Private Party Entertainment for VIP Celebrations

Book private party entertainment your guests will play, not just watch: a racing duel, VR games, a photo mirror that turns everyone into a themed portrait. We check your home or venue first, so every station fits and has power.

Celebrations we've staffed

Families and planners have trusted us with venues where the equipment had to fit around guests, art and tight schedules.

  • Two VR soccer stations with large screens in a museum hall

    A museum celebration

A family celebration at the Marconi Automotive Museum needed a game two guests could play at once, with an attendant for five hours. See the VR soccer at a museum celebration.

  • Students take turns on a surf simulator at an evening lawn party

    An outdoor school luau

A school called us two days before its outdoor party. We checked light, ground, power and queue space on the lawn and ran surfing all evening. Read about the surf simulator for an outdoor school luau.

Why interactive beats a hired act alone

Guests remember a party where they did something, and a station lets every guest take a turn.

  • A performer entertains the room for half an hour. A game station keeps working all night: friends challenge each other, a leaderboard builds, and people who've just met have a reason to talk. It suits a Sweet 16 as well as a fiftieth birthday, because each guest picks how much to join in.
  • For the host, it means fewer quiet stretches between dinner, toasts and dancing.

Party entertainment ideas from a private events company

You choose the stations, and we bring our own gear and people, so you're not coordinating rentals from five vendors.

  • A guest at the wheel of a racing station during a party

    Racing duels

Our racing simulators put guests in a cockpit with a wheel and pedals. Two side by side make it a duel, and a leaderboard keeps score all night.

  • Friends play a VR game while the room watches the big screen at a home party

    VR games

VR games such as two-player soccer show the action on big screens, so the room watches along.

  • A guest poses at an AI photo mirror

    Photo moments

A photo booth rental adds AI portraits in your party theme or slow-motion 360 videos guests post the same night.

    Occasions we plan for

Birthdays, Sweet 16s, VIP receptions, after-parties and fundraisers. Tell us the occasion and the guests, and we'll suggest a mix.

What you get

You host. We handle everything that plugs in, gets carried or needs explaining.

  • A site check before booking. Doorways, stairs, elevators, floor space and power at your home or venue.
  • Setup before guests arrive. Tested and ready, with cables taped and out of the way.
  • Staff at every station. They guide first-timers and keep turns fair.
  • Your theme. Portrait styles, screen graphics and leaderboard design in your party colors.
  • Photos after the party. Digital copies from the photo booth.
  • Careful teardown. We pack up and leave the space clean.

What sets the price

You'll see the full quote for your party before you commit.

Every party gets a custom quote. It depends on:

  • The stations you choose and how many.
  • Party length.
  • Guest count and ages.
  • The location and access: stairs, distance from parking, outdoor setup.
  • Themes, prints and costumes.

See our quote process, or send the date and address now.

Private and themed parties in detail

These projects show how we plan around family schedules, planners and unusual spaces.

From recent parties

A look at our stations in party settings, indoors and outside.

  • Two guests play VR soccer side by side outdoors
  • A DJ setup on an outdoor terrace at a private estate
  • A photo mirror with soft lighting ready for guests
  • A racing cockpit with wheel and pedals
  • A surf simulator lit up on an evening lawn
  • Guests in evening wear at a racing cockpit on a private terrace

Homes, venues and paperwork

Your home or venue gets checked before the day, so nothing surprises you or the neighbors.

For a home, we ask about doorways, stairs, elevators, floor surface and the nearest outlets. For a school event, we once carried a surf simulator up a flight of stairs to a second-floor room. Outdoor parties also need level ground and a weather plan.

Venues often ask for insurance documents. We send them on request.

Where party entertainment goes wrong

A few avoidable problems can spoil a party attraction. We check for each one.

  • It doesn't fit through the door.

Measure first. We ask for photos of the route from the car to the setup spot.

  • No outlet nearby.

Long extension cords across a dance floor are a hazard. We plan power before the day.

  • Wrong age fit.

Some games have height or headset limits. We match stations to your guest list.

  • Nobody runs it.

An unstaffed station turns into a tangle of controllers. We always staff ours.

  • It clashes with toasts.

We pause play for the speeches and cake.

How booking works

Here's the path from your first message to the morning after.

  2. Step 2: Get ideas and a quote

    • Entrance, route and setup spot.

  5. Step 5: We set up

    • Before your first guest.
  6. Step 6: We run the party

    • Staff at every station all night.
  7. Step 7: We pack up

    • And send you the photos.

Private event staff at every station

  • Station staff. Greet guests, explain the game, run turns and keep an eye on younger players.
  • Setup crew. Measure, carry, install and test, then pack up after.
  • Your contact. Plans the day with you or your planner and answers on the night.
  • Costumes. Our staff can dress for your theme on request.

You won't need to explain a game or fix a controller. That's what our people are there for.

Questions

Can you set up at a private home?

Yes, if the stations fit through the route and there's power nearby. We check both before booking.

Can you be our private party planner, or only bring entertainment?

Both. We can act as your private event planner, or bring only the entertainment and work with the planner you've hired.

Will the games suit every age?

Each game has its own limits for age, height and headsets. Tell us the guest list, and we'll suggest what fits.

Can you work outdoors?

Yes, with level ground, power and a weather plan. Evening parties also need light at the station.

Do you do bar and bat mitzvahs?

Yes, and we work alongside your bar mitzvah party planner. See our bar and bat mitzvah entertainment page.

How short notice can you take?

Ask anyway. We've staffed an event booked two days out.
