Photo Booth Rental in San Francisco for Corporate Events
Book a photo booth rental in San Francisco that puts your logo on every guest's portrait. It fits a Dreamforce after-party in SoMa or a client gala in a Financial District banking hall.

Which booth fits a San Francisco crowd
Pick the format by what you want after the night: names for sales or clips that guests post.
AI photo booth rental in San Francisco
A full-length 65-inch touch-screen mirror. Guests tap a look styled to your launch or campaign, pose, and get an AI portrait within seconds. For a product launch during RSAC in April or GDC in March, the booth can collect sign-ups before each photo, so sales leaves with names.
360 photo booth rental in San Francisco
Guests step onto a platform while the camera arm circles them for a slow-motion clip. It suits a conference after-party at the Aviary or a launch night in SoMa.

Both formats side by side are on our photo booth rental for corporate events page.
San Francisco venues where we set up a booth
Each room in this city has its own load-in, power and internet rules. Here's what we plan for at four of them.
Moscone Center, SoMa
The booth on a show floor counts as an exhibit with a screen, so the Moscone labor rules below apply to it. Our operator takes over once the mirror stands and is powered.
The Aviary at the Metreon
It sits where Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Gardens and SFMOMA meet. That makes it a common after-party room during conference weeks, with guests walking over from the show.
Palace Hotel Garden Court
The skylit court at Market and New Montgomery has hosted dinners since the hotel opened in 1909. For a formal gala we place the mirror at the edge of the room, so the line doesn't cross the dinner tables.
Bently Reserve, Financial District
The former Federal Reserve Bank building at 400 Sansome Street dates from 1924, and its old banking lobby now hosts events. A mirror booth with gold or black-tie looks matches a client night for a bank or a fund.

What's included in San Francisco
One booking covers the booth, the operator, the venue logistics and the cleanup. We have two bases, an office and warehouse in Orlando and a base in Los Angeles, and work across the U.S. Planning a team day instead of a party? See team building in San Francisco.
- Delivery and a test run. The booth arrives with the operator who builds it and takes test shots before doors open.
- An operator every show day. Through a full conference week at Moscone, the same person runs the booth and keeps the line clear of the aisle or the bar.
- Your branding. Logo on every frame, a welcome screen and AI looks in your launch or campaign style.
- Prints and phone copies. Guests take a print and get the file on their phone.
- Lead capture on request. A sign-up step with the fields your sales team wants for its follow-up after the conference.
- A bigger program if you want it. Add a VR station, a racing simulator or AV rental in San Francisco: QSC speakers and screens, all run by the same crew.

San Francisco rules that affect a photo booth
Most booth problems in this city come from the venue rules, not the booth. These are the ones we plan around.
- Screens at Moscone. Local 510 installs monitors and digital displays, so your show contractor books that labor for the mirror.
- Internet at Moscone. Moscone Facility Services is the only provider of wired and wireless internet inside the center. Order a line for the booth with your exhibitor services, because digital sharing and AI looks need it.
- Freight at Moscone. Teamsters Local 2785 load and unload everything that comes in by truck.
- Booths in city parks. Amplified sound in an SF Rec and Park space makes it a special event with its own Amplified Sound Application, filed at least 60 days ahead.
- Fog on the water. Summer evenings on the piers turn cool and damp, so an outdoor booth goes under a tent with power run to it.
We send insurance documents to your venue on request.
Photo booth questions for San Francisco
Can you set up a photo booth at Moscone Center?
Yes, inside your exhibit space. Local 510 installs the screen and Teamsters handle the freight. Our operator runs the booth and the line.
What internet does the booth use at Moscone?
A line ordered from Moscone Facility Services, the only internet provider in the center. Order it with your other booth services, and we'll tell you what the booth needs.
Do you bring photo booths to the rest of the Bay Area?
Yes. The booth also goes to Oakland, the Peninsula, the biotech campuses of South San Francisco and San Jose. Send the address and we'll check access and power.
Can the booth run outdoors in San Francisco?
Yes, with a tent and power planned in advance. On Capital Group's outdoor summer social we put up shade tents, ran power and set up internet for the booth. In San Francisco, plan for wind and fog rather than sun.
Will the booth fit in our Moscone exhibit space or a SoMa after-party room?
We fit the setup to your venue and confirm space and power with you. At Moscone, we place the mirror so the line stays inside your space. At the Aviary or the Palace Garden Court, we check the spot against the venue's floor plan.
How far ahead should we book for Dreamforce week?
As soon as you have the date. Dreamforce fills SoMa venues and crews in September, and RSAC does the same in April. We hold your date once the booking is confirmed.
