Golf Simulator Rental for Corporate Events

A golf simulator rental lets your guests hit a full drive indoors and watch the ball fly down a fairway on screen. Golfers get a real challenge, and beginners get a laugh and a second try.

Why golf works for client events

Golf gives clients and colleagues something to talk about that isn't work, and plenty of business already happens on a course.

A simulator brings that into your venue. A client takes a swing, the group comments on the shot, and the conversation keeps going. It suits corporate hospitality suites, client dinners, sales kickoffs and holiday parties, where people mix with drinks in hand.

On a show floor, a drive contest pulls visitors into the booth and keeps them there long enough to talk. Golf has its own show for that: the PGA Show runs every January at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. A drive contest is one of the formats on our trade show entertainment list.

A golf contest set up for your guests

We set the game around your crowd: how many play, how good they are and how long they'll stay.

  • Longest drive.

Every guest gets a few swings, and the longest one tops the board.

  • Closest to the pin.

A short shot to the green. Beginners can win this one.

  • A few holes on a full course.

For smaller groups who want to play for longer.

  • A leaderboard and prizes.

Scores on screen through the event, and a prize at the end.

  • Room for more.

Golf can run next to our racing simulator, VR or a photo booth, with one team handling all of it.

What's in a mobile golf simulator rental

You book the station once, and the people and logistics come with it.

  • Delivery and setup. We build the hitting area, set the screen and test the shot tracking.
  • An operator. They hand out clubs, explain the game, keep the hitting zone clear and run the scores.
  • Your branding. Your logo on the station and the score screen, agreed in advance.
  • Teardown. We pack up after the last swing.

Golf simulator rental cost

Your quote is built for your date and your room.

We don't keep a price list. Every event gets a custom quote, and these details shape it:

  • How many stations.
  • Event days and hours.
  • Your city and the distance from one of our two bases.
  • Ceiling height, floor space and load-in at your venue.
  • Branding, a leaderboard and prizes.

The how we quote page explains what we ask and why.

How we run sports stations at events

These two events show how we run sports games and contests for a crowd and for a booth.

Work done: At Capital Group's summer social, our VR Baseball and VR Hockey stations shared a leaderboard with two surf simulators on an outdoor plaza. Four activity operators and an AV technician ran it, with shade tents and power brought in for the afternoon.

Insurance and venue rules

A golf swing indoors makes venues ask questions. We answer them before load-in.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. We also agree the spot, the route in and the power with you and the venue ahead of time. Send us the venue's vendor rules with your request.

What goes wrong with golf at events

Golf indoors needs more planning than most games. These are the usual problems and how we handle them.

  • A low ceiling. A full swing needs height. We check the ceiling before we book the spot, not on the day.
  • People too close to the swing. A club and a crowd don't mix. The operator keeps a clear zone around the player.
  • Endless rounds. A full round of golf takes hours. We run short contests so the line keeps moving.
  • No score to chase. Without a leaderboard, guests swing once and leave.

  5. Step 5: Setup and test

    • We build the station and hit test shots before guests arrive.

Questions

Do guests need to play golf?

No. The operator gives a quick tip, and the closest-to-the-pin contest works for beginners.

How much room does a golf simulator need?

Enough width and depth for a full swing and a screen, plus ceiling height for the backswing. We check your room before we book.

Can we set it up outside?

Tell us about the spot. Shade, level ground and power decide it, and we'll confirm what works.

Can we add a putt putt golf rental?

Ask in your request. We'll confirm putt-putt or mini golf for your date and plan the space for both. For other sports, browse our sports games.

Can we brand it?

Yes. We agree your logo and colors on the station and screen when we plan the event.

Can we have a contest with prizes?

Yes. Longest drive and closest to the pin both go on a leaderboard, and you choose the prizes.
