Photo Booth Rental in Orlando for Corporate Events
Book a photo booth rental in Orlando for an OCCC stand, an I-Drive hotel party or a Lake Buena Vista resort, and every guest leaves with a portrait in your brand.

AI and 360 photo booth rental in Orlando
Orlando guests work in theme parks, simulation and hospitality, so they notice a weak attraction fast, and a booth that gives them something to post wins their attention.
The OCCC calendar brings a different crowd each season:
- January. The PGA Show fills the convention center with golf brands, January 26 to 29, 2027.
- February. KBIS draws kitchen and bath builders and designers.
- Spring. MegaCon reported 200,000 fans in 2026, and brands meet them with photo moments.
- June. InfoComm, the pro AV show, brings an audience that judges screens and sound.
- November. IAAPA Expo, the theme park show, runs November 16 to 20, 2026, and I/ITSEC follows at the end of the month.
For an IAAPA stand, an AI photo booth mirror with themed looks speaks the language of ride makers. For a hotel party after the PGA Show, a 360 booth gives every guest a clip of their swing pose. Formats and options are on our page for photo booth rental for corporate events.
Orlando venues where our booth fits
Orlando's venues are big, so the right hall, foyer and dock matter more to the booth than the building name.
Orange County Convention Center
OCCC has 2,055,222 sq ft of exhibit space in two buildings on opposite sides of International Drive. The West Building alone has 97 covered docks. For an evening reception, the 62,182 sq ft Valencia Ballroom has room for the booth beside the bar.
Hyatt Regency Orlando
A walkway joins its 315,000 sq ft of event space to the convention center. The booth can stand at the client dinner while your team walks over from the show floor.
Orlando World Center Marriott
The Cypress Ballroom covers 105,000 sq ft. A sales kickoff there can put the booth in the prefunction area during every break.
Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee
Its 178,500 sq ft Florida Exhibition Hall hosts hotel-based expos where a booth on the aisle pulls visitors in.
The Alfond Inn in Winter Park
With 12,400 sq ft of meeting space, it suits a board dinner or a leadership offsite, where a quiet AI portrait booth fits better than a loud game.

What an Orlando booking includes
We have two bases, Orlando and Los Angeles, and work across Florida, the East Coast and the rest of the U.S. One team handles your booth from delivery to pack-out. Need the stand built as well? See our trade show booth rental in Orlando.
- Delivery and setup. We bring the booth, set it up and test it before guests arrive.
- One operator all event. On a four-day expo, the same person runs the booth every day.
- Themed looks. AI looks in your campaign style or in a theme you pick for the night.
- Prints and phone copies. Guests keep a print and get the file on their phone.
- Lead capture. A sign-up step before the photo, if your sales team wants contacts.
- More stations. Add a racing simulator or VR to the stand, and AV rental in Orlando for the party room's screens and sound.

How booking works for an Orlando date
Orlando shows set firm deadlines for power, paperwork and layouts, so we start with your show's dates and work back.
OCCC rules, city permits and COI in Orlando
Orlando's paperwork is clear, but its deadlines are long, so plan an outdoor booth a couple of months ahead.
- Who sets up. Florida is a right-to-work state. Your full-time staff may set up your exhibit, and other labor comes through the show contractor, often with local IATSE crews. Our operator sets up and runs the booth.
- Power. Electrical, plumbing and rigging at OCCC come only from the building. The booth plugs into an outlet you order.
- Fire marshal. The OCCC fire marshal approves the stand layout with dimensions, and the booth goes on that plan.
- COI deadline. Contractors send their certificate 30 days before the first move-in day, or the building doesn't admit them. We send ours on request.
- City events. On City of Orlando property, 100 or more guests need a Special Event Permit, filed 60 days ahead and approved by City Council. A tent needs its own permit 30 business days ahead.
- Sound outside. A 360 booth with music outdoors may need the city's loudspeaker permit, filed 3 business days ahead.
- County land. Around OCCC and I-Drive, outside city limits, Orange County wants an outdoor assembly application 35 days ahead.
Questions about photo booths in Orlando
Do you have a team in Orlando?
Yes. Orlando is one of our two bases, with our office and warehouse at 310 N Orange Ave, STE. 201, Orlando, FL 32801. Our team delivers, sets up, runs and packs the booth.
Can the booth run outdoors in an Orlando summer?
Yes, with a covered backup. From June to September, storms usually arrive between 2 and 5 PM. We plan shade, power and internet, as we did for the outdoor Capital Group summer social for the company's employees, and we agree an indoor spot with your venue.
What about hurricane season?
It runs June 1 to November 30. For an event in that window, we agree a backup date or an indoor room with you before we book.
Can you staff a booth during IAAPA or I/ITSEC week?
Yes. Both shows run in late November, and traffic on International Drive gets heavy during big convention weeks. We plan deliveries around the show's move-in times.
Can the booth come to a staff day at Lake Nona?
Yes. Hospitals at Lake Nona Medical City and the KPMG Lakehouse campus hold staff days and training weeks. Send the building and room, and the booth can run through a shift change.
Can a 360 booth work at a resort pool party?
Yes. A 360 booth fits a ballroom at Lake Buena Vista or a pool deck party in Kissimmee. Tell us the space, and we'll check the power and the ceiling.
