Sports Game Rentals for Corporate Events

Book a batting cage rental, a basketball shootout or skee ball lanes, and turn your company event into a friendly league with one leaderboard. Our operators run every station and keep turns short, so the line keeps moving all afternoon.

Sports stations work best as part of a bigger program, and we've built one for a returning client.

What guests played

  • For the Capital Group Summer Social, guests could swing in VR Baseball, shoot in VR Hockey or ride two surf simulators, with scores on one digital leaderboard.
  • An AI photo booth and QSC sound covered the rest of the plaza.
  • Capital Group has booked us for three events.

Inflatable sports games that anyone can play

Short sports games let every guest compete for a minute without needing to be an athlete.

A turn is a few swings or a few shots, and the score is on the board right away. That gives colleagues a reason to challenge each other and come back to beat a number.

They also mix well. Put a cage, a basketball game and a VR station side by side, and guests move between them like at a fair. Teams can compete by department on one shared board.

Basketball arcade and skee ball rentals

  • Batting cage. An inflatable baseball cage with a pitching machine, bats and helmets. One batter at a time, with adjustable pitch speed.
  • Pop a shot rental and basketball arcade. Two-player basketball arcade rental units with electronic scoring, or an inflatable basketball game for outdoor fields. Both run on short timed rounds.
  • Skee ball rental. Inflatable lanes that copy the classic skee ball carnival game at full body scale.

You choose the games by your space and your crowd. We bring the equipment and the operators.

Simulators. For sports with more depth, see our soccer simulator rental and golf simulator rental.

Sports game rental cost

You'll see the cost of your full setup before you commit, within minutes. There's no price list. Every event gets a custom quote, shaped by:

  • Which games and how many stations.
  • Event hours and operators.
  • Your city and the travel to it.
  • Leaderboard screens, prizes and branding.
  • Power, generators and tents for outdoor sites.

Here's how we price an event and what to send us.

Competitions we've run

These two events show how we run a contest with prizes and how we keep a line moving.

Work done: For a racing challenge with its employees, Capital Group set ten prize places: a racing helmet for first and trophies for nine more. Both stations stayed in near-continuous use. A sports day can run on the same prize ladder.

Inflatable basketball and skee ball at company events

These frames show how much room each game takes and where spectators stand.

  • Inflatable skee ball lanes on a corporate campus lawn

Insurance and venue checks

Your venue gets the paperwork and the layout before load-in, so setup isn't held up.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. Include your venue's requirements in your request, and we'll prepare them before load-in.

We also confirm ground, power and access with you and the venue ahead of time. Inflatable games need stakes on grass or weights on hard ground, and their blowers need power.

What goes wrong at company sports days

Sports stations stall for a handful of reasons. Here's what each costs and how we prevent it.

  • Turns that run long.

One player keeps swinging and the line gives up. Operators set short timed rounds.

  • No scoreboard.

Guests play once and leave. A shared board gives them a reason to return.

  • Too little room.

A batting cage needs far more space than a hoop game. We check the footprint first.

  • Gear without supervision.

Bats and fast balls need someone watching. Our operators stay at each station.

How it works

You'll know who does what, from your first message to teardown.

  1. Step 1: You send the basics

    • Date, venue, city, guest count and indoor or outdoor.
  2. Step 2: You get a quote

  3. Step 3: We design the contest

    • Station mix, leaderboard, teams and prizes.
  4. Step 4: We clear the venue

    • Layout, power, ground and insurance documents.
  5. Step 5: We set up and test

    • Every station is ready before guests arrive.
  6. Step 6: We run the games

    • Operators keep turns short and scores updated.
  7. Step 7: We award and pack up

    • Winners get prizes, then we clear the site.

Batting cage rental space and power

Here's what each game needs from your site. We fit the setup to your venue and confirm space and power with you before event day.

  • Inflatable batting cage. The largest game in the mix. It needs flat ground, open height overhead and power. One batter at a time.
  • Inflatable skee ball. Long lanes on a flat surface, with power for the blower.
  • Two-player basketball arcade. A compact game that fits indoors.
  • VR sports. A compact station with a screen for spectators. See the VR page for details.

Who runs the stations

You don't staff any game. We bring the people.

Station operators. At every game for the whole event. They brief players, time rounds and update the leaderboard.

Event lead. Plans the layout and contest with you, leads setup and teardown, and stays your contact on site.

Questions

Is an inflatable baseball game safe for adults?

Yes, with the right setup. The cage encloses the batter, players wear helmets, and an operator controls the pitch speed and who's in the cage.

Can we play indoors?

Basketball arcade games and VR sports fit indoors. Batting cages and inflatable lanes need a large hall or an outdoor site.

Can departments compete against each other?

Yes. We set up a shared leaderboard by team and finish with prizes if you'd like.

Do you have a skiing simulator rental?

Tell us what you have in mind, and we'll confirm what we can bring for your date.

How much space do we need?

It depends on the mix. The space and power section above describes each game.

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have a date, so we have time to check the ground, power and access with your venue.

Check your date

Send us the date, the venue and your guest count. We'll check availability right away, and one team will set up the games, run the contest and pack it all up. Tell us the event type, date, city, expected guest count and budget. Add which games you'd like and whether the event is indoors or outdoors. Or call +1 213 912 1010
