Holiday Party Entertainment for Corporate Teams

Our corporate Christmas party entertainment gives your people something to do together besides standing by the bar.

Office parties we've run

Our staff party programs work inside a real office building, with its rules and its schedule.

  • Colleagues cheer four drivers at a row of racing stations on an office first floor

A themed employee social for Capital Group

Capital Group wanted a competitive game inside its office for a themed staff party. Four cockpits fed one leaderboard, and two of our people guided every driver. Read about the four racing stations at a Capital Group employee social.

  • A surf simulator under shade tents on an outdoor company plaza

A summer celebration on an outdoor plaza

For an outdoor celebration, we combined surfing, VR sports, a branded photo booth and the sound system on one plaza. Here are the five stations and AV for Capital Group's summer social. The same setup works indoors for corporate holiday party entertainment in December.

Christmas party entertainment that runs itself

Your party works when guests mix on their own, and a shared game does that faster than any speech.

  • A holiday party brings together people who sit on different floors all year. Many of them won't start a conversation over a drink. A station with a line and a leaderboard gives them an easy opening: who's leading, who's next, how did you take that turn.
  • Timing matters too. Dinner usually takes about an hour, and a silent hour feels long. After dinner, guests are more willing to join something active. We plan the stations around your program, so the busy moments fall where you want them.

Corporate Christmas and holiday party entertainment ideas

You choose the mood of the evening, and we bring the stations and people that fit it. None of these needs Santa, so they work for teams where not everyone celebrates Christmas.

  • A guest at the wheel of a racing station during a company party

A race for the top spot

Our racing simulators turn the party into a friendly tournament. Put a prize on first place and announce the winner before dessert.

    A holiday party photo booth

An AI photo booth rental gives each guest a portrait in your winter theme within seconds. Guests leave with a print or a digital copy, and your company look stays on every picture.

What's included

You book one team and stop managing separate vendors for each activity.

  • Delivery and setup. Stations arrive and work before guests walk in.
  • Operators all night. Each station has our person explaining it and moving the line.
  • Your theme. Branded photo looks, screen graphics and leaderboard design in your party colors.
  • Sound for the room. Speakers, microphone and mixer if you need music and toasts.
  • Results. We send you the final leaderboard after the party.
  • Teardown. We pack up after the last guest, so the office is ready the next morning.

What your quote depends on

You'll know the full cost before you commit.

Every party gets its own quote. These are the things that change it:

  • The stations you choose and how many.
  • Party length and setup time.
  • Guest count.
  • Your city and venue.
  • Branding and printing.
  • Music and sound.

Read how we put a quote together, or send us the date and guest count now.

Staff parties in practice

Four Racing Simulators for a Capital Group Employee Social in Los Angeles

The party had a Hawaiian Luau theme. Building access opened at 9 AM for a 2 PM start. We placed the stations on the first floor near standard outlets and met the building's insurance requirements ahead of time. After the party, the client got the final leaderboard.

Your building's paperwork

Office towers and hotels ask for documents before they let equipment in. We handle that part.

We send insurance documents to your venue or building management on request. Forward us their requirements, along with the loading dock rules and elevator booking, and we'll prepare everything before party day.

Where office parties go flat

Most parties that fall flat have the same few causes. Here's how we avoid each one.

  • One big activity at one time.

Guests who miss it have nothing to do. Our stations run all evening.

  • Nothing during dinner.

A quiet hour drains the room. We keep at least one station open through dinner.

  • A theme that leaves people out.

Not every team celebrates Christmas. We suggest winter or company themes when you ask.

  • Music too loud to talk.

The sound level should change with the program. We set it with you for dinner, toasts and dancing.

From request to party night

Your part takes a few messages. We do the rest.

  1. Step 1: Send the date, venue and guest count

    • Add the party theme if you have one.
  2. Step 2: Get options and a quote

    • Step 3: Pick the stations and the look

      • Branded photo styles, leaderboard graphics, prizes.
    • Step 4: We sort out the building

      • With your facilities team.
    • Step 5: We set up before guests arrive

      • Step 6: We run the party

        • With music if you booked it.
      • Step 7: We pack up

An operator hands a winner a prize at an office holiday party

        Who runs the party floor

        • Station operators. One at each station: they explain the game, keep the line short and cheer on the winners.
        • AV technician. Runs music and microphones when sound is part of your booking.
        • Event lead. Agrees the plan with you and the building, and stays your one contact during the party.

You're a host on the night, not a technician. Our people run every station.

        Questions

How do we make a company party fun for a mixed team?

Pick activities guests can join in a minute: a timed race, a themed photo, a two-player game. They work for people who don't dance and don't know each other.

What fits in a regular office?

Racing stations and an AI photo mirror work on most office floors. We fit the setup to your venue and confirm space and power with you before booking.

Can you add a DJ, a magician or other performers?

Yes. Ask about our magicians and roaming entertainers when you send your request.

How far ahead should we book for December?

As soon as you have the date, because December dates go fast. If you're late, ask anyway: we've staffed an event booked two days out.

Where can I find more party ideas?

Our holiday party ideas article has themes and formats for different team sizes.

Do you plan the whole party, not just the entertainment?

Yes. See our corporate holiday party planning page for venues and production.
