Trade Show Booth Rental in Las Vegas

Rent a trade show booth in Las Vegas that gives visitors a reason to stop: a branded racing cockpit, a flight simulator or an AI photo booth.

Why a Vegas booth needs something to do

On a Las Vegas show floor, visitors decide in a few steps whether your booth is worth a stop, so the booth has to give them a task.

The LVCC campus is big enough that the Vegas Loop runs Tesla cars through a 1.7-mile tunnel 40 ft underground. A ride between halls takes under two minutes and replaces a 25-minute walk. Buyers cover a lot of floor in a day, and they walk past booths that only show a logo and a brochure rack.

A timed race or a landing challenge changes that. Visitors compete for the top spot, come back later to beat their own score, and your sales team gets a natural opening line. At the racing cockpit at i2c's FinovateFall booth in New York, the contest grew more active each day, and the booth team saved about 51 external contacts in three days.

Our standard trade show booth rental covers sizes, materials and build options. This page is about the Las Vegas side: halls, shows, labor and paperwork. We have two bases, an office and warehouse in Orlando and a base in Los Angeles, and we work across the U.S.

Las Vegas show halls and what they mean for your booth

Each Las Vegas exhibit hall has its own contractors and walking routes, and the booth plan changes with the building.

Las Vegas Convention Center

LVCC splits into the West, North, Central and South Halls. Cox Business is the only provider of wired internet, phone and data on the campus. If your leaderboard or lead capture needs a hardline, we order it from Cox before the show deadline.

Venetian Expo

The former Sands Expo opened in 1990 with COMDEX and now covers 2.25 million sq ft inside The Venetian and The Palazzo resort. SHOT Show, ISC West, JCK, G2E and Money20/20 meet here. Visitors walk in from their hotel rooms, so a booth activity and an evening suite upstairs can share the same crowd.

Mandalay Bay

Mandalay Bay's convention space tops 2 million sq ft at the south end of the Strip. Black Hat USA, Shoptalk, Groceryshop and Cisco Live book it. A game with a score gives tech and retail buyers a demo they can play.

Caesars Forum

Caesars Forum has 550,000 sq ft for mid-sized shows of 5,000 to 30,000 attendees, and its column-free ballrooms opened in 2020. A smaller show usually means a smaller booth, so we plan a compact station: one cockpit or one photo booth that fits the footprint.

Other corporate event venues in Las Vegas, from resort ballrooms to Downtown spaces, are on our page about corporate events in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas shows to plan a booth around

Prime spaces at the large LVCC shows go 6 to 12 months ahead, so the booth plan should start when you sign for the space.

  • December 2 to 8, 2026

LDI, the live entertainment design show, in the LVCC West Hall. Lighting and AV buyers judge every booth by its show value.

  • January 19 to 22, 2027

World of Concrete (through January 21) and SHOT Show run the same week. Hotels and trucks fill early.

  • February 2 to 4, 2027

KBIS and IBS bring kitchen, bath and home builders to town.

  • April 5 to 9, 2027

ISC West, the security industry show, at the Venetian Expo.

  • May 10 to 13 and June 4 to 7, 2027

Automate for robotics, then JCK for jewelry.

  • July 31 to August 13, 2027

Black Hat USA, then SuperZoo for the pet industry.

  • September 27 to 30, 2027

G2E for casino operators, with IMEX America for meeting planners on September 28 to 30.

  • November 2 to 4, 2027

AAPEX, the auto parts show, the same week as SEMA.

  • Match the game to the crowd

A booth game works best when it matches the crowd: a racing cockpit for AAPEX, a flight simulator for an aviation stand, an AI photo booth for JCK. Every format we bring to show floors is on our trade show entertainment page, and each one ships to Las Vegas. For one of these dates, send us the show name and your booth number.

What our Las Vegas booth package includes

  • Booth structure. Inline 10x10 and 10x20, peninsula or island, with fabric walls, a backlit main graphic and a counter.
  • Graphics and lighting. Printed to your brand and lit for an exhibit hall.
  • Flooring and furniture. Carpet or tile, stools, a demo counter and a meeting corner.
  • An interactive station. A racing cockpit with an Xbox system, a flight simulator or an AI photo booth on a 50 to 65" display, branded in your colors, with a live leaderboard.
  • Booth staff. Our event staffing in Las Vegas covers all show hours: operators run the station, brief each visitor and keep the line short.
  • Show service orders. We list power, internet and freight orders with your deadlines, so nothing gets ordered at the show desk.
  • Teardown. Booth and station out on move-out day.

You get one order for the booth, the station and the people, and one contact who answers for all of it on the show floor.

Need branded photos at the after-party as well? Our photo booth rental in Las Vegas covers resort suites and ballrooms. For a booth presentation, our production crew runs the sound and the show flow, and can stream it to buyers who couldn't fly in.

What shapes a Las Vegas booth quote

You get one quote with the booth, the station and our crew on separate lines. The show contractor bills its own services, and we list those for you so the total holds no surprises. Every Las Vegas show gets a custom quote. These details move it:

  • The show, the hall and the booth size.
  • Rental structure or a custom build, plus graphics, flooring and lighting.
  • The number of stations and operators, and the show hours.
  • Labor the show requires from its contractor, if part of the build needs union crews.
  • Show services: electrical, internet and freight handling.
  • Travel and the number of show days.
How we quote

From booth number to move-out

Each step has a date tied to your exhibitor manual, so you see what happens before the truck leaves.

  1. Step 1: Send the show and the space

    • Show name, hall, booth number, size and your goal: leads, demos or meetings.
  2. Step 2: Get the quote

    • The booth, the station and the crew on one quote.
  3. Step 3: Design to the manual

    • Layout, heights, graphics and where the station and its line stand.
  4. Step 4: File the paperwork

    • Our contractor papers and insurance documents go to the show.
  5. Step 5: Order show services

    • Power, internet and labor, before the discount deadlines.
  6. Step 6: Ship and build

    • Freight arrives on the show's schedule.
    • We build and test before the floor opens.
  7. Step 7: Run the show

    • Operators at the station every open hour, plus one lead you can call.
  8. Step 8: Pack out

    • We dismantle on move-out day and take everything back.

Labor, contractor papers and power at Las Vegas shows

These rules decide who can hold a drill in your booth, and getting them wrong can stop the work on move-in day.

  • Tools. At LVCC, only full-time employees of the exhibiting company, with proof of employment, may use tools on a booth of any size. Anyone else orders labor through the show, and the crew brings its own ladders and tools.
  • Structure and power. Carpenters build structures that need tools or ladders, and electricians make the power connections. If someone else does that work, the show can stop it and fine the exhibitor.
  • Hand carry. One person may carry items in by hand without a cart. Anyone hand carrying stays out of the dock and freight door areas.
  • Freight. Everything on a pallet or a forklift goes through the Teamsters and the show's material handling desk.
  • Contractor paperwork. A company that builds booths at LVCC for an exhibitor needs an annual permit, a certificate of insurance, Nevada workers' compensation and a Clark County business license. We send our insurance documents to the show and the venue on request.
  • Furniture. Nobody stands on rental chairs or tables, even to hang a sign. Hanging signs go through the show's rigging crew.

Nevada is a right-to-work state, yet the big halls keep agreements with Teamsters Local 631 for freight and setup and IATSE Local 720 for AV, lighting and truss. Our team works inside those agreements.

Questions about exhibiting in Las Vegas

Who can use tools on our booth at LVCC?

Your full-time employees, with proof of employment. For everyone else, the show's union crews do the tool work. We plan the build so that the parts needing labor are clear before move-in.

Should we ship to the advance warehouse or straight to the hall?

Your exhibitor manual sets both options and their dates. We choose by your move-in time and fill in the material handling form with crate weights, so the freight reaches the right booth.

Can a simulator go into our booth at G2E or JCK at the Venetian Expo?

Yes. Send the booth number and size. We place the cockpit or photo booth so the line stays inside your space and off the aisle.

Can you run a brand activation outside the booth?

Yes, in a resort lobby or a hospitality suite during a show week, such as Black Hat at Mandalay Bay. After the floor closes, a racing cockpit or AI photo booth in your suite keeps buyers talking with your team. We brand the station and staff every open hour.

Can you work as our DMC in Las Vegas for the rest of the show week?

Yes. We book transfers from Harry Reid International, hotel blocks on the Strip and client dinners. After move-out, we can add team building for your booth staff, such as a racing tournament in a resort meeting room.
