What the planner asked for
Kids at a party want to play with a friend, and the rest of the room wants to see the game. Kid's Bash OC, an Orange County event planner, came to us with exactly that request.
The party was a private bar mitzvah at Marconi Automotive Museum in Tustin, on August 22, 2026, from 5 to 10 PM. The planner needed a soccer game two guests could play at the same time. The gameplay had to be visible to everyone nearby. An attendant had to stay with the station for the whole celebration.
For other ideas for the same kind of party, see our bar mitzvah entertainment page.

Two stations, two screens
You don't have to rely on the venue's TVs. We brought our own screens and stands, so the setup worked anywhere in the room. The family chose the two-screen option. The planner then confirmed the two-player setup again in the production plan. The booking covered:
- Two VR Soccer stations. Two players in headsets, playing at the same time.
- Two 55-inch TVs on stands. One screen per player, facing the room.
- One attendant. One of our operators, booked to guide guests for the whole party.
- The full job. Delivery, installation, configuration, technical support and breakdown.
Power, Wi-Fi and venue access
The family didn't have to sort out the technical details. We agreed them with the planner and the venue ahead of time.

Power. We confirmed outlets for both stations and both TVs.
Wi-Fi. We arranged access to the venue's network in advance.
1 PM. Venue access started, four hours before the party.
5 PM to 10 PM. The planned window for play.
How the game was set to run
Each guest got a short briefing from our operator first. Then two players went head to head, and their games showed on the two screens for everyone around them.

The family and the planner confirmed the final setup, the date and the production plan, and the booking was paid. The plan didn't include a tournament, a leaderboard or prizes.

Questions from party planners
Can two kids play VR soccer at the same time?
Yes. For this bar mitzvah we booked two stations, so two guests could play head to head.
Can you work through our party planner?
Yes. Here we worked with Kid's Bash OC. The planner handled the family, and we handled the technical side with the planner and the venue.
How early do you need to get into the venue?
Tell us your venue's load-in window. We'll plan setup around it, so both stations are tested before guests arrive.
Do you also do company events in Orange County?
Yes. We plan company events across the county as well. See our page on corporate events in Orange County.
Send us your party details
Tell us the date, the venue and how many guests will play. We'll reply right away, check your date and send a quote in minutes. One team brings the stations and packs them up after the party. Include the event type, date, city, expected guest count and budget. Add the venue's load-in time and whether you need one player or two. Or call +1 213 912 1010
