Laser Tag Rental for Team Events
Book a laser tag rental, and your team plays in squads for a score your colleagues will argue about at lunch. We bring the arena to your venue, indoors or outdoors.

Laser tag team building that people actually play
Your team gets an hour of running, hiding and planning together, and nobody needs to be good at sports.
Laser tag works because squads need a plan. Someone covers, someone flanks, someone guards the flag. People who never talk at work end up shouting tactics at each other. The scoreboard settles the result, so there's no debate about who won.
It also scales with your group. One squad plays while the rest cheer from the side, and the next squad is already picking its strategy. For more ideas to run on a lawn or in a park, see our outdoor team building page.

How we set up the arena
You get an arena shaped to your space and a game format that suits your group.
We place inflatable bunkers to build the field, so inflatable laser tag works in a ballroom, a gym, a parking lot or a park. Each player gets a tagger and a vest with sensors that count every hit.
A typical round takes up to ten players, five against five, and runs about ten minutes. The referee picks the game mode for your crowd:
- Team battle. Squads try to tag out the other side before time runs out.
- Capture the flag. One team defends, the other attacks, then they switch.
- Protect the VIP. One player, maybe the boss, has to survive the round.
- Department league. Squads play a short league with a final at the end of the event.
Need more for the day? Our inflatable attractions can stand next to the arena.
Laser tag gear with the crew to run it
One booking covers the equipment, the arena and the people who run the game.
- Delivery and setup. We bring the taggers, vests and bunkers and build the arena before your team arrives.
- A referee every round. They start each game and call the score.
- Charged gear. We keep spare vests and taggers on hand, so a dead battery doesn't stop a round.
- Team scores. Results go on a board after every round, ready for your awards.
- Teardown. We pack everything up after the last game.

What shapes your laser tag quote
You'll get a price for your exact setup. Every event gets its own quote. It depends on:
- How many players and how many rounds.
- Indoor or outdoor play and the size of the field.
- Event hours.
- Your city and the distance from one of our two bases.
- A tournament with a final, prizes and a scoreboard.
Outdoor and competitive events we've run
These two events show how we handle an outdoor corporate setup and a team contest with prizes.
Five Interactive Stations and AV for Capital Group's "I Love LA" Summer Social
Work done: For Capital Group's outdoor summer social, we planned shade tents, power distribution and extra cabling for an open-air program. Four activity operators and one AV technician ran it from 2 to 5 PM after a 9:30 AM arrival. An outdoor laser tag field needs the same kind of planning: ground, shade and the crowd's path.

Insurance and venue approvals
Your venue will want to know what's coming. We give them the answers early.
We send insurance documents on request. We also describe the game in writing for the venue: infrared taggers, soft inflatable bunkers, a referee on the field. If the venue has rules about floor protection or a lawn, tell us and we'll plan for them.
Where laser tag goes wrong
Most bad games come from poor planning, not bad gear.
No referee.
Players argue about hits and the game falls apart. Our referee runs every round.
A field that's too open.
Without cover, the game turns into standing and shooting. We place bunkers so squads have to move.
Rounds that run too long.
Players get tired and the line grows. Short rounds keep everyone playing.
Too many players at once.
Crowded rounds mean more bumping and less tactics. We split big groups into squads and run a league.
Nowhere for the next squad to wait.
Players drift onto the field between rounds. We mark a waiting area beside the arena.
How we run it
You know who does what from the first message to the last game.

Who's on the field
- Referee. Briefs every squad and watches safety on the field.
- Event lead. Plans the field and schedule with you and the venue, leads setup and teardown, and stays your contact on the day.
You play. We run the game.

Los Angeles and Orlando
In Orlando, our office and warehouse are at 310 N Orange Ave. For a game on City of Orlando property with 100 or more people, the city requires a Special Event Permit. The application goes in at least 60 days ahead, so tell us the site early.
Orlando office: 310 N Orange Ave, STE. 201, Orlando, FL 32801Questions
Is laser tag safe for coworkers?
Yes. The taggers send an infrared signal, not a real laser, and the bunkers are soft inflatables.
Can you set it up indoors?
Yes. The inflatable bunkers fit a ballroom, a gym or a large meeting room. Send us the room size and ceiling height.
Can we rent laser tag for an office party?
Yes. It works for an after-work party, a picnic or an offsite. We can run a short league so everyone plays more than once.
Is there a minimum age?
Tell us the youngest player's age. We'll match the gear and the game to the group.
What if we want a target challenge instead?
If your guests prefer a calm contest of aim and score, look at our shooting simulator rental.
Can laser tag be part of a bigger team day?
Yes. It fits well inside our team building programs, next to other games and challenges.
