Casino Party Rentals for Corporate Events
A casino night rental from us brings real-size tables and dealers who teach first-timers, so nobody at your party sits out because they don't know the rules. Guests play with fun money, and we handle the tables from load-in to the last hand.

Why a casino night corporate event works
A casino floor gives a room full of colleagues something to do with their hands and something to talk about besides work.
Tables pull people together. At blackjack, everyone plays against the dealer, so colleagues end up rooting for each other. Roulette and craps draw a crowd, and the people watching join the next round.
It also gives your party a theme without costumes or a script. A casino night fits a year-end holiday party, a client appreciation evening or one of our themed parties like Vegas, Monte Carlo or a 1920s speakeasy.

Casino party rentals for your company
- Tables and games. Blackjack, roulette, craps and Texas Hold'em poker are the core of most casino party table rentals. A blackjack table seats 6 players, poker about 9 to 10, and craps 18 to 20. A common rule of thumb is about one table for every 10 to 15 guests. If casino play is the main event, plan toward the lower end.
- LED casino tables. LED casino tables glow in the dark and suit an evening event with low room light. Ask about them when you send your date.
- Dealers. Our dealers run each table, explain the rules to beginners and keep the pace friendly. Dealers can dress to match your theme on request.
- Fun money and chips. Every guest gets a stack of fun money to play with. Chips have no cash value.
You choose the games and the number of tables by your guest count, and we bring the full casino floor.
Casino tables share the room well with other acts. Our corporate event entertainment page shows the photo booths, simulators and music we can add to the same night.

Themed evenings we've staffed
These two evenings show how we fit an activity into a theme and carry a program with sound.
Flight Simulator for "Take Flight with Sysmex" at Hangar 21, Fullerton
Work done: At Hangar 21, an aviation-themed client evening ran 6 to 10 PM. Our operator worked in a pilot-themed outfit to match the room, the same way a dealer in costume fits a Vegas night. Afterwards, the agency TBX wrote that its team and its client were pleased with the product and the professionalism.

Is a casino night legal?
You'll know the rules before you plan prizes, so the night stays a party and not a legal question.
Play for fun. In California, Penal Code 330 targets the listed games when they're played for money or anything that represents value. A casino party where guests play for neither is lawful. That's why our chips have no cash value.
Prizes. If chips can be traded for prizes or raffle entries, check with your legal team first. Rules differ by state, and we'll set up the format your counsel approves.
Fundraisers. A charity casino night in California needs registration with the state Bureau of Gambling Control, and only controlled games such as poker are allowed. Blackjack, roulette and craps are not. Florida and other states set their own rules, so check before you sell tickets.
Insurance. We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request.
What goes wrong at casino parties
A casino night falls flat for a few common reasons. Here's what each costs and what we do instead.
Too few tables.
Guests wait, lose interest and drift to the bar. We size the floor to your guest count and how central the games are.
Dealers who don't teach.
First-timers won't sit at a table where they feel lost. Our dealers explain every hand.
Tables crammed into a corner.
Players and watchers block each other. We plan aisles with your venue.
No ending.
Play fades out without a moment. We close with a chip count and announcements.
From first message to last hand
You'll know every step, and who handles it, before the night starts.

Who works your casino floor
You host the party. Our team runs the tables.
- Dealers. One at each table for the whole event. They teach beginners, deal and keep play friendly.
- Event lead. Plans the floor with you and the venue, leads setup and teardown, runs the chip count and stays your contact on site.

Two bases
Los Angeles and Orlando
We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando, and work across the U.S. Our Orlando office and warehouse at 310 N Orange Ave put Florida and the East Coast on our regular map. We arrange transport, setup and dealers together. You coordinate one team, not a local casino vendor plus a separate AV company. Send us the city: Orlando, Miami, Las Vegas, Dallas, Chicago, New York or anywhere in the U.S.
Orlando office: 310 N Orange Ave, STE. 201, Orlando, FL 32801Questions
Do you travel to our state?
Yes. We bring the tables and dealers to any state, and travel is part of your quote.
How does a casino night party work?
Each guest gets fun money and picks a table. Dealers teach and deal, and the night ends with a chip count and the top players on stage.
Do our guests need to know how to play?
No. Dealers teach each game at the table, and beginners pick it up in a few hands.
How many tables do we need?
Plan about one table for every 10 to 15 guests. Send us your guest count and how long the casino runs, and we'll suggest the mix.
Can a casino night work as team building?
Yes. Casino night team building works best with a team chip count. Departments pool chips, and the team with the most wins.
How much space does a casino floor take?
It depends on the table mix. Send us the room size or floor plan, and we'll confirm the layout.
Can we give prizes?
Yes. Check the legal notes above first, since prizes tied to chips can change how the law sees the game.
What other ideas fit a casino theme?
Our guide to corporate party themes has ideas for décor, dress codes and add-ons.
