AI and 360 photo booth rental in Las Vegas

In Las Vegas, your buyers arrive in the same week and leave a few days later, so the photo they take at your booth is what travels back to their offices.

The city hosted 6 million convention attendees in 2025, and the big shows set the calendar:

  • January. CES runs January 6 to 9, 2027, at LVCC and the Venetian Expo.
  • February and April. MAGIC brings fashion buyers February 16 to 18, and NAB Show brings broadcasters April 3 to 7.
  • October. G2E, the gaming industry show, meets at the Venetian Expo in early fall.
  • November. SEMA runs November 3 to 6, 2026, and AWS re:Invent fills the resorts from November 30 to December 4.

At a stand, an AI photo booth mirror with a sign-up screen turns aisle traffic into named contacts. At the hotel party that night, a 360 booth gives guests a clip to post before the next show day. Formats and sizes are on our page for photo booth rental for corporate events.

Where the booth stands on the Strip and off it

Every Las Vegas campus runs its own docks, power orders and security, and the venue name tells us which rulebook your booth follows.

  • Las Vegas Convention Center

LVCC has 2.9 million sq ft across the West, North, Central and South Halls. Send the hall and booth number, so our truck goes to the right hall.

  • Venetian Expo

The former Sands Expo has 2.25 million sq ft and hosts CES and G2E. Gaming and tech exhibitors meet there, and evening receptions move upstairs to the resort ballrooms.

  • Caesars Forum

It opened in 2020 with 550,000 sq ft and a 100,000 sq ft outdoor plaza. A 360 booth on the plaza works after sunset, when the air cools.

  • Mandalay Bay

The south Strip convention center adds 2.1 million sq ft, with the 100,000 sq ft Mandalay Bay Ballroom for an awards night.

  • MGM Grand

More than 850,000 sq ft of meeting space keeps the conference, the breakouts and the party under one roof.

  • AREA15

This immersive district on South Rancho Drive takes up to 15,000 guests. Brand parties there want a booth that matches the light shows, and the 360 format fits.

What comes with a Las Vegas booking

You get the booth, the operator and the paperwork in one booking, so you don't add a local vendor in a show week. Building the stand itself? See how we plan a trade show booth in Las Vegas with the interactive inside it.

  • One crew for the show. We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, with our Orlando office and warehouse at 310 N Orange Ave, and we work across the U.S. The booth and its operator travel together and set up during your move-in window.
  • An operator every show day. On a multi-day show, the same person runs the booth each day and knows your regular visitors.
  • Lead capture. A short form before the photo collects the fields your sales team needs.
  • Your branding. Your logo on the frame and AI looks in your campaign style, ready before the show opens.
  • More stations. Add a racing simulator or VR to the same stand, and AV rental in Las Vegas for the party room's screens and sound. One crew runs it all.

How a Las Vegas booking works

Show deadlines in this city come early, so the steps below follow the exhibitor manual, not our own calendar.

  1. Step 1: Show and booth

    • Send the show, hall and booth number, or the resort and room for a party.
  2. Step 2: Quote

    • We check availability and send a quote.
  3. Step 3: Exhibitor manual

    • We read your exhibitor manual and list the orders the booth needs.
  4. Step 4: Looks

    • You choose the look: frame, AI styles and sign-up fields.
  5. Step 5: Artwork

    • Artwork goes in a couple of days before move-in.
  6. Step 6: Event day

Union rules, fire permits and COI in Las Vegas

Nevada is a right-to-work state, but the big venues hold union agreements, and knowing them keeps your booth out of labor disputes on move-in day.

  • Freight. Teamsters Local 631 moves freight from the dock to your stand. A booth in crates goes through the dock with your show freight.
  • Power. Electricians make the power connections. Our operator plugs the booth into an outlet already in your stand, so we place the outlet order early.
  • Your own staff. Full-time employees of an exhibitor may set up their own booth. One person may hand-carry an item without a cart or dolly.
  • Contractor paperwork at LVCC. Contractors working for an exhibitor need an annual permit, a COI, Nevada workers' comp and a Clark County business license. We check what your show asks for and send our insurance documents on request.
  • Fire permits. The Strip and LVCC sit in unincorporated Clark County, where the County Fire Department reviews events with 300 or more people. Its applications close at least 3 weeks before move-in.
  • Downtown is different. Fremont Street and the Arts District follow City of Las Vegas rules. An outdoor booth under a tent over 400 sq ft there needs a Fire & Rescue Temporary Activity Permit.

Questions about photo booths in Las Vegas

Can we run a photo booth in our LVCC stand without hiring union labor?

Mostly yes. Our operator runs the booth and plugs it into an outlet in your stand. Freight from the dock goes through the Teamsters, and the outlet itself comes from the show's electricians.

Can we put the booth outside at a resort in summer?

In the evening only. The first 110°F day usually comes around June 30, and Las Vegas logged 36 such days in 2024. A 360 booth on the Caesars Forum plaza works after dark, and in the afternoon we move it indoors.

Is CES week too late to book a photo booth?

Book as soon as your stand is confirmed. CES runs January 6 to 9, 2027, and resort rooms and show crews fill early.

Will the booth collect contacts at our CES or SEMA stand?

Yes. Guests fill a short form before the photo, so your team leaves LVCC with names, not only foot traffic. Our racing simulator for i2c at FinovateFall did the same job in New York, where the team saved about 51 external contacts over 3 show days.

Can a 360 booth work at an AREA15 party?

Yes. The 360 booth fits the district's lights and sets. Send us the space you booked, and we'll confirm power and the load-in route.

What happens during the F1 race week?

The Grand Prix runs November 19 to 21, 2026, on a circuit through the Strip, and road closures change load-in. We confirm access times with your resort before we lock the date.
