Trade Show Booth Rental in Orlando
Book an Orlando trade show booth rental that clears the Orange County Convention Center's power and fire rules before move-in. Inside it, a staffed racing cockpit, flight simulator or AI photo booth gives buyers a reason to stop and talk.

Orlando trade show booth rentals with one crew
The people who quote your booth are the people who set it up, so one contact answers for the booth and the station.
We have two bases, an office and warehouse in Orlando and a base in Los Angeles, and we work across the U.S. Our Orlando office is at 310 N Orange Ave, STE. 201, Orlando, FL 32801. We build for OCCC and for the hotel expo halls along International Drive.
The station keeps people in your booth. A visitor who sits in a cockpit for a timed lap stays at your booth for a few minutes and often comes back to improve the score. Our branded racing cockpit for i2c at FinovateFall in New York ran three show days, and the booth team saved about 51 external contacts.
Sizes, materials and rental or custom options are on our main trade show booth rental page. This page covers what changes in Orlando.

Where Orlando exhibitors set up
Your booth plan depends on which building and which hall you're in, and in Orlando that choice is wider than one convention center.
Orange County Convention Center
OCCC hosts nearly 200 events a year with about 2.3 million attendees. Its campus has three buildings, North, South and West, each with its own street address. Your freight, our truck and any FedEx parcel need the right one, so we confirm the building and hall from your booth assignment first.
Hotels connected to OCCC
Rosen Plaza, Rosen Centre, Hyatt Regency Orlando and Hilton Orlando all connect directly to OCCC buildings. That makes them the place for a client suite, a dealer meeting or an evening program after the floor closes. Our operators can move a station from the booth to the hotel that evening.
Resort exhibit halls
Some Orlando shows hold their expo inside the conference hotel. Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee has a 178,500 sq ft Florida Exhibition Hall, and Rosen Shingle Creek's Gatlin Ballroom covers 95,000 sq ft. Hotel halls run their own dock schedules and in-house services, so we plan the booth with the hotel's event manager.

Interactive trade show exhibits for Orlando shows
Orlando's show calendar mixes buyers from unrelated industries, and the station that works depends on who walks the aisle. Here are the shows that fill OCCC and a station for each.
January
The ASI Show Orlando brings promotional products buyers. An AI photo booth that prints a branded portrait speaks their language.
March 17 to 19, 2027
Global Pet Expo, with 1,200+ exhibiting companies and 3,500+ booths. On a floor that size, a racing leaderboard helps a pet brand stand out from the next aisle.
May
SAP Sapphire brings enterprise software customers. A short flight or racing challenge gives a sales engineer two minutes to talk while the visitor plays.
Late May to June
Premiere Orlando, the beauty industry show, where a 360 or AI photo booth fits the crowd.
November 16 to 20, 2026
IAAPA Expo, where theme park buyers judge every booth by the guest experience it offers.
Late November to early December
I/ITSEC, the simulation and training conference at OCCC. Orlando's simulation industry walks this floor, so a flight simulator in your booth draws people who build simulators for a living.
Match the station to the crowd
All the formats we bring to show floors are on our trade show entertainment page. Send the show name and the booth number, and we'll match the station to the crowd.

What our Orlando booth package includes
- The booth itself. A 10x10 or 10x20 inline space, a peninsula or an island, built from fabric frames with a lit back wall.
- Print and light. Your artwork printed to size and lit so it reads from the far end of an OCCC aisle.
- Floor and seating. Padded carpet for long show days, a demo counter, stools and a table for buyer meetings.
- A station with a score. Racing cockpit, flight simulator or AI photo booth in your colors, plus a leaderboard screen visitors can see from the aisle.
- Booth staff. Event staffing in Orlando comes with the booth: operators run the station all show hours and keep the line moving.
- OCCC service orders. We list power, plumbing if you need it, internet and rigging with their deadlines.
- Teardown. Everything comes down on move-out day.
One order covers the booth, the station and the crew, and one lead answers for it from move-in to move-out.
Hosting a party after the show? Our photo booth rental in Orlando covers hotel suites and ballrooms. For a booth presentation, our production crew adds sound and screens and can stream it to buyers who stayed home.

What shapes an Orlando booth quote
You get one quote with the booth, the station and our crew listed apart, plus a list of what OCCC bills directly, so you see the whole picture before you sign. Every show gets a custom quote. These details move it:
- The show, the building, the hall and the booth size.
- Rental structure or a custom build, plus graphics, flooring and lighting.
- A roof or a second level, which brings fire watch and stair rules.
- The number of stations and operators, and the show hours.
- OCCC utilities: electrical, internet, plumbing, rigging.
- The number of show and move-in days.
- Early utility orders. OCCC gives priority to early utility orders, and orders placed on site cost more than advance orders. We place yours early.
From booth assignment to move-out
Each step is tied to a date in your exhibitor manual, so you know what's done and what's next.
OCCC power, roof and paperwork rules
These OCCC rules catch exhibitors on move-in day, and we design around them from the first sketch.
- Wall outlets aren't yours. The building's permanent outlets are not part of your booth space. Power comes from an OCCC order, and only OCCC electricians connect to house equipment.
- Inside the booth. Once the service is in, exhibitors and their contractors may install plug-in power and run it around the booth. OCCC doesn't supply distribution panels for a bulk power order, so we bring our own.
- No battery inverters. Devices that turn battery power into 120 volts are banned. Every station runs on ordered power with 3-wire grounded cords.
- Roofs and second levels. A covered booth over 300 sq ft needs a paid fire watch, and covers top out at 1,000 sq ft. A two-level booth needs a fire watch unless it has sprinklers, one stair up to 299 sq ft and two stairs from 300 to 900 sq ft.
- Special forms. Balloons, cooking and open flame each have their own OCCC form.
- Contractor insurance. On many OCCC shows, a booth contractor files its certificate of insurance 30 days before the first move-in day or doesn't get in. We send ours early.
Questions about exhibiting in Orlando
Which OCCC address do we put on our shipments?
It depends on the building: North at 9400 Universal Boulevard, South at 9899 International Drive or West at 9800 International Drive. For small parcels to the FedEx Office in the building, add the show name, the building, the hall and the booth number.
Do we need union labor to set up our booth at OCCC?
Not for your own staff. Florida is a right-to-work state, so your full-time employees may set up your own exhibit. Other labor comes through the show's general contractor, which hires local IATSE stagehands.
What does the OCCC fire marshal check?
The fire marshal approves your booth plan with its dimensions before move-in. A car in the booth, such as a racing display, needs no more than a quarter tank or 10 gallons of fuel and a disconnected battery. Our drawings go in with the dimensions marked.
Does convention traffic on International Drive slow move-in?
It can. More than 46,000 hotel rooms sit around OCCC, and I-Drive backs up in big convention weeks. We time each truck run to your dock window and keep it out of the peak hours.
Can we hold an outdoor booth or after-party in Orlando in summer?
Yes, with a plan for rain. From June to September, storms often hit between 2 and 5 PM, and hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. On county land near OCCC and I-Drive, an outdoor public event needs an Outdoor Public Assembly application 35 days ahead.
Do you work with agencies on a client's booth?
Yes. We can supply the station and its operators at OCCC or a resort hall, or the whole booth. We file as your contractor with the show and work to your client's brand guide.
Can you work as our DMC in Orlando for the show week?
Yes. We arrange transfers from MCO, hotel blocks on International Drive and client dinners. After move-out, we can add team building for your booth staff.
How much does a trade show booth rental in Orlando cost?
Each show gets a custom quote, and OCCC bills its utilities to you directly. The building, the booth size and a roof or second level move it most.
