event photography services that cover the whole day

You get photos for every team that needs them: marketing, internal comms, sponsors and leadership. That's what corporate event photography is: coverage shot for your company's channels, not a party album.

A photographer without a brief shoots what looks good and can miss what the company paid for. Our shot list starts with your goals. That means the keynote and the panel, your logo on the stage, each sponsor's booth, the executives you name, and guests talking in the hallway.

Event videography from the same crew

A video crew that works with your photographer gives you one plan, one call sheet and no fight for the best spot by the stage.

Video coverage can include:

  • A recap video. Usually 2 to 5 minutes, cut for next year's invite and the sponsor deck.
  • Short social clips. Vertical cuts of 15 to 60 seconds for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Session recordings. Full talks with clean audio for people who missed them.
  • Interviews. A few words from guests, speakers or your CEO on camera.

If the shoot is part of brand activations, we plan the camera positions around the activity so the crowd and the logo stay in frame.

What you get

One booking covers the people, the gear and the files, and you know what arrives and when.

  • A shot list you approve. We send it before the event and add the names and moments you mark.
  • A delivery date in writing. Quick selects, the full gallery and the edited video each get their own date in the quote.
  • Files ready to use. Web-size photos for posts and full-size files for print.
  • Coverage that matches your schedule. A two-hour reception or a three-day conference.
  • One contact on site. Our event lead talks to you and the venue, so the crew doesn't interrupt your program.

How the price is set

You'll see the price for your coverage before you commit, and it comes back in minutes. We don't keep a price list. Every event gets a custom quote.

  • Hours of coverage and number of event days.
  • Photo only, or photo and video.
  • How many photographers and camera operators you need.
  • Editing: a short recap, social clips, full session recordings.
  • Your city and venue access.
  • Add-ons such as an AI or 360 booth.
How we quote

Corporate event video and photos from our events

Here's how photo content fits into events we've run, and what the client took home.

Surf Simulator for EF Academy's Luau Party in Pasadena

At the surf simulator at EF Academy's luau, our team followed up the next day and sent the school photos from the party. Fast photos matter most when the event is still the topic of the week.

Photos from our events

These frames show the moments we look for: a first try, a guide at the controls, a room in the evening light.

  • Colleagues laugh as a guest flies the simulator, with our operator in a pilot's cap beside them
  • A guest smiles at the controls of the flight simulator on the Hangar 21 terrace
  • An operator in a pilot suit talks a guest through the controls
  • Students cheer a classmate on the surf simulator at a campus luau
  • A student balances on the surf board while friends watch the screen
  • A keynote speaker in front of a full audience, shot from the side aisle
  • Two executives in conversation at a networking reception

Venue paperwork and photo permissions

Your venue and your guests get what they need from us before the doors open.

We send insurance documents to the venue or the organizer on request. Some venues also ask about tripods in aisles, lighting stands and cable runs, so we confirm those during the walkthrough.

If some guests shouldn't appear in public posts, tell us in advance. We'll agree how to mark them, for example with a lanyard color, and keep those frames out of the social selects.

What goes wrong with event photos

Most disappointing photos and videos come from a few planning gaps. Here's what each one costs and how we close it.

  • Echo on session recordings.

A talk recorded from the back of a hard-walled room is hard to listen to. We take audio from the venue's sound desk or a lapel mic on the speaker.

  • Dark rooms.

Evening receptions look muddy without extra light. We check the lighting at the walkthrough and bring what's needed.

  • One person for photo and video.

One person can't do both well in the same minute. We split the roles when you need both.

  • No plan for the stage.

The crew blocks sightlines or misses the key slide. We place cameras with the venue's AV team.

How the shoot runs

You'll know who does what from your first message to the final files.

  1. Step 1: You send the basics

    • Date, venue, city, hours and what the photos are for.
  2. Step 2: You get a quote

    • It lists crew, hours, editing and delivery dates.
  3. Step 3: We build the shot list

    • Speakers, sponsors, executives, branding and the moments you can't miss.
  4. Step 4: We walk the venue

    • In person or by call: light, stage, positions and access.
  5. Step 5: We shoot the event

    • The event lead keeps the crew on the list and out of your guests' way.
  6. Step 6: We deliver

    • Quick selects first, then the full gallery and the edited video on the agreed dates.

Who works your event

  • Photographer. Works from the approved shot list and covers the stage, the room and the people you named.
  • Camera operator. Films sessions, b-roll and interviews for the recap video.
  • Booth operator. Runs the AI or 360 booth if you add one, and helps guests through it.
  • Event lead. Plans the shoot with you and the venue and stays your contact on site.

You don't brief strangers on the day. The people you meet in planning are the people on site.

We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and our photographers and camera operators travel to events nationwide. In Florida, a conference at OCCC in Orlando, a sales meeting in Miami or a resort program in Naples gets the same shot list and delivery dates. Send us the city and venue, and we'll confirm the crew for your date.

Questions

How much should a photographer charge for an event?

Every event gets a custom quote. It depends on hours, crew size, video and editing, and your city. Send the date and venue to get yours.

Do you do both photo and video?

Yes. Our photographers and camera operators work with the same team that runs interactive stations and AV.

When do we get the photos?

The quote lists a date for each deliverable: quick selects, full gallery and edited video. Tell us your deadline, for example a post the next morning.

Can you cover a press conference or product launch?

Yes. For a launch with media on site, our event production team adds a press area and a sound feed for the cameras, and we shoot the room for your own channels.

Do you rent backdrops for photography?

Yes. A branded step-and-repeat or a themed backdrop can be part of the order, set up and taken down by our crew.

Can you send insurance documents to our venue?

Yes, on request. Add the venue's requirements to your message.

Do you cover events in other states?

Yes. We cover events across the U.S., from Seattle and Chicago to New York, Atlanta and Florida.
