Carnival Game Rentals for Corporate Events

Our carnival games rental turns a company picnic into a midway your people actually play. Attendants run every game from the first ring toss to the last prize, so you don't recruit volunteers to staff booths.

Carnival rentals for company picnics and fun days

A row of games gives every guest something to do between lunch and the raffle, including the people who don't dance or play sports.

Carnival games are short. A guest walks up, throws three rings or swings a hammer, and walks away with a prize or a story. Nobody needs a briefing, and a turn takes under a minute, so colleagues who barely know each other end up cheering at the same booth.

That's why games work best at a company picnic or a family day, where you've got kids, executives and new hires on the same lawn.

Party game rentals your team will line up for

You pick the mix by your guests and your space, and we bring the games, the booths and the people to run them.

Midway classics

Ring toss, balloon pop, ball toss, milk bottle knockdown, duck pond and a hi-striker. These fit a tent row on a lawn or a ballroom wall. A dunk tank works when your CEO is a good sport and the venue has water.

Lawn and yard game rentals

Giant Jenga, giant Connect Four, cornhole and oversized ring toss. A corn hole game rental is the easiest way to keep a line moving at a picnic, because two people play while two more wait. These yard game rentals need flat grass or a hard surface and almost no supervision.

Bigger attractions

Inflatable games and rides for adults have their own page: inflatable attractions. For indoor events, our arcade game rentals cover cabinets and tabletop machines.

What you get with the games

One game rental booking covers the games, the people at them and the cleanup.

  • Attendants at the booths. Our staff explain each game, keep turns fair and hand out prizes. Your team gets to play.
  • Delivery, setup and teardown. We bring the booths, build the row, test anything electric and pack it all up after the last guest.
  • Prizes and tickets on request. Tell us your crowd and we'll suggest a prize mix, from small giveaways to branded items.
  • Your branding. Your logo and colors on booth fronts, signs and the hi-striker tower. The same team brands our simulators and photo booths, so your look stays consistent.
  • Snacks next to the games. Add our popcorn and cotton candy machines with an attendant, and the midway smells like a fair.

Carnival games rental cost

You'll see the cost of your exact setup before you commit, and it takes minutes. There's no price list. Every event gets a custom quote, built from these things:

  • How many games, and which ones.
  • How many attendants and hours you need.
  • Your city and the travel.
  • Prizes, tickets and branding.
  • Tents, water hookups or extra power at your site.

See how we build a quote for the full list of what to send.

Outdoor company events we've run

These two events show how we handle the parts that make a midway work: an outdoor site, a crowd of families and a line that has to keep moving.

Work done: For Capital Group's employees, we ran a multi-station program on an outdoor plaza. We set up shade tents, power distribution and extra cabling, and four activity operators plus one AV technician staffed it. We arrived at 9:30 AM for a 2 to 5 PM program.

What a corporate midway looks like

These shots show how much space a game row takes and where guests gather.

  • A row of striped carnival booths on a corporate campus lawn
  • Kids and parents play duck pond at an employee family day
  • Giant games for events: oversized Connect Four on a patio
  • An attendant hands a prize to a guest at the ring toss
  • A manager in a dunk tank while colleagues line up to throw
  • Branded booth fronts in company colors at a fun day

Insurance, water and power

Your venue gets what it needs from us before load-in, so setup starts on time.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. Add your venue's requirements to your request, and we'll prepare them ahead of load-in.

Outdoor game rentals also need a plan for water and power. A dunk tank or water game needs a water source and a hose that reaches it. LED and electric games need outlets or a generator. We agree the layout, the hookups and the load-in time with you and the venue before event day.

What goes wrong at company midways

A midway fails for a few predictable reasons. Here's what each one costs you and how we prevent it.

  • Volunteers at the booths.

Staff who signed up to help end up stuck at a ring toss all afternoon, and the booth closes when they leave for lunch. Our attendants stay for the whole program.

  • Too few games for the crowd.

A long line at one booth sends people back to their phones. We size the number of games to your guest count and hours.

  • Games placed far from the food.

Guests stay where they eat. We put the game row within sight of the tables.

  • No plan for weather.

Sun, wind or rain without tents empties a lawn. We plan shade and a backup layout with you.

  • Prizes run out early.

The last hour turns sour. We plan prizes per hour, not per event.

How we run it

Every booking follows the same steps, so you'll know who does what.

  1. Step 1: You send the basics

    • Date, venue, city, guest count and who's coming: employees only, or families too.
  2. Step 2: You get a quote

  3. Step 3: We plan the layout

    • Game row, tents, water and power, and the walking path from the food.
  4. Step 4: We clear the venue

    • Load-in time, access and insurance documents.
  5. Step 5: We set up and test

    • Booths go up before your guests arrive.
  6. Step 6: We run the games

    • Attendants keep turns moving and hand out prizes.
  7. Step 7: We pack up

    • Teardown starts after your last guest plays.

Who runs the games

  • Game attendants. We staff the games by your guest count and layout. Attendants explain the rules, keep it fair and hand out prizes.
  • Event lead. Plans the layout with you and the venue, leads setup and teardown, and stays your contact on site.

You don't staff any booth yourself. We bring the people who run the midway.

Questions

Do you only work corporate events?

Corporate events are our focus: picnics, family days, holiday parties and employee appreciation. Carnival rentals for parties at schools or private homes depend on access, so tell us the site.

Which carnival games can we rent?

Ring toss, balloon pop, ball toss, milk bottle knockdown, duck pond, a hi-striker and a dunk tank, plus giant lawn games. The midway section above shows how they fit together.

Can you come if our event isn't in a big city?

Yes. We bring games and attendants to any state, and travel is part of your quote.

Can we rent giant games without attendants?

Lawn games like giant Jenga and cornhole run fine on their own. If you want to rent giant games and skip staff, we'll deliver and collect them. Midway booths with prizes work better with an attendant.

Is setup included?

Yes. Every booking includes delivery, setup and teardown. You don't hire a separate crew.

Can you set up indoors?

Yes. Most midway classics fit a ballroom or an office floor. Dunk tanks and water games are outdoor only.

What happens if it rains?

We plan tents or an indoor backup with you before event day. If the forecast changes, call us and we'll adjust the layout.

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have a date. Short notice can work: EF Academy booked one of our attractions two days before its event.

Can you send insurance documents to our venue?

Yes, on request. The insurance section above explains what we coordinate.

Check your date

Send us the date, the venue and your guest count. We'll check availability right away and put together a midway that one team brings, runs and packs up. Tell us the event type, date, city, expected guest count and budget. Add whether families are coming and if the event is outdoors. Or call +1 213 912 1010
