Arcade Game Rental for Corporate Events

An arcade rental turns a corner of your venue into a game room where coworkers trade high scores all evening. Every machine runs on free play, and our operator stays on site, so nothing sits dark with an "out of order" sign.

Arcade games need no instructions. Guests already know how to play, and a high score gives them a reason to come back.

Most people grew up with at least one of these machines. A sales director on a basketball game or the new hire beating the CFO at air hockey is the kind of moment people talk about the next day. Add a scoreboard and a prize, and a party game becomes a tournament.

Rent a game truck or bring the arcade inside

You can rent a game truck that parks outside, or bring the arcade into the room. The right choice depends on where your guests are. You can also mix classic cabinets with our racing cockpits for guests who want a real driving seat.

A mobile arcade inside

Cabinets, claw machines and table games go where the party is: a ballroom, an office floor or a trade show booth. They work in a high-rise, where a truck can't follow.

A gaming rental truck

A trailer with screens and consoles parks outside. It needs a long, flat parking space and works best for an outdoor company picnic. Ask us if a game truck fits your site.

Arcade rental cost

You'll see the total for your game room before you commit, and it takes minutes.

There's no price list. Each event gets a custom quote, based on:

  • which games and how many;
  • event hours and days;
  • branding on cabinets and the scoreboard;
  • a tournament with prizes;
  • games inside the venue or a game truck outside;
  • your city and the travel.

Work done: On the 55th floor of Capital Group's office tower, two racing cockpits and a leaderboard screen kept guests competing from 2 to 5 PM. The organizer set ten prize places, with a racing helmet for first. An arcade tournament works the same way.

Insurance and venue paperwork

Your venue gets our documents before load-in, so the machines go in on time.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. We also agree the load-in path, the freight elevator, the outlets and staff passes with you and the venue.

What goes wrong with arcade rentals

Arcade games are simple. The trouble comes from the details around them.

  • Games out of sight.

    Machines in a side room stay empty. We put them where guests already walk, near the bar or the food.

  • Not enough outlets.

    Six cabinets on one circuit trip the breaker mid-party. We plan the power with your venue.

  • A tight path in.

    Cabinets are tall and heavy. Narrow doors or stairs without an elevator stop them. Send us the route.

  • No one watching the games.

    A jammed claw machine stays jammed. Our operator fixes it on the spot.

  • No reason to keep playing.

    Without a scoreboard, guests try once and wander off. A tournament keeps them coming back.

Who runs the arcade

  • Operator. Stays with the games all event, resets machines, runs the scoreboard and hands out the prizes.
  • Event lead. Plans the layout and the schedule with you and the venue, leads setup and teardown, and stays your contact on site.

You don't staff the game room. We bring the people.

Questions

How much does an arcade rental cost?

Every event gets a custom quote. The number of games, the hours, branding and your city set it. The cost block above lists what goes into it.

Which arcade games can we rent?

Tell us what you'd like, from classic cabinets and claw machines to basketball, air hockey and dance games. We'll confirm the lineup for your date.

Can we add a claw game rental?

Yes, a claw machine fits most rooms. You can fill it with your own branded prizes. Want a human claw machine rental? Ask, and we'll tell you what we can bring for your date.

Do you rent a video game truck?

Ask us about your site. A game truck needs a long, flat parking space outside. If the truck can't park, we bring video game rentals for parties inside the venue instead.

Can you bring the games to my city?

If your event is in the U.S., yes. The games, the operator and transport come as one booking.

Can we get a Dance Dance Revolution machine?

Ask for a dance game in your request, and we'll confirm the model available for your date.

Can we brand the games?

Yes. Logo panels on cabinets, branded prizes in the claw machine and your logo on the scoreboard.

Can we add racing simulators?

Yes. Our racing simulator rental adds a real cockpit, a wheel and a lap leaderboard to the game room. For more ideas, see corporate event entertainment.
