Company Anniversary Celebrations That Honor Your Team

We plan your company anniversary celebration around the people who built the company, with a short program and activities everyone joins between toasts.

Company anniversary celebration activities that people join

An anniversary works when guests take part, so the activities matter more than the décor. These ideas get people involved.

  • Awards and superlatives.

Name the longest-serving colleague, the newest hire and the team that saved the big project. Short and personal beats a long list.

  • A history wall or video.

Old photos, the first product, the first office. Let people find themselves in the story.

  • Veteran meets new hire.

A short on-stage interview tells the company story better than any slide deck.

  • A founding-year theme.

Music, food and photos styled after the year you started.

  • Friendly competition.

Simulators with a live leaderboard and prizes, so departments mix and cheer.

  • A themed photo.

An AI photo booth can put guests into your founding year or your next decade, printed on the spot.

Built around your story

You get a program that marks the milestone and still feels like a party, planned with you from the first call.

We start with the format. Some companies hold a standalone celebration. Others add the anniversary to a conference or fold it into the year-end party. We help you pick, based on who you want in the room and what the day should leave behind.

Then we place the story where it works. Speeches stay short. History lives on the walls, on screens and in the photo booth, so guests take it in while they talk.

Opening a new building in your anniversary year? A ribbon cutting ceremony fits into the same program. See our grand opening events.

What's included in a company anniversary party

  • Format and run of show. Who speaks, for how long, when the awards happen and when the party starts.
  • Venue. We help find a room that fits your guest list. The venue or your caterer handles the food.
  • Stage and sound. QSC speakers, wireless microphones and a mixer for speeches, toasts and music.
  • Interactive stations. Racing, surf and flight simulators, VR sports and AI photos.
  • Branding. Your anniversary logo on station panels, screens and printed photos.
  • Photo and video. Our event photo and video team records the day for the internal newsletter and the next milestone.

One booking covers planning, the program and the people who run it on the day.

What affects the quote

You'll get an itemized quote for your exact plan, ready to take to leadership.

There's no price list. The main factors:

  • Guest count, and whether families or clients are invited.
  • Venue search, if you want us to handle it.
  • How many stations and operators, and for how many hours.
  • Stage, sound and screens.
  • Branding and printed photos.
  • Your city and travel. We have two bases, Los Angeles and Orlando.

See how our quotes work.

Employee celebrations we've run

Capital Group has booked us for three events. Two of them show the pieces an anniversary needs: many activities at once and a ranking with prizes.

Photos from employee celebrations

These shots show how stations, sound and photos fit into a celebration crowd.

  • Colleagues watch a guest race on the 55th floor
  • Two racing stations with the leaderboard screen in the middle
  • A guest poses at an AI photo mirror
  • Guests choose an AI style on a photo mirror screen
  • Employees raise a toast under an anniversary banner
  • The whole company gathers for one group photo outside the office

Insurance and building access

Your building or venue gets our paperwork ahead of time, so setup starts on schedule.

We send insurance documents to venues and organizers on request. For an event inside Capital Group's office building, we met the building's insurance requirements before the day.

We also agree loading times, elevators, outlets and passes for our crew with you and the building manager.

Where anniversary parties go wrong

Most problems are easy to avoid once you know them. Here's what we watch for.

  • A history lecture. A long slide show about the past, and guests drift to the bar. Keep each speech short.
  • Nothing to do between toasts. People stand in the same groups all night. Shared activities mix departments.
  • Remote teams left out. Staff in other offices feel the milestone isn't theirs. Plan a parallel event or a live link.
  • No record of the day. Next milestone, nobody has pictures. Book photo and video from the start.

Your colleagues are guests at their own anniversary, and our people do the work.

  • Operators. One or more per station, guiding guests and running the leaderboard.

Company anniversary questions

How early should we start planning?

For a big milestone like the 10th or 25th, start as soon as the date is set. The best venues and dates go first.

What are creative ways to celebrate a 40-year business anniversary?

Build the night around four decades: a history wall by decade, AI portraits styled after your founding year, and a short interview between your longest-serving colleague and a new hire. End with one group photo of everyone.

Can families attend?

Yes. Our stations work for mixed ages, as at an aerospace open house where employees brought their families.

Can the anniversary be a formal dinner?

Yes. For a seated evening with awards, see our corporate gala page.

How much does a company anniversary party cost?

Every celebration gets a custom quote, based on guests, venue, activities and city.

Can you brand everything with our anniversary logo?

Yes. We put it on station panels, screens, AI photo looks and prints.
