Popcorn Machine Rental for Corporate Events
Add a popcorn machine rental to your event and the whole room smells like a ballgame within minutes, with an attendant filling bags so your staff never touch hot oil. We plan the power for every machine before event day, so no breaker trips mid-party.

A snack station people walk toward
Fresh popcorn and cotton candy pull guests to a spot you choose, which makes them a quiet way to steer traffic.
The smell does the work. Put the machine near your stage, your sign-up table or a game row, and people drift over. Nobody needs a ticket or a reason.
It also feels like a treat without the cost of a full meal. That's why concessions show up at employee appreciation days, office movie afternoons and every kind of company picnic.

Cotton candy machine rental and more
- Popcorn. A commercial kettle machine with a glass case, on a table or a vintage-style cart. Bags in your colors are optional.
- Cotton candy. A cotton candy machine rental includes the spinning head, sugar, cones and a bowl guard. It works best under a roof or a tent, out of the wind.
- Snow cones on the go. An ice shaver with flavor syrups and cups on a rolling cart, so the station can move with the crowd. A good fit for summer picnics and outdoor family days.
You pick the treats by your crowd and your space. We bring the machines, the supplies and the person who runs them.
Concessions pair with our carnival games for a fair-style afternoon. Full meals and drinks come from your venue or your caterer.
What's in the booking
One booking covers the machine, the supplies, the attendant and the cleanup.
An attendant at each machine
They make and serve every portion, so no guest or staff member works a hot kettle.
Supplies sized to your crowd
Kernels, oil, sugar, cones, syrups, bags and cups, planned from your guest count.
Your branding
Logo bags, cups and a sign on the cart. The same team brands our simulators and photo booths.
Setup and cleanup
We set up before guests arrive, wipe down and take everything back.
Popcorn machine rental cost
You'll see the cost of your full snack setup before you commit, in minutes.
We don't keep a price list. Every event gets a custom quote, shaped by:
- Which machines and how many.
- How many guests and service hours.
- Your city.
- Carts, tents and branded packaging.
- Power on site, or a generator if there isn't any.

Busy outdoor events we've powered
These two events show the parts a snack station depends on: power on a site with many stations, and a steady crowd for hours.

Work done: On Capital Group's plaza event for its employees, we planned shade tents, power distribution and extra cabling for several stations at once, plus internet for the photo booth. A popcorn machine on a shared plaza needs the same circuit plan.

Power, permits and paperwork
You won't find out about a power or permit problem on event day. We sort both with you ahead of time.
Power. We fit the setup to your venue and confirm space and power with you. Two machines on one circuit will trip the breaker, so we plan the outlets in advance.
Wind. Cotton candy blows off the cone in a moderate breeze. Outdoors, we set it under a tent or out of the wind.
Food permits. If your event is open to the public, the local health department may require a temporary food permit. In California, for example, the county issues it. For a closed company event, we check the rules with you and your venue early.
Insurance. We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request.
Where snack stations go wrong
A popcorn or cotton candy station fails in a few predictable ways. Here's what it costs and how we prevent it.
Sugar near the screens.
Sticky hands reach the photo booth or a simulator next door. We place snack stations away from screens and controls.
Cotton candy in the wind.
Sugar ends up on guests and tables. We place it under cover.
Supplies run out.
The line forms and the machine sits empty. We plan supplies from your guest count and hours.
Wrong spot.
A machine in a corner gets missed. We place it where you want people to gather.
How we set it up
You'll know who handles each step, from the first message to cleanup.

Who runs the machines
You don't need a volunteer at the kettle. We bring the people.
- Concession attendants. One at each machine while it's running. They make, serve and keep the station clean.
- Event lead. Plans power and placement with you and the venue, and stays your contact on site.
Popcorn machine rental nationwide
Your event can be anywhere in the country. The same team plans and runs your snack station.
Two bases
Los Angeles and Orlando
We have two bases: Los Angeles, and our office and warehouse in Orlando at 310 N Orange Ave. Florida and the East Coast are part of our regular work, and we go anywhere in the U.S. We arrange transport, setup and service together. Add concessions to a bigger program with games or simulators, and it stays one booking. Looking for a popcorn machine rental in Orlando, FL, for a convention week at the Orange County Convention Center? Or a family day in Tampa, Atlanta, Houston, Chicago or San Diego? Send us the city.
Orlando office: 310 N Orange Ave, STE. 201, Orlando, FL 32801Questions
How many guests does one popcorn machine serve?
It depends on your service hours and how many people come at once. Send us the guest count and the schedule, and we'll plan the machines and supplies.
Can we rent a machine without an attendant?
We deliver every machine with an attendant. Hot oil and spinning sugar need someone watching all the time.
Can you set up indoors?
Yes. Popcorn and cotton candy machines work well indoors. We confirm space and power with your venue before event day.
Can you put our logo on the bags?
Yes, on request. Tell us about your branding when you ask for a quote.
Do we need a food permit?
If the public is invited, the county may require one. For a closed company event, we check the rules with you and your venue before event day.
Any ideas for names for a snow cone stand?
Name it after your team, your product or your event theme, like a summer kickoff. We print the name on the cart sign as part of your branding.
Can you add other treats?
Tell us what you have in mind. We'll confirm what we can bring for your date.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date, so we have time to plan power, supplies and permits with your venue.
Add treats to your event
Send us the date, the venue and your guest count. We'll check availability right away, and one team will bring the machines, serve every portion and clean up. Tell us the event type, date, city, expected guest count and budget. Add which treats you want and whether the event is outdoors. Or call +1 213 912 1010
