Corporate Events in St. Louis: Full-Service Planning
Book corporate events in St. Louis that run to the city's rules, from a union show floor at America's Center to a client dinner under the Grand Hall ceiling at Union Station. We bring racing simulators, AI photo booths and AV.
St. Louis venues sit close together downtown, and most of them have house vendors you'll have to book through. We sort out who supplies power, internet and food before we commit to a layout.
America's Center Convention Complex
The complex at 701 Convention Plaza covers 2.2 million sq ft, with 574,000 sq ft in seven connected exhibit halls, a 28,000 sq ft ballroom and 95 meeting rooms. The Dome seats 67,000, and the Ferrara Theatre about 1,400. The latest renovation added a 72,000 sq ft hall and more than doubled the enclosed loading docks, which helps when a simulator arrives on a pallet.
St. Louis Union Station
The 1894 station on Market Street has a Grand Hall with a 65-ft barrel-vaulted ceiling, a 567-room hotel, an aquarium and the 200-ft St. Louis Wheel. A gala here needs quiet stations, and a photo booth under that ceiling gives guests a shot they'll keep.
Ballpark Village and Enterprise Center
Ballpark Village, across from Busch Stadium, hosts more than 200 events a year and has its own Live! by Loews hotel. Enterprise Center, home of the Blues, seats up to 22,000 for concerts. Suites and party decks here suit client nights on game days.
St. Charles Convention Center
In St. Charles, this 2005 center has a 27,600 sq ft hall, a 16,200 sq ft ballroom and a connected Embassy Suites. It fits regional sales meetings for 10 to 3,000 people.
City Museum and Missouri Botanical Garden
City Museum fills the old International Shoe Company building in the Washington Avenue Loft District and has a Ferris wheel on its roof. The Botanical Garden, founded in 1859, has the Climatron dome and a 4-acre Japanese garden for quieter receptions.

Union labor, permits and COI in St. Louis
St. Louis is a union town, and that changes who can touch what on a show floor. We read your show's rules before we pack, so nothing stalls at the dock.
01
Union labor
Missouri isn't a right-to-work state; voters rejected the 2017 law in 2018. America's Center uses union skilled-trade labor and keeps a labor relations manager on staff.
02
House vendors
All electrical and hard-wire cabling at America's Center goes through Event Electrical Services, internet through Smart City Networks, and food through the center's own catering. We order power for our stations on the show forms.
03
Fire permits
The St. Louis Fire Department issues permits for propane, pyrotechnics and hot work. Apply at least two weeks ahead and include photos of the fire extinguishers.
04
Streets and sidewalks
Blocking any street or sidewalk needs a Blocking Right of Way permit from the Street Department.
05
Certificate of insurance
We send insurance documents to America's Center, Union Station or your organizer on request.
06
Out-of-town setup
We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and work across the U.S. The racing cockpit we ran for i2c at FinovateFall went in the day before the show opened in New York.
Big St. Louis employers sit in office centers well west of the Arch, so the venue often depends on where your people drive from.
Downtown. America's Center, Union Station, Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. Conventions, galas and game-day client nights.
Clayton. The county seat, with about 46,000 daytime workers and the headquarters of Centene, Graybar, Enterprise Holdings and Olin. Office parties and partner dinners.
Cortex and the Central West End. A 200-acre innovation district with 370+ businesses, including Microsoft and Square, next to the BJC and WashU medical campus.
Creve Coeur and Chesterfield. Bayer, the Danforth Plant Science Center and RGA. Corporate campuses with room for an all-staff day.
Des Peres and Maryland Heights. Edward Jones campuses, where large internal meetings stay close to home.
St. Louis has eight Fortune 500 headquarters, and each industry here has a station its people compete on.
Aerospace and defense
Boeing Defense moved its headquarters back to St. Louis in February 2026 and employs about 18,000 people here building the F-15 and the T-7. A flight simulator suits that crowd: we ran two flight simulators for Parker Aerospace with landing challenges for employees and families.
Edward Jones, RGA and Centene hold big internal meetings and recognition nights. A racing tournament with a leaderboard gives each region a score to beat.

AI, 360 and print photo booths for a gala at Union Station, a holiday party in Clayton or a booth at America's Center. An operator runs every booth, and prints are optional. See all formats on our photo booth rental page.
Team building activities in St. Louis
Simulator contests with a leaderboard for a team on a corporate campus in Chesterfield or a hotel ballroom downtown. The game runs indoors, which matters in July heat or a spring storm. See our corporate team building programs.

Questions about corporate events in St. Louis
Do we need union labor to set up stations at America's Center?
Yes for the building trades, as the union rules above explain, and each show's manual adds its own limits. Our team places and runs our stations within those rules, so you don't hire extra labor for them.
Can we bring an interactive station to a gala at Union Station?
Yes. We check the Grand Hall floor plan, power and load-in time with the hotel's event team. Quiet stations, like an AI photo booth, suit a St. Louis gala; a racing cockpit fits the after-party.
Do we need a city permit for an outdoor company event in St. Louis?
On private property, the venue's rules apply; streets, sidewalks and open flame need the city permits listed above. On a corporate campus in Chesterfield or Creve Coeur, the facilities team sets the rules for tents and power, and we settle them before delivery.
How do you handle summer heat and storms at a St. Louis picnic?
July highs run near 90°F with about 68% humidity, and the city sees about 48 thunderstorm days a year. We put every station under a tent with power and agree on a move-inside plan with the venue.
Where do you unload downtown or in Clayton?
Downtown we unload at America's Center's enclosed docks or the venue's service entrance, and at a Clayton or Chesterfield office we book the dock with building management.
Can you plan the whole program, from venue to event day?
Yes. As your corporate event planner in St. Louis, we find the venue, from Union Station to a Clayton hotel, and plan the program and the interactive around your date, such as auto show week in January or a game night at Ballpark Village. We order the house services each venue requires and run the event day.
Can you send a COI to America's Center or a Clayton hotel?
Yes. Send us the holder name from your America's Center show manual or your hotel contract, and we'll send insurance documents that list the venue or organizer as it asks.
How do you price a St. Louis event?
Every event gets a custom quote. It depends on the stations, hours, branding and staffing, and on the house vendors: at America's Center, power for each station is an Event Electrical Services order on your show forms. Read how we quote, then send your details.
