Bar and Bat Mitzvah Entertainment with VR and Simulators

Our bar mitzvah entertainment keeps teens playing together between the hora, dinner and the speeches, while the adults catch up nearby. Pick VR soccer, racing cockpits or an AI photo mirror for your room.

A celebration we've staffed

A party planner brought us in when the guest list needed something active for kids and teens all evening.

  • Marconi Automotive Museum. The planner Kid's Bash OC asked for a soccer game two guests could play at once, visible to everyone nearby, with an attendant for the whole five-hour party. We booked two stations, each with its own large TV, so nothing depended on the venue's screens. Read about the two-player VR soccer for a bar mitzvah.

Why game stations work at a mitzvah party

Teens stay in the room when they have something to do with their friends between the big moments.

A bar or bat mitzvah celebrates a child coming of age, at thirteen for a boy and often twelve for a girl, and the guest list usually spans grandparents to classmates. The adults talk. The teens drift to their phones unless there's a reason not to. A game station gives them that reason, and it gives the guest of honor a place to hang out with friends.

A two-player game also brings people to watch. When the screen faces the room, every goal gets a cheer, and the station becomes part of the party, not a corner of it.

You pick the stations that suit your guest of honor, and we plan where they stand in the room.

VR soccer for two

Guests put on a headset and play while a big TV shows the game to everyone around. Our VR soccer rental comes in two-player setups, so friends play side by side.

A racing tournament

A racing simulator with a leaderboard turns the evening into a contest. Announce the winner with the DJ before the last dance.

AI portraits as party favors

An AI photo booth is a full-length mirror that turns each guest into a portrait in your party theme within seconds. Guests take home a print. Teens share the digital copy before they leave.

Mixed ages

Each station has its own rules for age, height and headset use. Tell us the age range, and we'll suggest a mix that works for younger cousins too.

What the family gets

You and your planner enjoy the party while our team handles every station.

  • Setup before guests arrive. Stations are tested well before the doors open.
  • Your theme. Portrait styles and screen graphics with the guest of honor's name or logo.
  • Coordination with your planner. One timeline for games, dinner and the ceremony moments.
  • Teardown after the party. The venue gets its room back on time.

Planning your budget

You'll know the cost of your setup before you book. We don't publish a price list, because no two parties use the same mix. Your quote depends on:

  • Which stations you choose and how many.
  • Party length and setup time.
  • Guest count and age range.
  • The venue and city.
  • Theme graphics and prints.

How a planner-led mitzvah party comes together

Here's what a planner-led booking looks like from our side, step by step.

Two-Player VR Soccer for a Bar Mitzvah at Marconi Automotive Museum, Tustin

The planner confirmed the final configuration, date and production plan with us in advance. We agreed power and the venue's Wi-Fi ahead of time. Access opened at 1 PM, which left plenty of time to set up for the 5 to 10 PM party. The plan covered delivery, installation, configuration, technical support and breakdown. Guests got a quick guide from the attendant first, then played side by side for the rest of the evening.

Party stations up close

These shots show how much room each station takes and how guests gather around it.

  • A guest poses at the AI photo mirror
  • A racing cockpit with seat, wheel and pedals
  • Teens play two-player VR soccer while friends watch the screens
  • The guest of honor and friends with a themed AI portrait

What your venue will ask for

Museums, hotels and halls often need documents from every vendor. We send ours early.

We provide insurance documents to the venue on request. Share the venue's vendor rules through your planner, and we'll confirm load-in times before the day.

What goes wrong with party games

These are the problems we plan around when a game station joins a mitzvah party.

  • The station clashes with the program.

A game running during the candle lighting pulls kids away. We pause play for the key moments.

  • One player at a time.

A single-player game builds a line of bored teens. Two-player setups keep friends together.

  • Nobody minds it.

An empty station gets crowded and chaotic. Our attendant runs turns from start to finish.

  • Wrong fit for the ages.

A headset game may not suit the youngest guests. We check the age range first.

Who stays with the kids

  • Attendant. Stays at the station for the whole party, explains the game, runs fair turns and watches over younger players.
  • Setup crew. Delivers, installs and tests before guests arrive and packs up after.
  • Your contact. Agrees the plan with your planner and answers questions on the day.

Our private event staff run the stations, so parents and the planner don't have to.

Questions

Which games work for a bar or bat mitzvah?

Two-player VR soccer, racing with a leaderboard and an AI photo mirror. The right mix depends on ages, space and your program.

Is VR safe for younger guests?

Each device has its own age and height limits. Tell us who's coming, and we'll suggest options for each age group.

Can you work with our private event planner?

Yes. Your planner leads the day, and we fit into their production plan.

What entertainment ideas work for the adults?

The racing leaderboard and the AI photo mirror draw parents and grandparents too. Parents can race their kids on the same board, and a themed portrait is a favor every age takes home.

Do you need the venue's screens?

No. Each station comes with its own TV and stand.

Do you also do other private parties?

Yes: birthdays, Sweet 16s and family celebrations. See our private party entertainment page.

Can you send insurance documents to the venue?

Yes, on request.

Hold your party date

Send the date, venue and the age range of your guests. We'll check availability right away and suggest stations for your room. Tell us the event type, date, city, guest count and budget. Add the age range and your planner's contact if you have one. Or call +1 213 912 1010
