Client Feedback and Results from Our Corporate Events

You want to know what happened at other companies' events before you book yours. This page lists what our clients measured and what they told us afterward, event by event.

What clients got and what they told us

Each line below comes from an event record: a count the client kept, a booking that followed, or a message the organizer sent us.

  • About 51 new contacts for i2c. Over three days at FinovateFall in New York, the booth team saved about 51 external contacts. That number counts scanned visitors, not players.
  • Three events for Capital Group. Capital Group booked us for a racing social with four simulators, an outdoor summer program and a racing challenge. After the challenge, its event contact sent us positive feedback.
  • Written feedback from TBX. After the Sysmex client evening, the agency wrote that its team and its client were pleased with the product and with how professionally we worked.
  • A thank-you from the TEC6 organizers. In their September 30 follow-up to the TEC6 launch, the organizers named both the AI Networking Matchmaker and the racing simulator and thanked us for the event.
  • A queue all morning at Parker Aerospace. From about 9 AM, two flight simulators had a nearly continuous stream of employees and family members.

Two events in detail

These two show how we set a station up when the client needs a measurable outcome. All corporate event case studies include the schedule, the venue and the equipment list.

Branded Racing Simulator for i2c at FinovateFall, New York

Read this one if your booth needs traffic. At i2c's racing booth at FinovateFall, we branded the cockpit in i2c colors and put the fastest-lap ranking on a second screen, with a main prize for the top time. Visitors came back to beat their own laps, so the race for first place grew each day, and i2c kept working with us after the show.

Capital Group Racing Simulator Challenge on the 55th Floor in Downtown LA

Read this one for an internal event with prizes. For Capital Group's racing challenge on the 55th floor, two cockpits shared one leaderboard, with a racing helmet for first place and trophies for nine more. Races took about three minutes, and neither seat sat empty from 2 to 5 PM.

How we track results

You leave the event with something to show, not just a memory of a busy room.

  1. Step 1: Agree on the goal before the event

    • Contacts at a booth, a contest with prizes or simply a full room.
    • The goal decides whether we set up a leaderboard, prize places or a branded photo.
  2. Step 2: Keep the score visible

    • A live ranking on its own screen shows every guest the target and the crowd who's winning.
  3. Step 3: Keep the line moving

    • The operator invites guests in and shortens turns when a queue forms, so more people get a go.
  4. Step 4: Send the outcome afterward

    • After a racing social, the client got the final leaderboard from us.
    • EF Academy got event photos from us the next day.

Questions about our track record

Do clients come back?

Yes. Capital Group has booked three events with us, and i2c continued working with us after FinovateFall.

Can you measure leads at a trade show booth?

Your booth team scans visitors, and the station gives them a reason to stop. At FinovateFall that added up to about 51 saved contacts in three days. We don't count players as leads.

Can I see photos from real events?

Yes. The i2c, Sysmex, EF Academy and Capital Group case studies include photos from the event, along with the schedule and the setup.

How do I start?

Request a quote with your date, city and guest count. We'll reply right away. We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and work across the U.S.

Plan an event with a result to report

Tell us what you want to show afterward: contacts, a full room or a winner's photo. We'll suggest the stations that get you there and send a quote in minutes. Add the event type, date, city, guest count and budget, and the result you need from the event. Or call +1 213 912 1010
